Holiday rentals with lake access in Lezzeno

Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

We spent a few magical days in Argegno as a group of four, and staying at this house was truly the highlight of our trip. The home is full of charm, beautifully spacious and comfortable – but nothing compares to that view. The giant panoramic window looking out over Lake Como is absolutely breathtaking. Every morning and evening we found ourselves just staring in awe – that view is something we’ll carry with us forever. The balcony was another favorite spot of ours – peaceful, private, and perfect for a coffee or glass of wine while soaking in the incredible scenery. Thomas and Mattia were wonderful hosts – friendly, communicative, and thoughtful. The town of Argegno itself is a gem – picturesque, relaxed, and ideally located for exploring the lake. The ferry port is just a short walk away, making day trips super easy. We absolutely loved our stay and would come in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a special place with soul, comfort, and a view you’ll never forget – this is it.

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

Casa di Angela was a beautiful space for our group of 6! We had plenty of room and the views from the house are breathtaking. It is steps from the lake, restaurants, and the ferry. The area surrounding is very quiet and we only saw a few neighbors. This place is very special and we hope to return one day soon! There is a hill to climb to get to the front door and steps up to all of the bedrooms, but this was expected from the description. Also, getting to the area via bus from the train station during a peak day/season was not a pleasant experience and we would suggest taking a taxi or arranging for a transfer. In the town of Lenno, there was a place to arrange transfer back to the station and the people working there were incredibly kind.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Paola met us for check in and was extremely helpful from the moment we booked the trip even after checkout when our plane ride to Milan cancelled last minute she helped us find new transportation. The space is beautiful and close to everything!

Fantastique séjour ! Hôtes très accueillant. Nous sommes arrivés très tard dû à des problèmes de tunnel...et ils étaient présent pour nous accueillir et tout nous expliquer ! Encore merci ! De très bon conseils pour les parkings alentour et les visites. Un parking sur place très pratique. Et que dire de la vue... j'aurais pu rester juste sur le balcon tout le séjour. Si des amis veulent venir a Côme je donnerais cette adresse ! A faire: début du green way lago au pied de l'appartement. Petit café plus bas pour le petit dej (le croissant pistache ❤️). Bus (attention au bouchons!!!!) et ferry tout à côté ! Il y a en effet la route (comme beaucoup de lieu autour du lac) mais la vue fait tout oublier !!

Perfect place in a private location! We felt like we were locals instantly. We could walk to the restaurants and regularly went on strolls. Additionally we could walk to the local shop. Would recommend Benedetta’s for a truly authentic Lake Como experience.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Apartment gefühlt. Für 2 Personen ist sie optimal. Besonders genossen haben wir den kleinen Balkon, die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See und die Natur/Berge oberhalb des Sees. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die steile Wendeltreppe zum Wohnbereich ist nicht für jeden geeignet, aber für uns war es kein Problem. Die Verwalterin Anna hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert, war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben 😊👍🫶 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder an diesen schönen Ort!

This is a one of a kind airbnb - an extremely beautiful home. Great for a romantic trip. If you are planning to do significant travel in between towns, it is a bit more difficult location-wise as it is a ~20-25 minute walk (no sidewalk) to Torno for ferries and taxis are hard to come by, but you can plan your day around the ferry times. Monica was very responsive and made check-in easy. Would stay here again.

Domingo was a first class host. Very friendly and offered a list of great places and restaurants to visit around the area. The aptmt was fully kitted out with everything you might need for your stay and the views from the two balconies over lake Como were amazing. I would highly recommend a stay at Domingo’s abnb. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks

The apartment has stunning 180 degree unobstructed views over the lake. However , Daniele’s apartment does not just rely on the view, it was spotlessly clean and fantastically equipped with all we needed . We were greeted by Daniele and it’s clear he takes great pride in the apartment .As well as the balcony there was a lovely shaded patio area to the side. We took a walk along “the greenway’ which starts just below the apartment giving traffic free walking through the villages . We’d definitely return here, Thankyou.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, located in an incredibly majestic spot with breathtaking views of Lake Como from the windows. It has its own private parking, which makes it a perfect choice for those traveling by car. The host was extremely communicative and helpful with everything related to check-in, as well as recommendations for local shops, restaurants, and places to visit. A truly wonderful stay!

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende in der Villa am Comer See! Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt inmitten atemberaubender Natur mit traumhaftem Seeblick. Elena war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Die Zufahrtsstraße ist – typisch für die Region – schmal, und die Einfahrt in die Garage recht steil. Mit unserem Opel Astra und VW Golf war das machbar, aber bei tiefergelegten Autos könnte es knapp werden. Kein echter Nachteil, eher eine regionale Eigenheit. Außerdem wurden – wie in Italien oft üblich – vor dem Check-in Ausweiskopien verlangt. Das ist gesetzlich so geregelt, steht aber nicht in der Beschreibung. Auch das werten wir nicht als negativ, sondern als landestypische Besonderheit. Fazit: Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen – absolut empfehlenswert!

This was a fabulous spot to stay on Lake Como. We couldn’t have picked better. It was such a luxury having the garden and being able to swim privately in the lake every morning and afternoon. Once we parked the car we didn’t need to use it again as the place is bang in the walkable centre of all we wanted to see. The first day we walked 15 mins north to Tremezzo where we got the ferry over to Bellagio (which we found heavily touristic but our teens enjoyed all the shops) and we enjoyed the gardens of Villa Melzi . The second day we walked 15 mins south to lovely Lenno - so pretty the waterside promenade and Villa Balbianello. The third day to Tremezzo and Villla Carlotta - lots of Villas! If we didn’t have our teens with us we would have had cocktails in the grand hotel in Tremezzo and we also would have eaten at the lovely restaurant in Azzano (looked like a real foodies haven). The house had such character and was tucked quietly away from the main road. And the views - incredible!

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

die Unterkunft ist ausreichend groß mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer einer kleinen Küche und Bad. die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick auf den See und einen kleinen Strand gibt es auch in direkter Nähe:) die Unterkunft war sauber und die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. wir kommen gerne wieder

L'appartement correspond aux photos et à la description, il est complet, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le parking est un gros plus. La vue est époustouflante, on peut rester des heures à regarder le paysage, ça nous fait vite oublier les désagréments de la route (bcp de passage lors de notre venue et énormément de moto, prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger). L'arrêt de bus, juste à côté, est très pratique pour aller à Bellagio, Nesso ou Côme (mais attention à bien choisir vos jours de déplacement pour éviter la foule). Merci pour ces quelques jours de déconnection.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

This place is truly one of a kind. Simply the most exceptional place I have been to. Great restaurants nearby, directly accessible by boat. We just loved cruising around the lake with the small motor boat, it made everything feel more special. The place itself is unique, as only very few houses are available in Santa Margherita. Lots of birds to watch, but the icing on the cake was all the fireflies at night that sparkle in the dark, really magical. But above all, Mattia was the friendliest, most helpful host and made everything nice and comfortable for us.

Daru’s place is even better than the pictures, incredible views, beautiful bedrooms and fully equipped with all the amenities you may need.
