Erin's home was perfect for our trip to New River Gorge National Park. The location, within walking distance to downtown Fayetteville was perfect. There were stores and restaurants nearby and the entrance to the National Park was a short 5 minute drive. The home was exactly as described and shown in photos, with all the amenities we needed. We particularly appreciated the amount of space, pool and hot tub as well as the fully fenced in backyard because we were travelling with our dog. As a host Erin was incredibly responsive, provided helpful information about the house and area. We could not recommend her house enough, it was fantastic for our needs and trip and hope to stay again in the future.

Had a great stay! It felt super comfortable. We had the easiest check in, we’ve ever had on Airbnb which was a plus after a long drive. The rooms/beds were comfortable and spacious. The washer & dryer was great along with the hot tub. It was super easy to come and go with the check in. There is 1 place that’s mainly a bar with food & that’s about it for food nearby. i’d say that’s the only con but given the area of wv it’s understandable just buy groceries! had a great stay, would come again.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean and cozy. We appreciated the extra cozy blankets provided and extra towels. The location was perfect and we were close to everything that we came up to do! Thank you also for the warm welcome & water & snacks. They really came in handy. I must say this was my first experience with ever staying in a Airbnb and wanted a change from a hotel and very glad we decided to give this a try. Tammy was an absolutely awesome host very responsive and a very nice lady. The description matches everything. Very beautiful property and very clean.

Beautiful, comfortable and well stocked place! The hosts provided all the little things that you might forget. Really comfortable, quiet and an amazing location for many outdoor activities.

Kyra was a great host. She was very quick to respond and offered input on local things to do in the area in case we had extra time. She also left firewood to have a little fire. The house was beautiful and very clean and had all the kitchen utensils to make it easy and feel like home. We loved our time here.

Easy to find, easy to enter, and clean. All amenities appeared to be in place (we're not big TV watchers and don't think it ever came on). WiFi is present and speedy enough that there were no internet lags. The beds were comfortable, and the rest of the furniture was comfortable. The front porch was great and where we spent most of our downtime.

Host was very accommodating! We traveled 2+ hours to ride the Greenbrier bike trail and planned out trip to end right by the house right off the trail. With five kids in two, we inadvertently locked our keys for the car we left at the house in the other car at our starting point, and the host was so quick to help us get our keys, help with transportation, and make sure we were good. We didn't know anybody else around and our older boys were back at home. Very responsive, accommodating, and the house was perfect after a long day on the trail!

Exactly what we needed to land in Alderson for a few nights. Short drive up to Lewisburg for other sightseeing. Kitchen fully set up for our needs. Appreciated how responsive Kathy was and accommodating us where necessary. Very, very clean space, comfy sheets, and plenty of hot water. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time. This was our first AirBnB experience, and definitely won’t be our last…SO much better than staying in a hotel. The house was perfect, and the surrounding area was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and in really good shape, and the decor made it that much more relaxing. We loved sitting out on the back porch before bed each night, and having out coffee there in the morning. Melanie was great and kept in touch throughout the whole process. If we’re in the area in the future, we would definitely stay there, again. Highly recommended!

Cheryl’s place is in a beautiful setting in the hills of West Virginia. It is private and peaceful. My husband and I loved the tucked away location. It is near a historic town, state parks and the southern end of New River Gorge National Park in the Sandstone area. She was the most hospitable, attentive host I think I’ve ever had in spite of having fantastic past experiences with other hosts. She went out of her way to provide us with a welcoming feeling, leaving us farm fresh eggs as an example among others. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Her communication was fantastic. We could tell she really cared for us and wanted to create a wonderful stay. Her place was very clean and she left items for breakfast that aren’t usually provided. She respected our privacy, but in our communications we felt like a part of the family.

We really appreciated the clean, clutter, free Airbnb! Our boys absolutely loved the basement! So many games! The back patio looked like a great place to hang out! We didn’t get to use it because it was raining when we were there. This is a house. We would definitely come back too if we needed an Airbnb in the area again.

After a hectic day of packing and traveling, the little home provided for us was exactly what we needed--it was cozy, clean, and quiet. The decor was very cute and warm, and the place was immaculately cleaned/prepared. Samantha was a very communicative and personable host, and we have nothing but praise for our stay!

Olive’s Place was perfect for our party of six. Pristine kitchen and bathrooms. Very nicely designed interior. Comfortable, firm mattresses in each bedroom. Extremely comfortable couch, large TVs and strong Wi-Fi made it easy to relax after long days. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My son wanted to spend his 11th birthday along a river fishing, Chanda's place allowed us to do that and so much more. The location is beautiful, house was clean and had everything a mom needs and more for a weekend away from home with her family. Thank you Chanda, you can really tell you put your heart into this place to make it a home away from home! One of the best places we have stayed. I hope not only her family but those to come enjoy it as much as we did. Looking forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was nicely remodeled and very clean. Kitchen was well ready to cook, nice fridge, nice shower, beds were comfy. Couch was comfy. Creek bank is a little steep, looked like a good place to fish but we didn’t get to wet a line.

If I had to describe this Airbnb, I’d call it one of the more thoughtful I’ve ever stayed in - both in being well-considered, and being genuinely comforting. From cookies for myself and my party, and Andes mints on the beds, to USB flashlight bars by the couch and fire-starting supplies, the little touches added up. The kitchen was stocked with what many places overlook: oil, Pam, sharp knives, and even Tupperware. There were more than enough towels and pillows, there were bedside tables with outlets on top, and full-length mirrors. The stairs down to the fire pit were lit, which made evenings by the water feel easy and welcoming. The three season room was wonderful, as well, for those of us who attract some bugs, but enjoy the sound of the nearby rapids, and wind. The home was spotless, peaceful, and perfectly located for a visit to the nearby National Park (New River Gorge). The host was also very responsive - when we had a question about the dishwasher, they replied within minutes!

Tucked back in a little holler along a quiet, crystal clear river, this cottage is a lovely gem to kick back and relax in after spending the day enjoying the breathtaking beauty of the local area. And there's so much to do in the region, especially if you're the outdoorsy type, and this place is close to all of the cool stuff you'll want to do. There's also plenty of nature just sitting on the back porch (if you're lucky, maybe the neighbour's chickens will come visit). We didn't rent the kayaks this time around, but we definitely will next time. Indoors, you'll find comfortable furnishings, a roomy and modern kitchen, washer and dryer, three bedrooms (with very comfy beds) and nice linens. And bonus! The bathtub is deep enough to actually take a bath in! Everything is clean and neat, decent parking, and so much better than any hotel. Michael is quick to respond if you have any questions, and gives you your privacy if you don't. A good host. 😊

This was the best AirBNB I’ve ever stayed at, and the rest of my group agreed. Never have I ever seen such attention to detail and passion for vacation rentals like I saw with Rachel and her beautiful home. Everything in the home is perfectly curated and put together, and no stone was left unturned when it comes to the details. We were able to not only learn about the history of the home, but we had tons of recommendations at our fingertips (very helpful for out of towners!). Anything we needed, the home had. Fully stocked and prepared for your needs! Everything was so clean and well thought out. I also appreciate the notes around the house so guests can ensure they’re addressing any guidelines for the stay. Super easy check in and out! Thank you endlessly for the wonderful experience. My family and I created memories that will last us for years to come. Plus, it was SO WALKABLE! We were a hop skip from excellent restaurants, shopping, and historical sights. Truly the best!
