Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lezzeno

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

This is a gem and would always go back again, when visiting Lake Como. The rooftop terrace is really outstanding and with a breathtaking view over the lake. Will be back :)

Absolutely beautiful! The view is extraordinary and the Airbnb is clean with good utensils in the kitchen. Davide and Kerry also gave really fast answers. Amazing!

The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Wonderful stay in Colonno with Maria Rosa. The view from the home is amazing!!! The garage is really a plus to leave your car and venture on foot (greenway: a 10km must-see hike to explore the surroundings and follow the lake, the starting point is at the end of the street of the accommodation itself) or by bus (very easy to access, the stop is a few minutes' walk from the accommodation). Maria Rosa and her husband were extremely welcoming and responsive despite our late arrival. We were won over by this slice of paradise. Thank you to our hosts for allowing us to discover this region and experience the dolce vita for a weekend!

Fantastic stay! Very welcoming hosts. We arrived very late due to tunnel problems...and they were there to welcome us and explain everything! Thank you again! Very good advice for nearby parking and visits. Very convenient on-site parking. And what about the view... I could have stayed just on the balcony the whole stay. If friends want to come to Como I would give this address! To do: start of the green way lago at the foot of the apartment. Small coffee downstairs for breakfast (pistachio croissant❤️). Bus (watch out for traffic jams!!!!) and ferry right next door! There is indeed the road (like many places around the lake) but the view makes you forget everything!!

Everyone needs to experience staying here! The views are breathtaking! We spent so much time sitting on the terrazzo, relaxing looking out at Lake Como, the mountains and over Lezzqnno. The apartment has everything you need and is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Livia is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. She goes out of her way to help you with anything you may need. Mille grazie Livia - we hope to see you again for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Boat Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Silvia and Gigi welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Everything also worked out very well for our 10-month-old daughter. We will miss the views and the flair very much. The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! The place was beautiful, unique, on Lake Como with direct access to the lake. I think it’s the perfect place to relax, sunbath and enjoy the lake. Beautiful table to eat outside. It was also super clean ! We knew there would be stairs, it might have been a little bit more than we expected (80)! But the owner was really nice and offered to help us as I do not travel light ! Highly recommend renting a small car/Vespa as public transport are not reliable and the only Ubers available are the black uber which are more expensive. We had a série 4 bmw to give you an idea, I would say that if your car is much wider than that it will be a little tight to go down the driveway, but doable. The parking itself is huge. There is a portable A/C, we went in June and didn’t need it as the breeze from the lake was enough to keep us cool at night. Owner was also nice enough to let us do part of our wedding photoshoot at her beautiful Villa ! Unique experience, we really loved it !

A lovely little apartment with everything you need, a short walk to the water, and a market and bar right across the street with everything from morning coffee to evening drinks. Be warned about the location if you are visiting during tourist season and relying on the buses however, they were often unreliable or too full, but this is likely an issue for any accommodation on the lake outside of Como proper, and once you do make it to Lezzeno it’s a wonderful stay!

Anna is very professional, accommodating, responsive, very well decorated apartment with a lot of taste, very quiet environment, with a superb view of the lake from the terrace with a lot of stairs to climb, only small downside, quite difficult access by motorcycle to get there. We keep a very good memory of it. Tania and Philippe.

We felt at home with Sonja from the first reception. We lacked nothing in the apartment. It is fully equipped for physically disabled guests, including sewing kits and small board games. We felt a family atmosphere throughout the premises, with toys and equipment for children. Sonja was always obliging and helpful to us. A stay that we already count among our most beautiful holiday accommodations and can recommend without reservation.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! My partner & I whole heartedly recommend you consider Enrica’s attic for you lodgings at Lake Como! Cameron June 2025

Was immediately drawn to the charm of this place! Loved the location by the waterfall, bridge and boat landing. Loved the walk past the boat landing that had incredible views of the lake, the flavor and history of the town…I walked on the cobblestones all the way to the church. I recommend taking the hosts instructions on taking the bus from the train station to his place in Nesso. It was definitely fun to walk from the train station into Como downtown and eat lunch, but getting the bus from there to his place is very hectic and crazy. The buses fill up fast from there with all the Lakeside people! You will save time by walking back to the train station and getting the bus from there. We happened to be there on a holiday weekend the end of May and the buses were not reliable. And the lines were long. I recommend the boats, they are more reliable. But hint… when we went to Bellagio, they said to get in line a half an hour before your boat takes off..you need more time! At least 45.

We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Alessia was incredibly kind, responsive, and so helpful in planning our visit. She offered great recommendations and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views, thoughtful touches, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was how she even came to meet us at the ferry and helped with our luggage, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. We felt so well taken care of and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting!

The views from the apartment are truly insane. Every window stayed open our entire trip so we could soak it all in. Rosa was very responsive especially when a landslide blocked one of the roads and she communicated an alternative route to reach the AirBnb. She also helped us out by sending us 3 taxi driver numbers when we needed a ride out of Bellagio. We enjoyed being a little off the beaten path in Careno. It was an easy walk into Nesso. FYI there is a dock at the base of Careno so if you charter a boat they can pick you up there. Highly recommend!

Incredible views made it nice to stay and enjoy the Airbnb esp on rainy days. We were traveling with our 8 month old and loved the nice comfy crib and Anita even left out a baby towel and high chair for us. It was really a perfect spot to enjoy views from the lake. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware which made it great for some homemade dinner dates too. Would love to stay here again.
