Alessandra was extremely friendly and helpful, providing a lot of local recommendations and facts about Ravenna. She explained everything thoroughly and was very responsive whenever we had any questions. The place really felt like home and would be perfect for a couple like us or friends/family, it was very quiet and a short walk to the station. There were supermarkets nearby and some beautiful places to visit. The washing machine was really helpful and the kitchen had everything necessary. Bathroom was spacious and clean and the bedroom was absolutely perfect, comfortable bed and a big wardrobe for all your stuff. The TV had everything you need for a wind down in the evening. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Recently renovated accommodation. Well-kept and functional furnishings. New and very clean bed linen and towels. Possibility to use the washing machine and iron. Stefania is friendly and present. It was a really positive experience.

The apartment is well furnished with a kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything you need to stay a few days, without having to adapt to what is usually (not) available to the guest. New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Orlando and his wife welcomed me with incredible hospitality that made me feel at home right away! I had a great time and was impressed by the commitment and care of the entire structure with a spectacular pool for the summer and an impeccable room and bathroom in terms of cleanliness and order. Not to mention the super playful dogs... 😁 I'll definitely be back when I get back there!

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Such a nice lady! Place good too: Big with nice outdoor patio. Lots of locks so felt secure and was glad for a shed to lock our bikes. Also: good coffee capsules! 10ish minutes walk to beach.
