Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay, but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the street and right by the lifeguard (Mario baths) we also enjoyed it here. So for me, a more than positive experience. Thank you Elisa!

Maurizio is a really rare person nowadays, welcoming, kind and very available for every need. She welcomed me into the apartment with a very welcome local gift. Thank you. Extraordinary location and very clean house, we had a great time.

Unfortunately, my family and I only stayed at Alberto's for the weekend. The apartment is a delight, just as you can see in the photos. It is clean, bright, quite spacious and cared for in every detail. The terraces available in the apartment are really nice and comfortable both for hanging clothes and for having an aperitif outside, and they overlook a very quiet area. Although the area is not particularly busy, it is very close to both the beach and the promenade, so it is very convenient for services. As soon as he welcomed us, Alberto gave us a tour of the apartment and the garage (another extremely positive note of this accommodation) and immediately made himself available for any of our needs and questions. I 100% recommend this apartment and we will definitely be back!

I had a really nice stay in this apartment! The house was clean, cozy, and perfectly as described. Nothing is missing and all the necessary amenities are present to make you feel at home. The location is very convenient both for the sea and the center: once you arrive, you no longer have to move the car. The nearest supermarket and bakery are less than a 5-minute walk away. What makes the apartment unique is the air that comes in from the balcony overlooking the sea: even on the hottest days it is a certainty! A special thank you to Silvia, who was always available, kind and quick in communications. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for large living spaces and who wants comfort by the sea. If I return to the area, I will definitely choose Silvia's apartment again!

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

The house was nothing short of fantastic! Everything in the house is designed with precision and attention to detail, 1 minute's walk from the center of Cattolica with all amenities and restaurants/beaches. Stefano is a fantastic host, super helpful and welcomed us in the best possible way! We will definitely return to Cattolica and stay here! Thank you for having us!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

We had a wonderful time staying with Alda and Raymond. Marina Romea is a very relaxed vacation spot. Perfect for families and for relaxing. The apartment is excellently equipped, kitchen and bathrooms completely refurbished. Absolutely recommended.

We enjoyed our break at Eleonoras place. It was neat and clean and had all amenities. Lovely to sit out in the private garden for breakfast or a drink. Close to the sea and a range of restaurants and an easy drive to Ravenna and Ferrara.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

Definitely a positive experience. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. A little gem. Everything is very well cared for, from the furniture to the equipment to the terrace. Quiet area, very close to the sea. Pedestrian area not far away. Attilio is a very helpful and friendly person.

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Mira is a great host, super kind and friendly, who was very concerned about me and my friends. We had a really good time in her house as it is very well equipped and with practically all the comforts you could ask for. The house, although not huge, was very welcoming with its very nice bedrooms and its modern bathroom, not to mention the balcony that, although not very large, allowed us to spoil a few meals sitting with a sea view. In conclusion, Mira's house was really a great choice and if there is an opportunity we will definitely return.

I spent a few days at Eleonora's, with my partner and my 9-year-old granddaughter. The house had everything we needed: the apartment was clean and very bright, well ventilated and equipped. Even though it doesn't have an elevator, we didn't struggle to move around easily. Our expectations have been fully met. The neighborhood was quiet, but at the same time very close to the promenade and various clubs. Eleonora was available and welcoming and provided us with all the information we could have needed.
