We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. Large rooms which are nicely decorated and comfy beds. The permit parking was handy and easy to use and there is a bus stop just down the road to get to Brighton. Thank you for our lovely stay :)

Really comfortable home, easy access, in a quiet street. Graham had left lots of provisions in the kitchen. It felt more like a home than a rental and we were very comfortable. Good location, close to best area on the beach and great pubs nearby. Walking distance to central Brighton but also quick bus links. Definitely recommend.

The house was ideal for my sisters hen! Fab location and Ben was really responsive. Would recommend!

Joanna was incredibly helpful from the moment I first enquired about the property. She was very communicative, very friendly and was accommodating throughout. She was able to offer additional support regarding the needs of my elderly parents and the property itself was lovely, clean and very close to the city centre. I highly recommend.

The host were lovely helped with all of our kittle questions, greeted us back and asked how the two people who did the London to Brighton bike race got on and showed genuine interest in what we were doing aswell as giving little helping tips on where shops were etc location was perfect for us, 15/20 minute walk to the pier and seafront

This is a nice little place within walking distance of sea front, restaurants, Co-op just round the corner, so very convenient. Parking space is a real bonus. We have a Renault Capture and that was no problem to park. A much larger car might not be so easy. We really liked how quiet it was at night. Netflix was another bonus. All in all happy :-)

Thank you Mark for the wonderful stay! It was ideal for our group celebrating my sister. You were very accommodating for us and flexible to our arrangements for getting in early. Each room was spacious and beds were so comfy and clean. It was prime location and we could walk to the train within 5 minutes. We especially loved the music system that meant we could have the radio in and hear it in the bathroom. Such a cool feature! Everything was ideal for us and we had the perfect stay. Thank you!

Nick's place is fantastic. The house felt huge even with 4 adults in it and a baby. It's a great location for Old Town and on the Jack on the Green parade. Couldn't have been better for our needs!

Roz was kind and helpful. She told us of events in the area and provided us with helpful information. The kitchen was stocked with treats and snacks on arrival. We had eight people stay and the house accommodated us all nicely.

Zanzibar is an amazing house. It has a great vibe about it and the location is just perfect 👌 The house has everything you need, including a very well stocked kitchen. We were a family of 16 and the space was ample. The town is within walking distance which gives you everything you need for a wonderful stay cation. Opposite the house under the promenade is a hatch that sells fabulous coffee! The host Max was on hand with every question and was there to greet us. Along with a delicious homemade Victoria sponge! Would highly recommend Max and Zanzibar. Thank you 😊

A wonderful place to call home for a few days in a great location. The house was perfect for us having young children with a cot, high seat, toys and books made available there for us which made packing so much easier too. The house is in a quiet location off the main streets but also right in bustle of Old Town. The Gilly and Rachel were prompted with communication and very friendly too.

Our hosts were very attentive and helpful when before and during the stay. The house was super clean and an amazing space for a big group to stay. My friend stayed here previously and referred me and we were disappointed. Great location, super spacious bedrooms and lovely outdoor area.

Jill’s place was the perfect base for our family trip for the weekend, we had a wonderful stay! Jill was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole process super easy from start to finish. Within walking distance to the beach and a short bus ride from the centre of Brighton, the location was ideal. The property itself was spacious, beautifully designed and filled with lots of artwork that gave it a unique charm. We especially enjoyed the sunny garden - perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea in the morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

We had a great 3 week stay at Matthew’s place. The house is as nice as the pictures are and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Matthew was kind, responsive and always checked we had everything we needed, even leaving our dog a little toy :)

We had an amazing Stay at Bens place. The hot tub was amazing. He was very helpful and always answered if we had a question. Great great host and great location!

The house is perfect for a weekend away with friends to catch up for a chilled weekend out of the city. There’s really nice local restaurants and wine bars in st Leonards within a 10 minute walk, and Hastings is a nice beachfront 45 min walk away. I’d recommend this house for anyone looking for a chilled weekend away with friends! One thing to note for anyone looking to hire this place (not a bad thing) - one of our party recently got engaged so we blew up some balloons for a champagne toast one night. We were a very chilled bunch and stayed out of the house most of the time, but the host did try and charge us £150 for the few deflated balloons we accidentally left in the downstairs bathroom. We did a thorough clean and stuck very closely to the rules of this property, but I would not recommend this house if you are wanting to have parties or spend lots of time in the house. I would only recommend if you are using the house as a place to chill together and explore the local area!

My friend and I stayed at Carl’s cottage for 6 weeks during our clinical placement. The cottage was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed for a long stay, from various kitchen equipment, to lots of clean bed sheets and bath towels. When the radiator in the bedroom stopped working, Carl was quick to assess the problem within a day and organise for a plumber to come round to fix it in a very timely manner. The beds are very comfortable and the big shower is lovely too. The cottage is in prime location to the town centre and station, within 20 mins walk, or the nearby Waitrose and local pubs which were a 3min walk away. Even in a good location, the road was very quiet and away from busy traffic and free street parking was never a struggle to find. Overall, we would definitely recommend Carl’s cottage to anyone looking to stay for either a short or long duration- thank you Carl!

We had the best weekend stay at this lovely house in Brighton! The location was perfect, a short walk from the beach, right opposite the coop and next door to a 24/7 off license and a pizza place that stayed open till midnight, all which come in handy! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was open plan with the living room area so perfect for socialising as a group! The beds were super comfy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries. We especially loved the pink coffee cups and plates, they matched our theme for my sister 30th. The garden was a sun trap, loved it! The host Charlie was friendly, responsive, and made check-in really easy. He provided clear instructions and photos to help find the house location. This was one of the best short-term rentals we’ve stayed in and we have rented an air b&b 3 times in Brighton now. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Charlie!

We had a lovely few days at Taryn’s place. We were 4 adults and 4 children and the space and set up worked well! Good location for wandering around the harbour and nearby beaches and a short drive from the main drag (we managed to catch the carnival parade as it was bank holiday weekend).
