Holiday rentals in Li Tumi

Pancrazio was een hele fijne gastheer. De communicatie verliep prettig en makkelijk. Hij reageert altijd en heel snel. Hij heeft ons ook goede tips gegeven voor faciliteiten en activiteiten in de omgeving. Zijn appartement was netjes, luxe en schoon. Het was zelfs voorzien van luxe toilet artikelen zoals verzorgingssetjes waaronder tandenborstels, tandpasta en badslippers. In de keuken waren voldoende basis artikelen om een ontbijtje klaar te maken. Bij aankomst kregen we zelfs een fles prosecco, toen bleek dat er een bed te weinig was opgemaakt. Dit werd ook binnen half uur alsnog geregeld. De bedden slapen trouwens ook heerlijk ! We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, dus aarzel niet om dit appartement te boeken ☺️

Le logement proposé par Buena Onda était simplement parfait. La qualité des prestations a dépassé nos attentes et la villa était encore plus belle qu’en photos. L’intérieur de la maison est très bien décoré et offre beaucoup d’espace pour une famille, avec des parties bien séparées qui ont permis à notre fille de 11 ans d’avoir son propre espace. La maison est également très bien située et permet de visiter le sud des pouilles facilement en étant à la fois proche de Otrante, Lecce ou Gallipoli. Nous conseillons cette adresse sans hésiter à toutes familles ou amis désirant visiter la région et passer un moment agréable dans une maison en pleine nature.

Très bien située pour visiter tous sites du sud des Pouilles à la journée, cette maison est magnifique avec un grand espace extérieur. Les espaces intérieurs sont grands et beaux, la cuisine très agréable ainsi que la piscine. La piscine est un peu loin de la maison et il y a un bâtiment en construction dans le jardin ce qui gâche un peu la vue c’est dommage. Mais l’ensemble est tout de même très agréable !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette ancienne Masseria bien restaurée. Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé avec une belle piscine, dans un grand domaine. La propriété est proche de Lecce, ce qui est très agréable. Un grand merci à Marcello, qui est un hôte très attentionné et très accueillant. Nous recommandons vivement.

Die Wohnung ist modern, geräumig und schick eingerichtet. Sie liegt im 4. Stock eines Wohnblocks mit 2 grossen Terrassen mit Meerblick. Ein kleiner, ruhiger Strand ist auf der einen Seite, und ein sehr langer und belebter Strand auf der anderen. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants. Man braucht kein Auto, wenn man keine Ausflüge machen will. Maria und Tommaso sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Check-in und -out waren sehr effizient. Ein Korb mit Lebensmitteln und Getränke wurden zum Empfang bereitgestellt, und am letzten Tag als Überraschung eine Flasche Olivenöl. In der Wohnung ist an alles gedacht, selbst Strandliegen hat es. Das Wifi funktioniert bestens, und das Auto kann im Hof geparkt werden. Das war eine sehr entspannte Woche.

We had a fantastic stay at Luigi’s place! It is located in a quiet and local area about a 10-minute walk from the old town, making it the perfect location for Lecce. The place is spacious with plenty of amenities - full kitchen, two bathrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The bed was comfortable and we had great night sleeps with the fan. The best part had to be the pool and outdoor area! We loved breaking up the hot days with a couple hours in the pool each day. We stayed there as a couple but there was plenty of space for a big family or friends. The bonus was having accessible parking outside the house - while not part of the property, we had no trouble finding some each day. The hosts had fantastic communication too, making check-in seamless and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d definitely love to stay again if we were in Lecce in the future!

Chiara was a perfect host. She always responded but was also so friendly to us. This was our baby moon trip and she was so concerned that I was comfortable with extra pillows and she even gave me a parting gift for the baby! She’s a sweetheart and the building is very comfortable and modern. You won’t regret your stay here in Lecce.

Wonderful apartment on a quiet street with corner windows and great natural light! Alessandro was responsive to questions and helped me figure out a solution for getting my suit & tux wrinkle-free after a flight. Apartment itself is very clean with reliable A/C, and louvered shutters that keep out most, if not all of the light when sleeping.
