Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Levanto

We absolutely loved our stay in Castè — it was a magical place. Peaceful, beautiful views, an inviting courtyard with fairy lights and fireflies. The apartment was clean and filled with antique furniture and lovely details. Gianni and Antonella were very accommodating, meeting us at check in and showing us everything to ensure we were comfortable. They also spent the first 30 minutes, explaining sites to see in Cinque Terre, where to eat, park the car, and some insider tips. We felt right at home and can't wait to go back!

Questa è la terza volta che siamo da Maria Cristina e Elisa. Sempre perfetto! Questa volta eravamo in 5 ma siamo venuti anche in coppia, soli con il cane, etc. è proprio un Oasis di relax, con buone viste e privacy. Vorremo venire al meno una volta al mese! La casa al interno è bella, ha tutti i dettagli per farla diventare una casa propria.

Notre séjour chez Rita a été parfait. Son appartement, son environnement sont parfaits pour un départ de Levanto pour visiter les cinq terre. Rita est très agréable et toujours présente si nécessaire avec une petite attention à notre arrivée et de bons conseils. Très jolie maison agencée avec gout et fidèle aux photos et descriptif. Rita a une magnifique collection de BonsaÏs . Nous remercions Rita pour cet agréable séjour et je recommande fortement cette adresse si vous voulez visiter les cinq terres.

Accueil très pro et explications claires, et en français ! Maison très au calme; tout est bien pensé. Très réactive dès qu'elle reçoit un message. Très bonne adresse. Vélos à disposition avec cadenas. Proche de la gare à vélo.

Magnifico! Bellissimo! The view from Federico’s terrace far exceeded my hopes. We actually preferred cooking our evening meal and eating in every evening. The interior had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. And the area itself offered plenty of activities. Federico was an extraordinary and responsive host. He went out of his way to help at every opportunity: picked us up and dropped us off, immediately responded when we locked ourselves out, and even brought us lettuce from his garden. The walk up the hill from the village should not be overlooked. As someone who is fit but has respiratory difficulties, it was doable with a couple pauses. And it worked off all the amazing focaccia we carried uphill for those dinners! You won’t regret a stay with Federico.

Logement très accueillant avec confort conforme à la description et propre avec parking privé pour la voiture. Lydia nous a bien conseillé sur les restaurants, les sentiers, les differentes villes à visiter accessibles par le train et le ferry. Personne très attentive et aux petits soins de ses hôtes, des petits cadeaux à l'arrivée, vraiment nous recommandons vivement cette maison. Peut-être à une prochaine fois. Sylvie et j-marc.

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, was wir sehr schön fanden. Per Bus ist man auch in 20 min in der Innenstadt/Bahnhof von La Spezia, die Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor dem Haus und Anna hat uns 2 Fahrkarten geschenkt. Anna war super hilfsbereit, hat uns alles erklärt und war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar. Sie hat uns außerdem gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants, etc. gegeben. Beim Check-In und Check-Out haben sie unser Gepäck zum Auto transportiert, sodass wir nichts tragen mussten. Auto steht auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt, hier hat Anna uns vor der Ankunft extra einen Parkplatz reserviert. Bei Ankunft stand ein Verpflegungskorb mit Gebäck und Honig und Kaffee bereit. Da Anna kein deutsch oder englisch spricht haben wir uns über Übersetzer-Apps unterhalten, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen.

Petite maison au calme à seulement 10 minutes en vélo de la gare, point de départ pour visiter les 5 Terres, et 30 min a pied du centre de Levanto. Barbara est très arrangeante sur les entrées et sorties du logement. Le logement était impeccablement propre et bien équipé, la literie est très confortable. Je recommande vivement.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bereits der Empfang war warmherzig und offen, Marisa hilft umgehend bei allen Fragen und wir fühlten uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr willkommen. Das Appartment bietet alles was man braucht, ist sehr sauber und die große Terasse inklusive der Gartenzwerge ist ein echtes Highlight. Lage ist sehr nah am Meer, fußläufig alles erreichbar und ruhig. Danke an die Superhosts!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend, die Betten bequem und die Umgebung superschön. Uns hat es in Levanto sogar besser gefallen, als in den Dörfern der Cinque Terre. Vielen Dank für alles!!

Wir (Paar plus 16-Jähriger Sohn) waren für 6 Tage in Beatrices Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt von Levanto in einer verkehrsbeschränkten Zone. Das heißt, man kann bzw. darf in die Straße fahren, wenn Beatrice vorher Bescheid weiß (sie meldet das Autokennzeichen, damit es zu keinen Problemen kommt). Die Straße ist teilweise ziemlich eng - mit einem "normal" breiten Kfz kommt ein geübter Fahrer / eine geübte Fahrerin gut durch (wir haben einen Renault Kangoo). Die Wohnung ist renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Obwohl es draußen tlw. über 30 Grad hatte, war es in der Wohnung angenehm (wir haben die Klimaanlage nicht gebraucht). Auch ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum und am Meer. Die Zimmer sind sehr hoch - bis auf das Bad. Die Platzverhältnisse im Bad sind ein bisschen beengter. Schöne - fast ebenerdige - Dusche. Beatrice ist sehr nett, antwortet schnell und hilft einem jederzeit weiter.

Wir hatten 6 tolle Tage in der Unterkunft. Wir reisten als Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen Kindern. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einen schön renovierten Haus mit 4 anderen Wohnungen. Aber man ist sehr seperat. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, hat ein großes Badezimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer und einen schönen Essbereich mit Küche. Alles war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso der Strand! Das Gepäck muss zur Wohnung getragen werden. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz dazu gebucht. Das war sehr hilfreich. Wir haben die ganzen Tage das Auto nicht genutzt und die Gegend zu Fuß und mit dem Zug erkundet. Wir waren begeistert und empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall- wenn man kein Problem mir ein paar Treppen hat 😉

Don’t hesitate to book this apartment! It was one of our family’s favorite stays during our two week trip in Italy. Perfect location—close to train station for day trips to Cinque Terre and Levanto’s downtown, and also only a 5 minute walk to the free public beach. My kids loved the bunk beds. Ilaria was a great host and when we ran into some issues checking in on time, she was very understanding and flexible. Beach towels were also provided which was so helpful since the kids swam at the beach everyday for 3 days.

Le logement d’Iris est FANTASTIQUE : face a la mer, spacieux, lumineux, parfaitement équipé ! En plus de cela Iris est une hôte aux petits soins : au delà d’être très disponible, elle donne des recommandations utiles pour visiter les 5 terres. Je recommande à 100% !!!

Valentina is a great host and a wonderful person. Her place is perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre, but we ended up spending most of our time in beautiful Levanto. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station. It is on one of the main roads but is very quiet and private. The washing machine, air conditioning and appliances worked great. The place is on the ground floor so you don’t have to worry about climbing lots of stairs. Valentina provided us with beach towels which meant we didn’t need to buy any. The outdoor patio area is very nice. The storage space is excellent. There is a nice place for coffee across the street. We had a great dinner at Gattabriga restaurant. We hope to return to Levanto and will definitely stay at Valentina’s place if we do.

Nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour a Lavagna dans l'appartement d'Alessandro, meublé avec goût, avec du matériel de qualité , spacieux et très confortable. Les gens du quartier où nous résidions étaient très aimables et nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite a l'aise. Il y a un boulanger et un traiteur de pâtes fraîches à qq metres de l'appartement qui sont un vrai plus. Alessandro était de bon conseil, très sympathique et répondait rapidement a toutes nos questions, que ce soit a propos du logement ou des activités dans la région. Nous y retournerons assurément.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Thea. Das Apartment hat alles, was man benötigt und ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Es liegt nah an der Bushaltestelle, um an die Strände zu kommen sowie nah am Bahnhof, um die Cinque Terre zu besuchen. Thea ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat viele Empfehlungen! Ich empfehle es weiter!!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Giulia. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos und absolut sauber. Tolle Unterkunft für Unternehmungen.

If you’re planning a visit to Cinque Terre, plan to stay with Lorenzo. He went above and beyond expectations. He met us to drive us to the apt and carry our luggage — a tremendous help in Cinque Terre (even for fit families!), offered great recommendations to local spots, and we felt at home in his apartment. He was also very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. We’ll recommend Lorenzo’s place to all of our friends!

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

Le logement d’Antonio est incroyable. La situation est parfaite : à quelques minutes à pieds d’une petite plage très mignonne, et à quelques minutes du vieux port dans lequel vous trouverez un super kiosque à huîtres toutes fraîches, un petit bar très sympa avec de bons cocktails, une ambiance vraiment italienne et pas trop touristique. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison et nous souhaitions plus partir ! Un ascenseur permet de relier ce logement sur les hauteurs à la ville, ce qui était parfait car mon copain venait de se faire opérer des ligaments croisés. Nous recommandons le logement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Giorgio’s apartment was fantastic—light-filled, beautifully set up, and with the most spectacular view. It felt more like a well-loved home than a typical Airbnb, with all the amenities you’d expect from a fully functioning house. Check-in was seamless thanks to Giorgio’s daughter, and we immediately felt at ease. The location is perfect for day trips to Portofino and Cinque Terre, and just a 10-minute drive away is the charming town of Camogli—all in all this home was one of our favourite stops during our three-week trip around Italy. We absolutely loved our stay and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hope to return again soon!
