Peaceful torpliv in scenic surroundings

At Kölingsholms Gård in Kölingared is this little cozy cottage, surrounded by natural pastries and oak trees. Two rooms and a kitchen with sleeping loft. Fully tiled toilet with shower and underfloor heating. The kitchen is on a smaller scale but well equipped for cooking/baking! One double bedroom and two single beds (105 cm) in the loft. In the living room there is a fireplace and room for everyone on the sofa as well as dining table and chairs. A hallway and a little rough (with underfloor heating) with an exit to the back.

The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house stands in and the insulation is shavings from the floors and walls. For us, it's organic and local important to take care of.

Inom ca 5km radie finner ni naturreservat med vandringsleder, badstrand, fiskesjöar, en skidanläggning och längdskidspår. Det finns en grillplats vid stugan där ni kan grilla en korv eller något annat gott, glöm inte sittunderlag! Det går att åka skridskor om det varit kallt några dagar. Det finns tillgång till två kanoter för paddling i ån.
