The semi-detached house is 300 meters from Stecchi beach, a small cove of about 26 meters, formed by mixed gravel, protected by a high pier once used for loading the minerals of a nearby quarry. slightly farther away another beach . Between the two beaches there are a couple of natural pools, formed in the cliff where there is the very small beach of Maretto. The beaches can be reached on foot along the path that winds through the forest, to the right of the gate.

The sunset in the evening from the terrace is beautiful. It has no heating. From 10/01 to 10/04/21 there are ordinances that limit traffic and roads closed due to sporting events.

We had a great time at Annalisa's house. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea (the terrace is divided by a partition between two apartments). The house is located 5/10 minutes by car from Capoliveri in a quiet area of pine forest and other houses. You can walk to the village and the sea, but it's not immediate. Annalisa and her parents were very kind and helpful. Very clean house, basic essentials were missing (soap, dish soap, paper towels, oil, salt...) and we found that the cost for having sheets and towels was high, in fact, in the end, we brought our own. I hope we will have the opportunity to return as guests soon.

Central in the pedestrian area of Capoliveri, quiet, the most beautiful terrace on site, loving amenities. Kitchen super equipped. Upon arrival we got very helpful tips from Tinka regarding excursions and bars, restaurants. House can't be approached directly, but good and free parking nearby. We'd love to come back

A really nice location overlooking the sea in a quiet area. We were traveling without a car, the sea and Capoliveri are easily accessible on foot. Great is the terrace with dining table, umbrellas and deck chairs to linger outside. Daniele is a very warm host who is always easy to reach. Gladly come back.

Absolute dream apartment for a couple. We were there for a week. The apartment is modernly renovated and there is absolutely everything you need in the apartment. It is just far away from the tourist part, so you hardly notice anything in the apartment itself. From the balcony (also with sun gates) you can have breakfast, have an aperitivo in the evening and look at the sea all day - wonderful! The contact with Elise was very straightforward, helpful and very pleasant. Only: At the end of the small street is a (very nice alternative) bar, which each made music to run almost every evening until about 00:00/00:30 clearly audibly (live). But visitors to the bar were barely heard.

Great location with a fantastic view, the beach was close by and the nights were peaceful. The local restaurant run by the Patrini family was a delight as well and is only a down the stairway, right on the beach which made our stay very nice!

We enjoyed our holidays in this accommodation very much! Everything was very clean and practically furnished. A highlight was the wonderful terrace with a view and lots of sun! A small disadvantage was the construction noise from time to time, but fortunately it was not constant all day long. What was missing were normal-sized glasses, normal-sized teaspoons, dishwashing detergent, brush or sponge for cleaning the dishes and there was only one kitchen towel. Next time, we would clarify in advance what is available. The contact with Fabrizio's son Ivan was very nice. We were greeted and all our questions were answered in detail. We would definitely come back😊!
