Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lido di Fermo

Der Vermieter ist gewerblich. Daniel, der sich um das Anwesen kümmert, war aber sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Was uns auch sehr gefreut hat war das Mineralwasser in Glasflaschen, das bereits im Kühlschrank auf uns gewartet hat. Die Lage war wirklich besonders schön mit Blick bis zum Meer und in die Berge und sehr ruhig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Mückengitter an den Fenstern waren sehr gut und auch nötig. Wenn man von Mücken bevorzugt wird, sollte man an Mückenabwehrmittel und elektrische Stichheiler denken mitzunehmen. Die Matratzen der Betten waren meinem Mann leider zu hart. Ein optionaler weicher Matratzen Topper könnte da einfache Abhilfe schaffen. Der Garten war groß und alles war sauber gepflegt, aber leider war nicht ein einziger blühender Strauch vorhanden. Ein paar bunte Oleander, einige Lavendel und Rosmarin würden dem leeren Garten wirklich gut tun. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer Aufenthalt, wir haben uns gut entspannt. Danke Daniel!

L'alloggio di Marco era molto bello, l'ambiente era fresco, facile parcheggiare intorno alle mura di Montelupone, ci siamo trovati bene e lo consigliamo per chi vuole visitare la zona del Conero o le spiagge.

Serene è un Host molto professionale con cui è possibile comunicare facilmente e velocemente. L'appartamento molto confortevole è praticamente nuovo. La sua posizione è centralissima, a pochi passi dal corso principale cittadino. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Altamente raccomandato.

Alloggio molto carino e soprattutto pulito. Poltrona massaggiatrice veramente super. Host molto amichevole e disponibile. L'alloggio è molto vicino alla stazione di Ancona e a Piazza Ugo Bassi per i bus cittadini.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

Once again it was a lovely and very relaxing stopover with Graziella and Graziano. A warm welcome and a personal farewell with a chat about dogs and life. We always feel very welcome and would love to come back soon. It is a quiet location and everything is clean and tidy and our dog also feels at home here.

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questo appartamento Posso solo dire che il livello di ospitalità è davvero raro! In casa c'è tutto l essenziale. In più Valter e Daniela ti offrono tutto ciò che può servire per un ottima colazione ed un meraviglioso pane proveniente dall'Aquila. Un altro servizio che ho davvero apprezzato oltre all'ombrellone in spiaggia,sono le biciclette,di cui una con seggiolino. Zona splendida! Grazie ancora Giulia

Very well equipped typical historic country house right in the center of Sirolo which is perfect for enjoying the full range of things to do there. However, it‘s right in the center where there is full Italian night life until 1am at least when the weather is warm. So a lot of noise outside. We knew this beforehand, so no problem for us at all. If you need silence to sleep, maybe think about it twice.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Grande appartamento su due piani, all’interno di una bellissima casa tipica in pietra, con tutto quello che può servire e una grande attenzione ai dettagli. Location perfetta per noi, su una strada tranquilla di un paesino, comunque con la possibilità di raggiungere a piedi un ottimo bar e un piccolo supermercato molto fornito. Host molto responsive e disponibile. Sicuramente torneremo!

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. I cannot express enough positive sentiments about Sara and Giacomo. They are exceptionally warm, responsive, and friendly hosts. The house is brand new, modern, and spacious, with every comfort and need thoughtfully anticipated. We were the first guests to stay in this newly finished property and truly enjoyed our time in Le Marche. The house is ideally located on a peaceful, quiet country road, with a view of the ancient city of Osimo in the distance. It is the perfect base for exploring Le Marche, which offers beautiful medieval villages nearby and easy access to the sea. After a long day of exploring, returning to such a comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped home was wonderful. Sara was always available and extraordinarily responsive to any questions or requests for recommendations. She is truly delightful. It’s clear that Sara and Giacomo want to create something special, and they have indeed succeeded. I highly recommend staying here.

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Arianna. C'est une personne très accueillante, qui nous a donné de bons conseils de sortie ou de repas. Elle nous a aussi nettement simplifié notre arrivée. L'appartement était propre, bien rangé et bien agencé. Situé dans un petit village, nous avons profité du calme de l'endroit mais aussi de la proximité des villes environnantes et de la mer non loin. La communication était également parfaite, notamment du fait qu'Arianna parle un très bon anglais. Une personne et un endroit qui sont vraiment à conseiller pour tout séjour dans la région. Un grand merci pour cette belle semaine.

We loved staying here! What a perfect location. A private house super close to the beach, but away from the fray of the main beach street. Only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. So nice not to have to worry about parking. We went to the free beach next to the Blu beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. Good place to relax and cook basic meals. There is a small yard and table so you can eat outside. Easy parking for the car. Super nice host! We would love to come again.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento di Eleonora per una notte. L'attico è molto confortevole e vari servizi sono gestibili comodamente dal tablet. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo potuto usufruire della sauna, dell'area relax con la parete di sale e di una vasta scelta di the e tisane a disposizione. La cucina era perfettamente attrezzata e funzionale. Ambienti curati nei minimi dettagli, abbiamo molto apprezzato la living room in stile giapponese. Perfetto per un weekend di relax.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de las zonas importantes de Ancona, y cerca del transporte público. Es espacioso, fresco, muy limpio y con buen mobiliario. Bien decorado. La estancia fue fantástica. Angela nos acogió durante la estadía y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos dio buenas recomendaciones, consejos y conversamos amenamente con ella. Fue muy amable e hizo que nuestra estadía fuera fantástica.

Шикарное жилье. Отдыхали семьей, нам всем понравилось. Хозяин квартиры организовал нам трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, для нас это было необходимым удобством. Чисто, уютно, близкое расположение к пляжу. Рекомендуем 👍

L'appartamento è molto curato nei particolari ed arredato molto bene con mobili di qualità. L'host è gentile e premuroso, ti accoglie di persona. La casa presenta tutti i comfort come il wi-fi lavatrice asciugatrice lavastoviglie condizionatori nelle camere ecc. e sono presenti gli essenziali e generi di prima accoglienza. La posizione della casa è strepitosa proprio di fronte al lungomare. Completa la dotazione un ampio box sotto casa . Raramente ho trovato tutta questa dotazione . Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Io e mia moglie siamo stati benissimo . Consigliato
