Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cantabria

Impeccable accommodation very well located in Suances, with all the services nearby, a few steps from a beautiful walk along the banks of Suances for lovers of hiking. The apartment had all the amenities, with welcome details that made us feel at home. They also had a nice touch with my 3-year-old son, which made our stay much more comfortable. Teresa is an excellent host, always looking out for us and giving us a lot of information about places to visit. Without hesitation, we recommend this accommodation, one of the best I have ever stayed in.

Itziar was super friendly and always helpful. She was accessible at all times and always strived for a quick solution. It was quite cold on our arrival (in April). At our request, she immediately turned on the heater and also provided an electric radiator if that was not enough. The Airbnb also has a lot of sports equipment for free use: in addition to foosball, table tennis and bicycles, there were also surfboards, a canoe, and a sup available. Next to our small terrace, which is unfortunately quite close to the street, there is a large, very nice garden that can be used at any time. We were also offered a dry garage parking space. Overall it was a very nice stay – we would go back anytime!

The house has an excellent location. Quiet area, very easy to park and walking you get to the beach of the sardinero super fast and if you want to go to the center and not walk too much, you have a bus nearby too.

We liked it a lot, everything was impeccable, Raúl was very attentive and kind, he gave us local recommendations, the apartment had everything and the truth is we felt at home, he provided us with a crib for our baby and a plus was that it had parking. We will definitely repeat next time! Thank you very much!

Wonderful bright, clean and spacious apartment. We loved the location as everything we wanted to see was in easy reach by walking or a short bus ride if you want to go to Magdalena Peninsula. Having two bathrooms was a nice luxury. We were very comfortable and felt very relaxed and at home.

We stayed in Llanes for a few days after touring Asturias and Aurea’s apartment was perfect. Very helpful instructions by phone message the day before arrival. Clean, tidy apartment that is larger than the photos appear. And good amenities- towels, t-towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Good wifi. Short walk to beaches, town centre, restaurants, shops etc. We were here in June so can’t comment on what would be like in peak heat of summer. Parking space very helpful; even in June you could tell parking in Llanes would be a challenge. Only negative is fairly poor soundproofing from other apartments in the block, but that was never an issue at nighttime re sleeping. Definitely recommended Aurea’s place for a couple’s break in Llanes.

The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

The cabin is a spectacular place, with all kinds of details. Nothing is missing and Marta is on the lookout for anything you need. I highly recommend it

There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We were there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is beautiful for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to stay in this corner with a dog - or children, because the basement is full of children's toys - this is the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for letting us stay in your house.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and in 10 minutes you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can easily get there and you can also visit the villages with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. A place with incredible peace and very well located. If you're looking to spend a few quiet days, it's an ideal place. It is in the middle of nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to be able to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
