Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

We spent a few days ( 2-8.06.2025) at Podere Bocci with our family, and it was an absolutely exceptional time. The villa is even more beautiful than in the photos – very clean, spacious, and with a wonderful view of the Tuscan hills. The pool was perfect, discreetly cleaned every morning by the owner – everything was cared for down to the smallest detail. What impressed us the most, however, was the hospitality of the hosts – incredibly kind, helpful, and warm. They answered every question, brought us cake and prosecco for Grzesiek’s birthday, and surprised us with a delicious aperitivo at the end of our stay. We had never experienced such a warm welcome before – we truly felt exceptionally well taken care of. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, the charm of Tuscany, and genuine kindness. We will definitely be back! Abbiamo alloggiato qui per il GP di Imola e siamo stati benissimo! La zona è centrale e molto tranquilla, non abbiamo avuto problemi a raggiungere Imola. La casa è bellissima, come da descrizione! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo anche trovato uno spumantino per brindare, un gesto molto apprezzato! L'host è stata molto disponibile ed è stato un piacere conoscerla prima della partenza per fare due chiacchiere. Se ci fosse l'occasione in futuro, ritorneremo sicuramente!

We had such a great stay at this lovely home! We were only there for two nights, but everything was cozy, clean, and super comfortable. When we had a little trouble figuring out how to unlock the door, the hosts were quick to help us out — they were so kind and patient. To top it off, they even left us some snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel. We really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

Onze dagen in het huis van Riccardo waren heerlijk en ontspannen. Alles was compleet en het ontbrak ons aan niets. De hoogte punten waren de heerlijke taart, het zwembad en het ontbijt. Deze plek bevelen we zeer aan. Wij wensen Riccardo en zijn familie alle goeds toe.

Linda, e il suo appartamento, sono la soluzione ideale per chi vuole stare bene a Cesenatico. Linda è una persona gentile, pratica ed estremamente affabile. Ama lo spazio che offre e questo si vede da ogni dettaglio. L’appartamento è perfetto: ultimo piano di una palazzina fronte mare, con balcone su tutto il perimetro. È nuovo, luminosissimo e fornito di tutto. La posizione, anche grazie al traghettino elettrico che attraversa il Porto Canale, è a breve distanza dal centro e dalla spiaggia Levante. Noi eravamo in quattro e siamo stati benissimo. Grazie Linda!

Only about 25% of the time do I say "I'd come back here" after an Airbnb stay. I said this shortly after checking in. VERY accurate description on line. Great location for exploring Ravenna's old city. Close enough to the ZTL line to make parking relatively painless. Centrally located to the historic churches we came to visit...which, by the way, were breathtaking.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was so peaceful and perfect to relax some days. Franco was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in easy. You can tell they really care about making guests feel at home. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Esperienza magnifica, terrazzo panoramico spettacolare. Appartamento pulitissimo e super accessoriato. Guido sempre disponibile e pronto per ogni eventualità. Consigliatissimo

Manuela was a wonderful host and met us at the apartment where she gave us a run through of the access. Inside was a table with a wide range of local tourism information which was really useful, and she also gave us local tips including where and which grocery stores were the best for various items we required. After some busy towns Ravenna was the most joyful stop on our trip with a beautiful peaceful town, surrounded with greenery and of course the beautiful mosaics. When we walked into the home it felt like home, which I was missing at this stage of our trip, it was warm and welcoming. It was well equipped and we cooked our dinners, having a break from pizza and pasta - getting some vegetables in was a plus. I thoroughly enjoyed my morning coffee at the cosy dining table area each morning and worked on my travel journal. We also had access to a washing machine to do a clothes refresh. The apartment is in close distance to so many attractions, shops and restaurants, a perfect spot!

Unser Aufenthalt in Teodorano war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft ist super schön, gemütlich und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Antonella, unsere Gastgeberin, war total herzlich und hat uns mit ihrer offenen Art direkt willkommen fühlen lassen. Auch ihr Mann war super hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem unterstützt – beide sind einfach wunderbare Menschen. Und das Beste: Antonella ist eine fantastische Köchin! Als Überraschung hat sie uns sogar noch etwas Leckeres für die Weiterfahrt mitgegeben – so eine liebe Geste! Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Stefano è stato gentilissimo e veramente disponibile. Appena arrivate ci ha spiegato tutto con molta cura, dai posti in cui potevamo andare (ristoranti, bar, spiagge) vicino all’appartamento a cose più pratiche (come usare l’Apple TV o le casse). Inoltre ci ha lasciato carta ed acqua fuori dalla porta appena entrate. Veramente super disponibile e risposte velocissime. Appartamento stupendo e posizione top anche in rapporto al prezzo. Se torneremo a Rimini cercheremo sicuramente questo appartamento!

It was a pleasure to stay at Arianna and Paolos property. It was immaculate with every modern convenience and just a short walk to everything that you need to see in Ravenna. The garden area outside of the apartment was a delightful place to enjoy a glass of wine before venturing out to the many restaurants of Ravenna. All communications were timely and helpful.

Depuis ce logement nous avons eu accès à toutes les visites classiques recommandées de Ravenne, sans utiliserr la voiture. Le logement est au top .

La casa è pulita e accogliente, come ha detto mia figlia "sembra di essere a casa", molto fornita, in centro, a noi non è mancato niente e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà a posteggiare vicino all' ingresso, ma comunque nei dintorni i parcheggi non mancano. Paola è molto cortese e molto attenta all'ospite e la ringraziamo molto.
