Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

We spent a few days ( 2-8.06.2025) at Podere Bocci with our family, and it was an absolutely exceptional time. The villa is even more beautiful than in the photos – very clean, spacious, and with a wonderful view of the Tuscan hills. The pool was perfect, discreetly cleaned every morning by the owner – everything was cared for down to the smallest detail. What impressed us the most, however, was the hospitality of the hosts – incredibly kind, helpful, and warm. They answered every question, brought us cake and prosecco for Grzesiek’s birthday, and surprised us with a delicious aperitivo at the end of our stay. We had never experienced such a warm welcome before – we truly felt exceptionally well taken care of. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, the charm of Tuscany, and genuine kindness. We will definitely be back! Comfortable place, well equipped. Pleasant terrace. Easy walking to historical sites--and a supermarket. Sylia is very helpful.

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

Does it get any better?? The answer is no… no it doesn’t. If you want to sit back, relax with a glass of vino looking at arguably the best view your mind can imagine…. Then this is the place for you. Close to all the historic sites around the old city, step behind the walls and step back in time. There are great sites and museums all super close to the apartment. A good host can make all the difference, Stefano is one of the best.. helpful instructions, always responsive and even made a booking for dinner for us which was just perfect. Can I give more than 5 stars…. Because I would Highly recommended.

A perfect location for those seeking mosaics, mere steps away from San Vitale.

Giacomo and his family were very welcoming. Communication was impeccable. The accommodation is well-kept and very central, just a few minutes' walk from the canal port. It was a great experience, thank you!

We had such a great stay at this lovely home! We were only there for two nights, but everything was cozy, clean, and super comfortable. When we had a little trouble figuring out how to unlock the door, the hosts were quick to help us out — they were so kind and patient. To top it off, they even left us some snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel. We really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

Luca and Sara's place was amazing: a beautiful, newly renovated apartment, styled with great and sophisticated taste, with great attention to details - it made me feel immediately at home. Spotlessly clean, it had literally everything I needed, from utensils, towels, bed linen and covers, coffee and tea, etc. They left even dog cookies and dog water and food bowls! The flat is situated super central, 5 minutes from the main square, but it is turned towards the inner street, so it was really private and silent. I was gently woken up by birds every morning! Luca was super friendly, always responsive and helpful. The apartment has access to a terrace at the roof with table just for guests - it gives a gorgeous view over the rooftops and brings a fresh sea air. The flat is also very fresh which I believe is a godsend for the summer months. Oh, I slept like god as well. The sleeping room is a real zen place - from the use of colours, perfume, textiles and light. I will come back for sure!

Only about 25% of the time do I say "I'd come back here" after an Airbnb stay. I said this shortly after checking in. VERY accurate description on line. Great location for exploring Ravenna's old city. Close enough to the ZTL line to make parking relatively painless. Centrally located to the historic churches we came to visit...which, by the way, were breathtaking.

We (two adults, two 14-year-old sons) felt very comfortable in the place from the beginning. The furnishings were practical and simple, no frills. The division also suited us: the parents downstairs, the youth upstairs.The location was😉 also right for us. We can highly recommend the accommodation!

Stayed for one night only for a conference. Delightful apartment, perfect for 1-2 people, equipped with everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness. Really pleasant sea cyst. Recommended

Franco is a wonderful host and Villa Calanco was a great place to stay. Franco is very quick to reply, gives out all the information you could need and want and is very helpful. The apartment was very cute and had everything we needed. We had a lovely time. There is plenty to do in the area and the garden offers ample opportunity to relax in the end of season sunshine in our case. We would happily return on our next visit to the area. Mrs. Rita, your husband and the legendary Luna made this experience fantastic!We spent a few days at this wonderful family's home! What can I say? For us, it was the first vacation with the child and we couldn't have made a better choice! Very clean environment, with all the comforts and a few minutes' walk from the beach, pharmacy, center, restaurants and port (where you can also take the ferry for a few cents) the owners are really nice, easy-going and helpful people! We'll definitely see each other again later, congratulations on everything!

We had a wonderful stay. Great lication, nice and clean appartment with marvellous view from the window. I recommend the place.

Manuela was a wonderful host and met us at the apartment where she gave us a run through of the access. Inside was a table with a wide range of local tourism information which was really useful, and she also gave us local tips including where and which grocery stores were the best for various items we required. After some busy towns Ravenna was the most joyful stop on our trip with a beautiful peaceful town, surrounded with greenery and of course the beautiful mosaics. When we walked into the home it felt like home, which I was missing at this stage of our trip, it was warm and welcoming. It was well equipped and we cooked our dinners, having a break from pizza and pasta - getting some vegetables in was a plus. I thoroughly enjoyed my morning coffee at the cosy dining table area each morning and worked on my travel journal. We also had access to a washing machine to do a clothes refresh. The apartment is in close distance to so many attractions, shops and restaurants, a perfect spot!

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our host, was totally warm and made us feel immediately welcome with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us with everything – both are just wonderful people. And best of all, Antonella is a fantastic chef! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – such a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommend!

Stefano and his partner, Arina were fantastic hosts. The apartment was perfect. Big balcony, great amenities, great location near the harbour. It was one of the best stays we have had. We were sad to leave. Thanks guys 🙏💕

The accommodation was very nice, spacious and clean.

It was a pleasure to stay at Arianna and Paolos property. It was immaculate with every modern convenience and just a short walk to everything that you need to see in Ravenna. The garden area outside of the apartment was a delightful place to enjoy a glass of wine before venturing out to the many restaurants of Ravenna. All communications were timely and helpful.

From this accommodation we had access to all the recommended classic visits of Ravenna, without using the car. The accommodation is at its best .

The house is clean and cozy, as my daughter said "it feels like home", very well-stocked, in the center, we did not miss anything and we had a great time. We have never had any difficulty parking near the entrance, but there is no shortage of parking spaces in the vicinity. Paola is very courteous and very attentive to the guest and we thank her very much.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and with a very rich aroma! Beautiful environments, bright and well ventilated. We had everything we needed for the three days we were, place to park the car for free on the street and close to everything you need walking, very close to the beach without moving the car. I recommend it
