Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lido di Capoliveri

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

Beautiful little apartment in a very quiet location in nature. Perfect for two people. Well thought out with everything you need. Kitchen was also well equipped to cook for yourself. However, you should be aware that the journey is a little adventurous with narrow roads. There is a free parking space on the roadside at the accommodation, but here too you should be an experienced driver 😅 Bakeries are a 10-minute walk away.

We had a wonderful time in Berith's vacation home! The house is not only beautiful, but also corresponds in every respect to the description in the advertisement – and perhaps even more. We particularly enjoyed the terrace with the large table, where we could have breakfast in peace every morning. Listening to the birds was the perfect start to the day for us. It was exactly the time out we needed. Thank you for everything!

The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside of Marciana Marina. From there you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We quickly got used to the steep, narrow road and also the access to the parking lot. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip: In addition to the difficult access directly from the parking lot, there is a 2nd access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

We had a very nice time in the very well furnished apartment. The location is stunning, right by the sea/stand and if you get up early enough you enjoy a wonderful sunrise. Letizia was always available and provided immediate relief if needed. Thank you

We had a good time. Nadia offers excellent service. If you have any questions, you will get a quick response. The house is equipped with everything needed in everyday life and for cooking. The garden is fantastic. Showers in the garden in the sun and in the rain. Fresh figs from the tree and herbs for cooking. A small beautiful paradise highly recommended. We can't fault anything at all and would leave any time.

The two of us had a very pleasant stay at Antonella's. The apartment is pretty (see photos), well furnished and equipped. Everything worked out great. Since it was hot, we benefited from the air conditioning in all rooms. The balcony is large and well shaded by an extendable awning. We found the location at the harbor great, but (see description) there is always life on the alley until 11 pm, you have to know. Antonella lives in the same house and is easily accessible and helpful but not omnipresent, privacy is respected. We had to move very spontaneously from another place, she made it possible. Thank you.

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

It was a wonderful stay in Poggio at Babara's. Babara is super nice, warm and always available. The check-in and check-out were very flexible and totally pleasant for us. The apartment is very nice! Everything you need in the kitchen is there, the bathroom is new and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The terrace on the square is wonderful. The view is great and in the evening it has a great atmosphere. Bus stop just a few minutes away. Therefore, you are very flexible and well connected. The village is very beautiful and the restaurants very tasty. Babara made us feel very comfortable, thank you for that :) You dear Babara, all the best and hopefully see you soon.

Perfect stay! The house is a few minutes' walk from the center of Porto Azzurro, which is a wonderful village. Equipped with everything, including a garden and a garage, a decidedly significant plus. Antonella was a very helpful host and always ready to answer any questions/needs. If we return to Elba, we will surely see each other again. Recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view of the harbor and the lively Piazza of Porto Azzurro. Simply beautiful and unforgettable! An absolute highlight was that we were allowed to use two loungers and a parasol on the beach of Capoliveri for free. A sensational service! We felt very comfortable in the small, very nicely furnished apartment. Communication with Laura was unproblematic, as she speaks English very well. Capoliveri is, for us, one of the most beautiful places on the island. A good starting point for mountain bike tours and hikes. In addition, everything you need for a a pleasant stay: Shops, restaurants and bars. In the village, it is a bit busier, but it is pleasantly quiet in the accommodation. There are countless beautiful beaches and beautiful viewpoints. We will be happy to come back :)

We spent 4 days as a small family in Linda's accommodation. We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is small, but very nice. It really had everything you need and even coffee and water were provided to us as a welcome from Linda. The three of us stayed here and felt very comfortable - we already told Linda that we will come back. Great apartment - I highly recommend it.

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Maria Grazia is very kind and welcomed us by making us feel at home right away and responding immediately when we had some requests. From the garden the view is phenomenal and the location is convenient (in 15 minutes by car you can reach the blue port and the Lido di Capoliveri, in 20 the Gulf of Lacona). In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the center of Capoliveri, which is always pleasantly lively in the evening. Highly recommended!

Very nice and quiet place. Nisportino beach 50 m away . Everything as described. Cristiano and Sonia are really very kind, they gave us useful information and were always available.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Matteo's accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is very clean and nice, matches the description and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A perfect option for a family of four, for example! Really good sandy beach right next door: shallow, clear water and beach services available. The beautiful village of Capoliveri is a few minutes' drive away. A car is quite necessary, as there are no shops in Naregna, but there are a couple of restaurants. Matteo was helpful and responded well to all inquiries. Your own parking space right next to the apartment building.

The space is modern and clean. All rooms have mosquito screens, which we greatly appreciated. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. Parking spot outside the house. You have your peace and feel comfortable with Paolo. He only speaks Italian, which was not an obstacle. In the village there is a small shop with fruits, cheese, meats and the usual items. Service very friendly. It is about a 20-minute walk to the house beach, by car 5. You can take some hikes directly from the house. Larger shops can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)
