Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lido di Noto

Thanks for hosting us. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was nice and clean. The garden is super nice, sitting outside you just need to accept that mosquitos will probably eat you up. Check-in and check-out was very uncomplicated, flexible and fast. Thank you, until next time :)

Excellent location and walkable to everything.

The most perfect stay in Modica. We used the car park recommended which was free and easy to find with the instructions shared. Just beware of the steep walk with luggage (approx. 7 mins). Peppe greeted us at the car which was brilliant. He was super welcoming even offering some food reccos. The home is stunning with the best view of Modica! Giuliana was a wonderful host – warm, welcoming, and always discreet. Her beautiful Shanti is a truly special place: the house is stunning, peaceful, and the pool adds a magical touch. We felt at home from the very first moment. Giuliana was always available with helpful suggestions and made our stay in Sicily even more enjoyable. Her kindness and care made a real difference. We arrived later than planned, but that was no problem for Elisa. She was very welcoming and gave us lots of helpful tips for restaurants in the area and even reserved a table for us late at night in a nearby restaurant. Throughout our stay, she remained easily reachable and was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The accommodation was well-kept, modern and clean. We appreciated having access to a secure, enclosed parking area—just a one-minute walk from the Airbnb. It’s situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a short stroll from the beach, which was a real highlight for us. A nice bonus: the Airbnb also had a beach umbrella that we could take with us to the beach. In our opinion, a rental car is a must, as public transport options seemed quite limited and the shops were about 15 minutes away by car. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend Elisa as a host! We would come back anytime!

Great location for people who want to relax without the crowds. Silence. You can only hear the sound of the waves. 2 minutes to a wide, sandy and beautiful beach. You can also find a good restaurant there. The holiday home itself is very nice and spacious. It is sufficiently equipped, although wine glasses and at least one beer mug would be useful :) Other advantages include efficient air conditioning and fast internet. The surroundings of the house are very nicely maintained. Everything is well-kept. And finally, the owners - Kora and Paolo are very nice and communicative. We send them our warmest regards. It was a very successful holiday :)

We had a very good stay in San Lorenzo. The location by the sea is really nice, with direct access to the beach. We were on the ground floor, which allowed us to fully enjoy the terrace, ideal for meals and moments of relaxation. The accommodation is as advertised, clean and well-equipped for a short or long stay. The environment is quiet, perfect for resting, and communication with the host went well. Note: you must bring a good mosquito repellent, especially in the evening. Some small details could be improved for more comfort, but overall, it's a very good place to enjoy the sea and the calm.

Rudia's accommodation is a small treasure. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Rudia is a great communicator: she was always quick to reach, had valuable tips for restaurants at hand and was always available for questions. Modica is worth a visit, also to explore Ragusa, Noto and other places of interest in the region. The apartment is very well equipped, quiet, air-conditioned and dark if you like and has a beautiful balcony for mild evenings. In short: this is a great place to spend your holidays.

My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

Everything as per the description but one point worth noting. The internet access was outstanding. Basically 800 mb down and 300 mb down. Absolutely fantastic connection is you're having a working vacation and need access to video meetings and large files.

We had a really nice stay in Avola. The flat is super clean and tidy, super handy to visit the surrounding area! Thanks again Paola!

We had a wonderful stay in Stefania’s place. The accommodation was beautiful and the attention to detail was evident throughout - from providing of extensive cooking equipment to beach towels and umbrellas. The terrace was the highlight for us and we enjoyed relaxing and cooking at the outdoor kitchen. Stefania’s recommendations were also amazing, we visited several and enjoyed them all. We loved our stay here and hope to return to Ortigia and Stefania’s place someday!

Marinella and Davide's accommodation is perfectly in line with the photos and description. The exterior is also very pleasant, there is a beach less than 5 minutes away and Marina d'Avola is also nearby with some nice restaurants. The location of the accommodation allowed us to navigate easily in the region with Syracuse and Noto very close and the nature reserve with beautiful coves to the south. We were able to meet Davide who is very nice! We recommend it!

Comfortable accommodation, located in Syracuse city, far from the chaos of Ortigia, which is still easily accessible by a five-minute drive and a quarter of an hour on foot. Bicycles are also available in the apartment. Vittorio gave us a lot of useful advice about the area and responded promptly to our requests. We felt at home... recommended!

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We loved the apartment and Ortigia very much In a great spot , very much in the heart of village life , the window doors were amazing blocking out sound. Communication and support with host was excellent Virginia and Michael

Great place, was very cozy and just the trick for a short trip where you can take a 20 minute walk to the city center. The outdoor patio was also great.

They say perfect is impossible. Here Maria, the host, has achieved the impossible. The Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well, we had a great time relaxing and looking out at the boats. Maria was incredibly hospitable, with a flexible check in and also providing information on the area. Thank you for the wonderful and unforgettable stay!
