We felt at home at Massimo's. Everything was as it should be and even better. The house was large, spacious and very clean. Perfect for our family of four plus a dog. The place is located far from the buildings, so you can relax in peace. The garden was large, perfect for spending time outdoors, and there was a large and clean swimming pool where you could cool off on hot days. The contact with Massimo was without reservations. He always wrote back within a few minutes and if we needed anything, he was always available. In the kitchen, there were basic food products to make coffee and eat something after a long journey. In addition, we received delicious wine, and as soon as it was missing, he always brought new ones. On the last day, we had delicious croissants for breakfast. I highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. And we hope to return there.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Great location and excellent apartment.

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

This is an exceptionally beautiful place to stay in a fantastic location. The apartment is located in a picturesque village and impresses with its cleanliness, cosiness, and well-equipped kitchen. It is ideal for anyone who likes to cook for themselves. And it is the perfect base for those who want peace and quiet, as well as for excursions to the impressive Frasassi caves and mountain villages, and for tasting the regional Verdicchio wine. We can recommend the apartment and the surrounding area wholeheartedly!

Close to shops, etc. by car. 15 minutes by car to the sea. Large spaces both inside and out. Very nice and personal. Wonderful pool area. 4 toilets and showers.

Laura was the best host ever! She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our entire stay. Whenever we had any doubts or questions, she was always available and ready to assist us. We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

We were guests on New Year's Eve and it was only a positive experience. A slightly difficult area to reach, using a suitable car on unpaved roads is recommended. Maja was very nice and approachable, during the days the house was heated and very welcoming.

I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well maintained and comfortable, small but well equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a stone's throw from the house. Corridonia is strategically located to visit Macerata, Recanati and Ascoli Piceno, three truly delightful cities Communication with Chiara was easy and friendly Thank you Chiara for helping to make our little vacation special!! Great location, just opposite of the public beaches. great view from flat! walkable distance to great restaurants. small place and not busy. love it !

The apartment is as described, with a modern bathroom and everything you need, even in the kitchen (breakfast for a couple of days was guaranteed) It is on the second floor and the stairs are slightly steep with narrow landings but for us it was not a problem (a little movement is good) We used the terrace in the evening to dine, even if you have to go up another flight of stairs to bring up what you need, but after the excellent fish-based lunches on the waterfront, the dinners were light. You don't get to enjoy the view, but you do get a fresh and pleasant breeze, at least during our stay Dino was full of advice, always diligent, and lent us his bicycles, which were very useful for getting around the long cycle paths in the area. We have reached Grottammare Alta and Marano (Cupra Alta), which are really beautiful. In the evening, leaving the house, you could reach the main street in two minutes, which was lively and had many bars We liked San Benedetto (even the oldest part), we hope to return

We had a great time in Lido di Fermo and immediately felt very comfortable in this great penthouse, which offers all the necessary comforts to guests and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of the apartment is the all-round roof terrace with an incredible panoramic view, two outdoor showers and great seating options, which also provide shade at lunch with sea views thanks to the extendable sunshine. Matteo was an attentive host and always responded very quickly to questions and provided us with helpful tips. Thanks for everything - we'll be happy to come back :-D

A real corner of paradise; first of all the availability and kindness of Oriana who welcomed us in a house cared for in every detail, where there was no lack of comfort to spend a relaxing stay immersed in the Marche hills. A special thank you also from our dog who perhaps enjoyed the breakfasts in the beautiful garden more than anyone else.

For our holiday with two children, the apartment is perfectly suitable. Clean and cozy. There is a railway nearby, but the soundproofing in the apartment is beautiful. This noise didn't bother us. It was very nice to feel the care of the hosts: a bottle of water in the fridge, shower gel and soap in the bathroom, beautifully laid towels, packed salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil. Everything you could need during your vacation, if I forgot something myself) The location is wonderful. We really appreciate it.

The house is very well situated between Atri and Pineto, and has a fantastic view of the surroundings, ocean and sunset (probably sunrise as well). Paola and Carmine were extremely responsive and gave plenty of good suggestions. The place is also very well equipped if you’re planning on cooking. The only slight downside is that, being just off the road, you can hear the cars going by when you’re in the garden. But even considering that, the place is great value for money.
