The house is spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely outdoor area perfect for relaxing after a day in Venice. Inside, everything is thoughtfully arranged — you’ll find everything you need and even more! The location is perfect for exploring Venice: close to public transport, yet peaceful and quiet. We are truly grateful for such a warm and thoughtful place. Highly recommend — and would love to come back again! 💛

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf op Ca' Milone. We waren er voor iets meer dan twee weken en hebben heerlijk gezwommen en op de ligbedjes gelegen als we een dagje bij het huis bleven. We hebben leuk contact gehad met Francesca en Paolo die ons vanalles konden vertellen over restaurants en activiteiten in de buurt. Beiden spreken goed Engels, wat erg handig is. Paolo vertelt graag over de geschiedenis van het landgoed en zijn passie voor vliegen. De bakker en de supermarkt waren op minder dan 10 minuten met de auto, voor ons ook een pluspunt. Als je komt logeren, zorg dan wel voor een flesje Deet, of haal bij de drogist Autan om de muggen op afstand te houden!

A very warm and personal welcome from Eva who met us at the charming rustic house and showed us round. The house is well located for the beaches and historic towns and cities of the Po Delta. It is situated on a busy road but has off road parking. Its in the Po Delta so beware of mosquitos and take insect repellent.

Die Unterkunft war fußläufig zum Meer, was mit Kindern perfekt ist. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die etwas belebtwre Gegend können gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Unterkunft ist gut aufgeteilt, und die Küche Gute ausgestattet. Eventuell ein paar größere Gefäße, wie zB eine Salatschüssel würden nicht Schaden, da das Appartement ja doch für eine größere Gruppe ausgelegt ist. Die Kommunikation mit Emilio war sehr nett und einfach, so wie es im Urlaub sein sollte.

Alloggio immerso in area tranquilla a pochi minuti in auto da Bassano del Grappa. Molto bello l’alloggio che offre un bel giardino con piscina e uno spazio coperto attrezzato con divanetti e sdradio. Casa ben fornita e pulita.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und es gibt eine wunderschöne, große Rasenfläche. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es extrem heiß und der ausreichend große Pool machte dies erträglich. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und die Besitzer haben uns Tipps für Ausflüge geben. Leider war es so heiß, dass wir vieles davon nicht machen konnten. Einzig das Internet war sehr instabil. Für die Eltern weniger ein Problem als für die Kinder ....

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Haus, schön eingerichtet... tolle Lage. Ruhig und doch nah an der Lagune und Zum Vaporetto Hafen und Strand.

Maria Antonietta und Maximo haben uns sehr herzlich in ihrem wunderschönen Haus empfangen und uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Auf Radtouren durch die Lagune konnten wir tatsächlich rosa Flamingos und viele Reiher beobachten... ein Highlight unseres Urlaubs! Die Ferienwohnung ist mit antiken Möbeln wunderschön ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Spülmaschine und eine kleine Waschmaschine. Wir waren im August dort und haben uns sehr gefreut, als das Grundstück mit Mückenschutzmittel behandelt wurde (in der Lagune waren wir natürlich auf Mücken gefasst). Die ganze Familie ist sehr freundlich und kinderfreundlich, hat uns Eier, Tomaten und Kräuter aus dem eigenen Garten angeboten. Ganz herzlichen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft und Alessandro als Gastgeber sehr zufrieden. Viel Platz und alles was man bei einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Ein Highlight ist die sehr große Balkonterasse. Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah am Strand. Ca. 5min zu Fuss. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in der unmittelbarer Nähe und auch kleinere Supermärkte. Die Lage war wirklich top. Alessandro ist ein super freundlicher und netter Gastgeber. Er hat immer bei Fragen sehr schnell reagiert und war sehr hilfreich. Ihm war es sehr wichtig, dass wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts wohl fühlen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement d'Ivana! L'appartement est magnifique et très propre. Merci à Ivana pour sa gentillesse, ses conseils et sa disponibilité ! Le logement est à proximité de la gare de Mirano, très pratique pour se rendre en train à Venise. Nous recommandons ce logement et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir :)

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns wohl gefühlt haben, es gab alles, was man benötigte und es war alles gut zu finden. Sehr gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, die auch tolle Empfehlungen parat haben. Die Autobahn hört man etwas leise im Hintergrund, wir haben dies aber nicht als störend empfunden - vergleichbar mit der Lautstärke der Klimaanlage (die bei der sommerhitze eh lief, wenn man zuhause war).

Posto incredibile a Villorba, ci siamo trovati molto bene e Vanessa è stata subito molto disponibile. Soddisfatti e sicuramente consiglieremo.

This was our first time traveling with a dog and we could not have asked for a more welcoming place. Davide was right next door, helpful and easy to talk to. The setting may be rural, but there are plenty of great sights within a few kilometers. And even though the apartment was very neat and we managed to briefly use the pool, in our view, the main highlight is the porch as the sun rises to the neighbors' chickens' tune. We had a great time. Clear recommendation!

Villa Roberti is straight out of a fairy tale, with beauty challenging the capabilities of even the most imaginative human brain. There exists a kind of magic on the property that one must experience firsthand. While the villa can’t help but lend itself to being adored, it was Alessandra’s kindness and hospitality that made this trip truly unforgettable.

Emplacement proche de la plage avec une belle terrasse ombragée. Le logement était propre et bien agencé. La ligne de bus est très proche. les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Les moustiquaires ont été très efficaces et l'air conditionné bien pratique. Nous n'avons pas eu de contact réel avec notre hôte, mais les instructions ont été données par message et avec des vidéos détaillées. Cela a très bien fonctionné. Le seul point négatif est la 2e chambre aménagée dans une pièce centrale sans fenêtre et offrant peu d'intimité puisqu'il faut passer par celle-ci pour se rendre dans les autres pièces.

L'happy igloo è l'ideale qnd si vuole evadere un po' dalla routine,un posto confortevole e rilassante immerso nel verde nei fiori e nel profumo degli alberi da frutta. Gloria è stata sempre a disposizione per le informazioni e ha creato un luogo dove fare sentire a casa i suoi ospiti. L'honesty bar col maialino salvadanaio Gigi dove lasciare i soldi dopo aver consumato dal frigobar è quel gesto in più che ci fa ricordare di poterci ancora fidare delle persone 🙏

Beautiful location set in the Prosecco region (having a car is a must!). Very good supermarkets nearby and quite a few nice excursions for families nearby.
