The building is very new and the apartment is very clean. The highlight is the terrace(s) from which you have an incredible view of the beach and the sea. The on-site relationship is initially ensured by a very good concierge but the owner did not fail to get personally involved when we were faced with a water failure generated by an external plumber who had really done anything. Thank you to Mr. Durand for his involvement, which allowed us to continue our stay in the best weather, which was also clement

Great accommodation. We went there for a weekend by the sea. And we had a great time there. Well located accommodation with the beach right next door, the market is a 10 min walk.

An absolutely perfect stay! This beachfront home is a haven. Upon arrival, we were charmed by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The ocean view is simply breathtaking, and hearing the sound of the waves from the terrace is pure happiness. The apartment is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great for exploring the surroundings, enjoying the beach or just relaxing. We leave with unforgettable memories and can only recommend this little corner of heaven. Pleasant stay of 4 days. The accommodation is easy to access and Lucie is very responsive. Very nice accommodation with quality amenities. Beware of access to the bed, at height, which requires climbing 3 fairly high steps. The terrace is facing the sea. The beach is at the bottom of the rental. In a few minutes, you will be in the center with access to many restaurants or ice cream parlors (a favorite is the "Chez Tony" ice cream parlor). For sports enthusiasts, there is the possibility of walking or running on or along the beach for miles. In short, a short full stay in a beautiful setting and studio.

Stay offered to my parents, they were delighted. Very friendly welcome by the owner, very clean, functional and very pleasant accommodation, good location. Great, they highly recommend it. All that was missing was the sun!

We had a very pleasant long weekend at L'horizon. The accommodation was ideally located, allowing you to fully enjoy Pornic, the shops, the port, the beaches, all on foot. Katel's house is perfect for a family of 5 like ours, well-equipped, simply furnished but very nice. 😊

Philippine's house is very suitable for a stay with friends or family, each with their own bathroom. Common areas are large and functional. The exterior is very pleasant with these different spaces to seek shade at different times of the day. The house is well equipped and clean. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Very pleasant and peaceful stay in this comfortable and bright house. Quiet neighborhood and beach right next door. Grocery store, restaurant and newsstand nearby. Christine was lovely, and the flower garden is a real plus. We'll be happy to go back. ✨💞🌊🍀🌷

Very nice, well decorated and well-equipped house and extremely well located. Beaches, supermarket, bakery (very good) WALKING. Sainte Marie is an adorable village. The coastal path that connects Pornic to Préfailles is wonderful. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great weekend in Charles's accommodation, which is very well equipped! Flexible check-in and check-out thanks to the concierge was a real plus. We would recommend it without hesitation 🙂 PS: It would have been even better if the price of the linen had been included in the rental.

Such a beautiful place with an amazing view! Just 5 minutes to the nearest beach and about 20 minutes to the main beach and shops, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was peaceful yet convenient, and I truly loved the stay. Would definitely come back!

An excellent apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped for a great holiday. Philippe and Claire are perfect hosts who gave us such a warm welcome we felt really at home. The area is so good in all aspects with beach walks and great restaurants, you couldn't want for more. In all this is a great place to be and we will return.

We had a great time at Isabelle's apartment which enjoys a privileged location, with just exceptional sea views and beautiful sunsets. It is perfectly tastefully furnished, the bedding is comfortable and the bathroom perfectly adapted to the accommodation ( contrary to what is mentioned in a certain note). The environment around the secure residence is as Isabelle says a little corner of heaven , with opportunities for multiple walks and beautiful little beaches very well preserved. The heated pool with ocean view was also much appreciated . This is an exceptional place and for us probably our best Airbnb experience. Of course, Isabelle's welcome was also up to the height of all these services. We recommend this rental without any moderation....Thank you so much for all this!
