The house is great for spending your holidays. It has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The area is a 20-minute drive from many tourist attractions and is well connected. The area has restaurants, bars, bakeries, supermarkets, etc. very close to the house. Juan is very kind and attentive when we need him. I would recommend it

If your after peace in a rural setting in a Spanish style house this is for you. Turn up and chill out. Lots to see in the area BUT you absolutely need a car and expect to drive a decent distance.

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

Rosa was charming to us at all times. She's a great host. The house is very well maintained and is very large. It has everything that is described and is very comfortable for the Sella descent or if you want to do sightseeing in the area. We will definitely be back :)

It was a pleasure to stay at this apartment! Rossana is incredibly kind, she met us near the building and made us feel welcome right away. Communication was smooth from the start, and we even had the chance to check in a bit earlier. We stayed for two nights with our cat, so one of the biggest advantages of this place is that it’s pet-friendly, which we really appreciated! The apartment was clean and cozy, perfectly located near Riaño and not too far from Picos de Europa. We definitely recommend this place!

This place is magical, as if from another time, a place of absolute tranquility and the perfect place to find peace and simply enjoy the dreamlike surroundings. Upon my arrival, I was surprised by my hosts with a cider tasting, according to the tradition of Asturias, the rest of the bottle I drank in the evening in this absolute silence, indescribably beautiful. We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the hostess has had, all very careful. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with a great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something that we value very much. This is a lovely apartment in the village of Las Arenas, with great access to the town and its restaurants, along with walks and local sites. The balcony is a rare find, and great for warm evenings.

We just got back from spending 3 wonderful days in this fantastic accommodation that looks like it's out of a fairy tale! The first thing to highlight is Ana's close and affectionate treatment. The truth is that from minute 1 she was attentive to everything we could need to make us feel at home! And what about his house... decorated with exquisite taste, in a very quiet town that invites you to disconnect, it makes you live a magnificent experience that you will not forget! We were traveling with a 1-month-old baby and everything was easy, they took care of leaving us a crib ready, bathtub... Also note the location of the village, ideal for visiting many places of interest in Cantabria, as it is just a few minutes from cities such as Santander! Definitely a 10!! I wish I could go back again!

We loved the house. It is in the middle of nature, ideal for routes, ferratas... Very clean, comfortable beds and with a fireplace perfect for cool nights. Access is easy and is parked without a problem. And the host Maria Cruz, a charm: always available and super friendly.

We were able to spend some great days in Cantabria. The house was right in the area we wanted to visit. It was nice to arrive and be able to rest with a drink in the garden. It's a very quiet neighborhood that allows you to relax. Lara was lovely, giving us information that was great for making our vacation perfect! She was attentive to everything we could possibly need. If you are looking for a quiet, historical, peaceful experience in northern Spain, this is it. The stone house is modernized and comfortable with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen is excellent and it was wonderful to have an outdoor space to eat and lounge and enjoy the setting. We stayed five days and there are endless day trips to take to nearby towns, beaches, mountains, markets and restaurants. Diego was a fantastic host and Marta opened the house for us. Both responded immediately to any of our needs. We loved it.

I think this is one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in and I’m not sure words can describe how amazing this place is. The view is just breathtaking and Jaime is incredibly friendly and helpful. You will also be surprised to see that the lovely animals greet you at your arrival on the first day. Their dog and cat are so friendly. It’s a heritage house full of history and family memories. Everything is just wonderful and I wish I could spent more time here.

This place is such a special find. I would highly recommended staying here and visiting this region. Ana couldn't do enough for us. We would back again.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and in 10 minutes you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can easily get there and you can also visit the villages with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

Yajaira welcomed us super well. The check in instructions were clear and the house was even nicer in person. We had a great time and felt very comfortable. In addition, the host's attention was excellent. I would recommend it 100%. We were also informed of points of interest, restaurants,... in short, very attentive.

We had one of the most peaceful and heartwarming stays thanks to Lorena. Although we originally planned to visit several nearby places, we felt so comfortable and at peace that we chose to stay close and simply enjoy Garabandal and Pechón. The rainy weather didn’t matter at all because the calm, the beauty of the surroundings, and Lorena’s warm presence made everything feel special. Lorena was more than just a host, she was a wonderful guide and support throughout our stay. Always kind, attentive, and incredibly sweet with the children. Her hospitality went far beyond expectations, and thanks to her, the house felt like home. We love Nature. My entire family left asking when we could come back. We are deeply grateful for everything she did for us. More than the house itself, it was Lorena who made this experience unforgettable. We truly hope to return someday.

Carmen was super friendly and helpful! very accommodating! the house was huge and the views were amazing! specially the views from one of the bathrooms! I totally recommend her house! it's very close to la Hermida and Potes!

We spent a few quiet days all 5 as a family with the b***h. The weather has accompanied us on some days and we have enjoyed the beaches and also the high mountains that are very close. In a short time we have done very diverse activities. Lula2's goodbye evening we set up a BBQ on the porch that was great. The Mexican restaurant of the town nos Encanto .
