Cosy apartment in Charlottenburg

This newly renovated apartment, with a small balcony, designer bathroom and a new kitchen, will definitely give you a special feeling of being at home. Nicely located in Berlin Charlottenburg (city centre west) close to Messe ICC the Kantstrasse, and the highway A100 it is quit near to all highlights in Berlin. A nice way to discover the neighbourhood is to walk around; you'll find some very nice small stores, pubs, cafés and restaurants. Make yourself at home and feel like being a Berliner!

Beautiful, bright rooms near Ku'damm with balcony

This is where Berlin shows off its beautiful side. City-West is at your feet and the S-Bahn train takes you to Mitte in a quarter of an hour. Trade fair visitors can also easily reach their destination. The cozy rooms are bright and quiet. My stay in Soli and Hani's place was wonderful! The room was clean and well equipped, and surrounded with nature and relaxing silence. You're less than 10 mins away from the train station. The communication with Hani was perfect, he was reactive, gave me good tips and we had a really good laugh! This is the perfect balance to enjoy both the liveliness and the relaxing vibes of Berlin! I highly recommend it 😊

Super apartments for a city trip. Very quiet despite the big city. In 5 minutes you can reach the U2, U7 and the S-Bahn train station Charlottenburg, with which you will soon reach everything important in Berlin. I did not have direct contact with the host, everything went fully automatically by email. But everything is so well organized here that I had no further questions. The only downside to the apartment: those who like to sleep dark won't quite get their money's worth.

The apartment and neighborhood are beautiful! The place is not in the very center, but it is very well connected. Nearby Lidl and a park for a quiet walk. Even though Bernadette wasn't there during our stay, the communication went smoothly! Highly recommend!!:)

I booked this lovely stay for my boyfriend and he loved it. Loved the sauna and beautiful spaces. He said the energy of the place was really peaceful. Super comfy bed! He did ask for a couple things to be attended to in the room ( a screw fixed in one place on the mirror in the bathroom and a fresh pencil / or have the current one resharpened) and it did not get done. Those little things take a great experience to an impeccable experience and would have been appreciated but overall it was a really lovely stay and we booked him another night when his flight got delayed for a day.

I was together with 2 friends for 3 nights in Jeremias apartment - our area was super equipped, we had our privacy, it was clean, beautifully decorated and very quiet :) The U12 is only 5min walk away. In general, we were in a nice, quiet area. Jeremias & his daughter, who welcomed us, were super friendly, Jeremias always wrote back quickly and let us check in early (after a long night train journey). Thanks for the lovely stay :)
