Holiday rentals with beach access in Lido Adriano

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Alessandro and Claudia’s house is a very compact, lovely place in Riccione. It is close to the beach and only a 10 min walk from the station. There are lots of eateries , cafes and bars nearby. The hosts were very nice and helpful. While the stay was very comfortable perhaps some small conveniences could be added. For example, the kitchen did not have anything apart from salt and pepper (oil, basic spices, tissues and a pair of scissors would be a good add on). There was no hand soap (although small soap bottles are provided in each bathroom). There is a washer / dryer for convenience but the dryer does take a long time. If you were to ignore these small things, this is a highly recommended place to stay if you want to enjoy Riccione and the Emilia-Romagna region. There is a tourist tax of 2 Euro per person per night. We forgot to leave it on the table and they were gracious enough to remind us and accept our money transfer. Lovely stay indeed !

great location, beautiful apartment, host is great

Per essere estremamente sintetico siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento è davvero delizioso: accogliente, pulito, arredato con molto gusto, accessoriato di tutto, dotato di comodissimo posto auto e spazio esterno che si apre su un panorama spettacolare; inoltre il borgo di Gabicce Monte è un'autentica perla, offre la possibilità di rilassanti passeggiate con la sensazione di essere sospesi sulla distesa del mare. Una ulteriore particolarità: L'appartamento è adiacente alla chiesetta del paese, un tempo probabilmente erano comunicanti, il che rende il contesto ancora più suggestivo. Ne ho già nostalgia!

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage gleich am Strand. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

il nostro soggiorno alla Spralla è stato perfetto. L'appartamento è estremamente accogliente, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutte le facilities necessarie. L'invidiabile posizione a due passi dal mare rende inoltre naturale la sensazione di immergersi da subito nel mood vacanziero. Simona poi è una host davvero unica, simpatica e presente; da brava local ti fornirà le dritte giuste per vivere al meglio l'esperienza. Last but not least, il comodo posto auto permette di dimenticarsi (se sì vuole) della vettura e di potersi godere una piacevole giornata al mare (consiglio spassionatamente il Bagno Giorgio 62 sempre in zona). Grazie da noi ed alla prossima!!!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo alloggio a due passi dal mare! La posizione è perfetta: comodissima sia per la spiaggia che per fare una passeggiata in centro. L’appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle foto: curato nei dettagli, in ordine e soprattutto pulitissimo. Era fornito di tutto il necessario per vivere comodamente fin dal primo momento. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere con gentilezza e tempestività a ogni mia richiesta. Assolutamente consigliato!

L’appartement étais au top avec le parking intérieur la hôte étais très sympa nous sa conseille pour divers activité ou repas Je vous conseille si vous rechercher un appartement pour 7 personne

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

Casa curata e carina corrispondente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e oltre. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nei dintorni sono presenti ottimi ristoranti e la casa è a pochi passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Unica pecca: la scala esterna per raggiungere il piano superiore, ma questo non ha impedito di goderci il soggiorno Davvero consigliata

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Accoglienza ottima, gradevole e simpatica da parte di Rosaria e Salvatore, ci hanno mostrato la casa e risposto a tutte le nostre domande aggiungendo informazioni utili alla nostra vacanza. Sempre disponibili, sono sicuramente un riferimento. Bella la casa ed ancora di più il giardino, ben curato, apprezzato molto anche dalle nostre cagnoline. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo con Elisa , super disponibile a qualsiasi ora e gentilissima . Appartamento a pochissimi metri dal mare , e dal centro di Igea Marina . Consigliatissimo !

Ubytování jsme si užili. Komunikace s Rosou byla v pořádku. Byt je prostorný, ocenili jsme možnost využití zahrady. Je odsud nedaleko i na pláž. A pejsek Ugo, to byl bonus navrch, nejmilejší pejsek, jakého jsme na cestách potkali.

Our stay here was perfect. Claudia was a super host, the apartment was lovely and clean, and the location is brilliant, a five minute walk to the beach, great restaurants and amenities nearby. Having access to bikes was a real plus too. We loved it and would definitely recommend.

Eravamo a Rimini 4 giorni per lavoro, l accoglienza e la disponibilità di Roberta hanno permesso a me ed i miei collaboratori di passare 4 giorni intensi ed impegnativi nel pieno comfort, ed il parcheggio privato importantissimo per noi che avevamo il furgone carico di articoli destinati alla vendita…. Muy buena disposición de Karlo, nos esperó en el punto para mostrarnos en lugar. Buenas recomendaciones para hacer y muy servicial. Está en el centro junto al malecón y la playa, a 10 metros de todo... Tiendas, restaurantes, iglesia, playa, supermercado, mercado... El departamento está muy bonito y bien arreglado.

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Wir haben uns gleich nach Ankunft wie zu Hause gefühlt, es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und auch unserer kleiner Hund hatte genug Platz. Die Balkone bieten einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer bzw. den Hafen. Es gibt tolle Restaurants rund um die Unterkunft und auf der anderen Seite des Hafens kann man toll an der Promenade entlang laufen und in Bars und Cafés einkehren. Auch hundefreundliche Strände und Menschen findet man genug. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit erneut buchen und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Had the best time! Some great memories made! Thank you Giacomina xxx

abbiamo soggiornato qui per una piccola vacanza di relax con la nostra cagnolina Kora, Francesco e Pamida si sono mostrati fin da subito molto gentili e amichevoli anche con la nostra cagnolina!! sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno durante il nostro soggiorno, anche nel darci indicazioni su posti da visitare e nel fornirci indicazioni su bar e ristoranti ottimi in zona. la casa era pulita, con un bel terrazzo grande, e attrezzata con ogni comfort!vicinissimo al mare e a tutte le strutture di cui avevamo bisogno! praticamente l' auto non l abbiamo mai usata! che dire... ci hanno fatto sentire a casa!! grazie!!

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!
