Welcome to our classic Berlin style apartment. Start your day with a walk around the lake, grab a coffee next door, go shopping on Kurfürstendamm or visit the famous Schaubühne theatre - all within 15min walking distance. You live in the heart of West Berlin with zoo and opera close by and excellent access to public transport. You will be staying in the guest area of our larger Berlin home, but all privately while we travel. If you have any questions we are however only a message away.

This is where Berlin shows off its beautiful side. City-West is at your feet and the S-Bahn train takes you to Mitte in a quarter of an hour. Trade fair visitors can also easily reach their destination. The cozy rooms are bright and quiet. Charming room in Berlin-Charlottenb

I love the high ceilings in the appartment and the afternoon sun bathing the room with a soft light. Sitting in the nearby park with the lake Lietzensee reading a good book or making a picknick is my favourite way to spend my free time in the neighbourhood. The Friedbergstrasse is so quite and you are close to public transport which takes you to whichever corner of Berlin and Potsdam you fancy.

Zentrale Lage, gute Verkehrsanbindung, echter Berliner Kiez mit Charme und Flair vor der Haustür :-) Check-in Zeiten müssen wegen meiner (freien) Berufstätigkeit abgestimmt werden. In der Regel bin ich flexibel :-) Central, good public traffic connections, real Berlin "Kiez" on the doorstep :-) Check-in times have to be coordinated due to my (freelance) work. I am flexible usually :-)

This modern apartment is located in the new Carlotta apartment building in the centre of Charlottenburg. Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 flats of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres. All flats are flooded with light thanks to the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
