Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! Fin da subito Luciano si è dimostrato molto disponibili. L’appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione, camera e balcone grandi dove ci si stava comodi. L’appartamento è molto luminoso e si trova al 1 piano, servito da 2 ascensori. Ottima anche la possibilità di avere il posto auto privato (con sbarra all’interno del cortile), e soprattutto il posto in spiaggia con ombrellone lettino e sdraio. Cucina separata dal soggiorno con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Si trova in una zona di jesolo che già conoscevo ed è perfetta perché pur essendo una zona tranquilla è coperta da tutti i servizi necessari. Faccio i complimenti per la cura dell’appartamento. Speriamo di ritornarci presto!

Tiziana met us in person and showed us the place herself, punctual and very friendly. The house is located perfectly, near the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and there are lots to do in the evenings even for the kids. The balcony terrace is one of the things I love. Spacious and relaxing. We had dinner there and you can see the big ferris wheel and at mornings you can relax on the lounger as the sun shines.

Bel appartement de bonne grandeur, hôte accueillante et généreuse. La localisation est superbe, à un coin de rue de la mer et la plage est magnifique. La vue du balcon est meilleure que sur les photos. Pour rejoindre Venise, il faut compter au moins une heure en autobus et en bateau l’aller retour coûte entre 25 et 28 euros.. Avec l’expérience, il vaut mieux choisir les bateaux de la même compagnie que les autobus car ils sont synchronisés et on n’attend pas entre les deux et les départs sont plus fréquents.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, quasi nur 5 min zu Fuß ans Meer. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man mit Kindern braucht. Danke für den Aufenthalt

Wir waren 4 Schwestern die das Vergnügen hatten in Alessandros Unterkunft Urlaub machen zu dürfen. Die Unterkunft ist groß und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus. Alessandro hat uns jede Frage schnell beantwortet und sogar geholfen ein passendes Angebot für ein Ausflug nach Venedig zu finden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen drauf nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo weekend a Caorle nell’appartamento di Gianluca. Appartamento con una pulizia impeccabile, dotato di ogni comfort e ben fornito. Situato in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutti i servizi… ottimo anche il sevizio spiaggia incluso nell’offerta che non è così scontato avere!

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind die Tennis und Padeltennis Plätze. Auch die Tennisbar ist direkt neben an. wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub.

Das Appartement kann ich jedenfalls weiterempfehlen. Super Lage an einem ruhigeren Strandabschnitt Nähe Ufficio 1. Der belebte Teil der Stadt ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Appartement war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Mirko war sehr gut.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und es ist sehr gut möglich zu Fuß an den Strand, ins Restaurant oder zum Supermarkt zu laufen. Der Pool war toll- wenn auch noch nicht ganz fertig. Es wurde an vieles gedacht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Venedig, jesolo und caorle gemacht- hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Absolute Empfehlung für Urlauber mit Kindern (so ab 3 Jahren, gibt eine recht steile Treppe innerhalb der Wohnung) oder ohne Kinder. Die Fensterläden sind Gold wert und dunkeln die Wohnung (vor allem in den frühen Morgenstunden) gut ab.

The accommodation met our expectations, it has everything we need for a pleasant stay. Everything was impeccably clean, beautiful view from the side of the sea, and from the roof where the pool is located on the part of Caorle and the sea. Der beste Platz für schöne Tage in Venedig!!! Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit dem schönsten Ausblick auf die Lagune und Venedig, den man haben kann. Perfekt ausgestattet mit viel freiem Stauplatz. 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Parkplatz vor der Türe frei verfügbar. Einmal um's Eck eine Bar mit cornetti, ein Feinkostgeschäft mit allem, was das Herz begehrt und ein Gemüsehändler. Wir sind mit dem Rad ca. 5 min zur Vaporetto-Station gefahren. War ideal. Wir haben das Quartier schon so vielen Freunden weiterempfohlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Das Apartment war sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war angenehm und ruhig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzerin – der Kontakt war unkompliziert und herzlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war zwar klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Balkon ist ein Traum, wunderbar beim Frühstück zu sitzen und am Abend auch! Handtücher etc. ist vorhanden, auch alles, was man in der Küche braucht. Perfekte Lage, kurzer Weg zum Strand und die Einkaufsmeile ist gleich vor dem Haus! Es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

È stato veramente molto bello ! Posizione tranquilla per un bimbo di 3 anni … un paradiso !

Wir haben für 4 Tage die Unterkunft bewohnt, wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (6 und 11). Größe hat gut gepasst. Es war eine angenehme Gegend und alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Wasserbushaltestelle LIDO und auch zum Strand (wir waren am free beach) war es nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren sehr gut! Die Türen zum kleinen Innenhof hatten Fliegengitter, Temperatur war im Mai noch sehr angenehm, Klimaanlage brauchten wir noch nicht. Praktisch fanden wir, dass Handtücher, Duschgel, Seife, Klopapier… vorhanden war.

buongiorno, abbiamo passato un week-end lungo meraviglioso. l'appartamento ( molto pulito e ristrutturato ) è come descritto dagli host, la cucina e ben fornita di tutto il necessario, nn mancava nulla! Gli host super premurosi e rispondono subito. molto consigliato!

Das Apartment hat eine perfekte Lage und ist nur wenige Meter vom Strand und auch von der Via Bafile entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es verhältnismäßig ruhig in der Straße. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts. Das Hochbett ist groß und bequem. Es sind Spielsachen für Kinder für drinnen und für den Strand vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alessandra ist eine äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die einen schon im Vorfeld mit den nötigen Informationen versorgt. Sie ist bei Nachfragen schnell und komplikationslos zu erreichen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Prosecco und kühles Wasser. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Vielen Dank dass wir den ersten Urlaub mit unserem Kind im Apartment Soyus verbringen konnten. Es war wunderbar!
