Alojamiento impecable muy bien situado en Suances, con todos los servicios cerca, a unos pasos de un hermoso paseo por la ribera de Suances para los amantes del senderismo. El piso tenía todas las comodidades, con detalles de bienvenida que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. También tuvieron un bonito detalle con mi hijo de 3 años que nos hizo la estancia mucho más confortable. Teresa es una excelente anfitriona, siempre pendiente de nosotros y dándonos mucha información de lugares para visitar. Sin dudarlo, recomendamos este alojamiento, uno de los mejores que he estado.

Ik heb hier met veel plezier 3 weken verbleven . Het appartement ligt in een rustige straat, en mede daardoor sliep ik heerlijk. Het is aan de ene kant ongeveer 10’ lopen naar het strand via de voetgangerstunnel “Tren de Pombo “ die achter het huis begint. Aan de andere kant loop je naar beneden , waar je op 5’ een leuk rijtje restaurants hebt ( calle Tetuán) en met 10’ in de oude stad inloopt. Vergeet ook niet even omhoog in de straat te lopen en over te steken, daar zit verstopt een goede bakker/ delicatessen( Gallofa) en een cafeetje. Eva’s apartement oogt recent gerenoveerd en is een mooie mix van authentieke details en modern gemak. Voor mensen zonder mobiliteitsproblemen moet de trap geen enkel probleem zijn en de helling van de weg erheen ook niet, laat dat je niet weerhouden. Evt zijn er betaalbare taxi’s en deelfietsen in de buurt ( elektrisch) . De communicatie was altijd vlot , persoonlijk en plezierig. Ik zou graag tergkomen en raad het apt van harte aan.

Logement correspondant à la description, propre et calme, à proximité de nombreuses activités. Communication de très bonne qualité avec Rodrigo et Mila. De très bons conseils et suggestions (commerces, visites). Merci

We loved our stay at Carmens house in Santander. Carmen and Carlos met us at the property and instantly made us feel at home. Carmen is really receptive and answered any questions we had very quickly. The property is within a few minutes walk to Santander’s buzzing city centre and beautiful esplanade, and 20 minutes in the opposite direction from the stunning Playa el Sardinero. The property is modern, clean and looks exactly as it does in the photos. If we are back in Santander again, we wouldn’t think twice bout staying at Carmen’s place again.

Alojamiento limpio, cómodo, luminoso y con un buen gusto en la decoración. La zona en el puerto pesquero es tranquila y con excelentes restaurantes cerca. El anfitrión siempre a disposición. Totalmente recomendable.

Very spacey apartment duplex, with super nice terrace, large full kitchen, large bedrooms, fast wifi and excellent shower! A perfect stay! Very close to the beach!

The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

Mis dos hijos, nuestra perrita y yo hemos estado muy agusto en el alojamiento de Marina. La llegada fue fácil y flexible, Marina nos facilitó recomendaciones donde ir y al lado de la casa hay un parque para quien tenga peques y un restaurante donde se come muy bien. Genial el jardín y con una despensa que nos resultó muy útil. La zona muy tranquila y cerca del centro de Somo. Muy recomendable!!!!! Y Marina una gran anfitriona...

Todo muy bien, lo recomendamos. El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos y tiene todas las comodidades.

Für uns gab es nichts zu meckern. Ein schönes Haus in einer ruhigen und besseren Wohnecke. Die zentrale Lage zum Strand und zur Ortsmitte super. Vorab haben wir viel Informationen von Maria erhalten und beim Empfang lief alles wunderbar. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und da das Wetter wechselhaft war war das grosse Haus super. Der Garten mit dem alten Baumbestand sorgt für Schatten und die Abendsonne schön für einen Sundowner. Unser Hund fühlte sich auf dem voll eingezäunten Gelände auch sehr wohl. Also wer in diese Ecke möchte mit Hund - oder Kinder denn der Keller ist voll mit Kinderspielzeug - ist hier richtig. Danke- liebe Maria- dass wir in eurem Haus sein durften.

Me he tomado unos días para escribir la evaluación. El lugar es simplemente perfecto, i mejor pero no solo la casa, sino los alrededores y sobretodo la tremenda amabilidad de Antonio y de Loli. Eramos 2 parejas con 2 niños cada uno. Nosotros hemos disfrutado en un lugar de ensueño y los niños han disfrutado con todos los detalles que tenían preparados para ellos. Creo que no se puede pedir más... Por mi parte solo dar las gracias y por supuesto, tengo claro que cuando vuelva, será a esta misma casa!

Pasamos un fin de semana de amigos en la casa de Carmen. Estuvimos cómodosimos. La casa es una maravilla en cuanto a espacio, comodidad, servicios y a un paso del centro. La comunicación con Carmen ha sido estupenda desde el primer momento, facilitándonos la entrada y la salida. Recomiendo muchísimo este alojamento. Y está increíble para ir con niños también! Tienen cama elástica, una habitación de juegos .. todo cuidado al detalle!

Fue una experiencia increíble. Noelia es muy maja y contestó a todas las preguntas. Hasta mandar fotos de lo que había en la cocina para no tener que traer demasiado etc. Nos dejó tambien salir mas tarde así aprovechamos el ultimo día. La casa es incredible, tiene todo lo que te pueda hacer falta y más. El jardin increible con vistas al monte y el entorno super bonito. Teneis rutas cerca pero tambien se puede cojer el coche y a 10 minutos tenéis rutas con cascadas etc. El super esta un poco lejos pero con coche se llega facil y ademas puedes vistar un poco los pueblos con restaurantes super buenos etc. Las habitaciones son muy buenas, todo muy limpio y comodo con vistas en cada una. Y la sala con la chimenea es realmente una zona increible para estar a la noche con sitio de sobra. De verdad es una casa increible, lo pasamos muy bien. Gracias Noelia por una experiencia tan buena. Volverémos!

Lourdes est très sympathique. Elle nous a très bien accueillis, nous a donné plein de recommendations utiles. L’appartement était charmant, très bien placé pour découvrir Santander à pied. Je recommande fortement cette hôte 🙃

Très bel appartement au calme. A proximité des commodités et des bus pour rejoindre le centre ville. Carmen est une hôte très disponible qui nous a donné pleins de recommandations pour que notre séjour se passe parfaitement.

Un lugar con una paz increíble y muy bien situado. Si buscas pasar unos días tranquilos es un lugar ideal. Esta en plena naturaleza, con la playa muy cerquita y muy bien comunicado para poder visitar pueblos pintorescos y comer en buenos restaurantes. Repetimos seguro!

El apartamento es precioso y cuidado, con vistas espectaculares rodeados de naturaleza y a un paseo del centro. Begoña super atenta y simpática. La llegada es fácil y el disponer de parking es muy de agradecer. Desde luego que si volvemos repetiríamos sin dudarlo con Begoña. Nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Eigentumswohnung (4 Nächte) hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Apartment liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe oberhalb des Hafens von Comillas und bietet einen einzigartigen Blick über das Meer. Kostenlose, private Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand und die malerische Innenstadt von Comillas sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden von Juan Vincente liebevoll empfangen mit Früchten und Gemüse aus seinem Garten, sowie einer Flasche Wein. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Möbeln. In der Einbauküche ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft nicht wie ein gewerbliches Vermietungsobjekt, sondern wie eine Vermietung unter Freunden. Obwohl Juan Vincente nur Spanisch spricht, gelang die Kommunikation problemlos. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen.
