Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Levanto

Mario and Caterina are adorable , helpful, strong proposal, full of good intentions, even pushing the welcome by having deposited a bottle of wine and aperitif for us. the accommodation is ideally located 7 minutes by car from the parking lot of the Levanto train station whose access is free thanks to a parking card loaned by Mario: it is a considerable plus to go every day to take the train to the 5 Terres. moreover, there is always space to park in the car park of the hamlet or nearby. the view of the valley and the sea is superb! I recommend+++.

We absolutely loved our stay in Castè — it was a magical place. Peaceful, beautiful views, an inviting courtyard with fairy lights and fireflies. The apartment was clean and filled with antique furniture and lovely details. Gianni and Antonella were very accommodating, meeting us at check in and showing us everything to ensure we were comfortable. They also spent the first 30 minutes, explaining sites to see in Cinque Terre, where to eat, park the car, and some insider tips. We felt right at home and can't wait to go back!

Our stay at Rita's was perfect. His apartment, his environment are perfect for a departure from Levanto to visit the Cinque Terre. Rita is very nice and always present if necessary with a little attention on our arrival and good advice. Very nice house arranged with taste and faithful to the photos and description. Rita has a magnificent collection of Bonsai trees. We thank Rita for this pleasant stay and I highly recommend this address if you want to visit the Cinque Terre.

Very professional welcome and clear explanations, and in French! Very quiet house; everything is well thought out. Very responsive as soon as she receives a message. Very good address. Bikes available with padlock. Close to train station by bike.

Magnifico! Bellissimo! The view from Federico’s terrace far exceeded my hopes. We actually preferred cooking our evening meal and eating in every evening. The interior had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. And the area itself offered plenty of activities. Federico was an extraordinary and responsive host. He went out of his way to help at every opportunity: picked us up and dropped us off, immediately responded when we locked ourselves out, and even brought us lettuce from his garden. The walk up the hill from the village should not be overlooked. As someone who is fit but has respiratory difficulties, it was doable with a couple pauses. And it worked off all the amazing focaccia we carried uphill for those dinners! You won’t regret a stay with Federico.

We had a fantastic stay at Lidia’s place. What I look for in an Airbnb is that it has good AC, quiet, good WiFi and is in a good location. Lidia’s place delivered on all of those! She was wonderful hose and very responsive. We really loved our time in Levanto and would love to return!

We liked our stay very much, the house corresponds exactly to the description and the pictures. The location is a bit remote, which we found very nice. By bus you can also be in the city center/station of La Spezia in 20 minutes, the bus stop is almost directly in front of the house and Anna gave us 2 tickets. Anna was super helpful, explained everything to us and was always immediately available for questions. She also gave us good tips for activities, restaurants, etc. At check-in and check-out, they transported our luggage to the car, so we didn't have to carry anything. Car is in a public parking lot about 200m from the house, here Anna reserved a parking space for us before arrival. Upon arrival, a food basket with pastries and honey and coffee was ready. Since Anna does not speak German or English, we talked via translator apps, which worked very well. Our dog was very welcome too.

A real gem to discover the wonderful Levanto, we hope to be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Already the reception was warm and open, Marisa helps immediately with all questions and we felt very welcome throughout the stay. The apartment offers everything you need, is very clean and the large terrace including the garden gnas is a real highlight. Location is very close to the sea, walking distance to everything and quiet. Thanks to the Superhosts!

Great property to use as a base when exploring Cinque Terre, though the location is challenging when walking, and if you have significant luggage.

We (couple plus 16-year-old son) stayed in Beatrice's apartment for 6 days and felt very comfortable. The apartment is located in the old town of Levanto in a traffic-restricted zone. This means that you can or may drive into the street if Beatrice knows in advance (she reports the license plate number so that there are no problems). The road is partly quite narrow - with a "normal" wide car, an experienced driver can get through well (we have a Renault Kangoo). The apartment is renovated and very well equipped. Although it was over 30 degrees outside, it was pleasant in the apartment (we did not need the air conditioning). It is also very quiet in the apartment. You can walk to the center and the sea in a few minutes. The rooms are very high - except for the bathroom. The space in the bathroom is a bit cramped. Beautiful - almost ground-level - shower. Beatrice is very nice, responds quickly and helps you at any time.

A Perfect Stay in Monterosso – We absolutely loved our stay at this charming little apartment in Monterosso, Cinque Terre. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and incredibly welcoming, with a stunning ocean view that we never got tired of admiring. One of the highlights was the rooftop patio—an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. The kitchen and bathroom were recently updated, and everything felt modern and well-maintained. Having a washing machine and elevator in the building made our stay even more convenient. What really stood out were the thoughtful extras provided by the owners: bottled water, shower gel, laundry detergent, and coffee supplies were all stocked, which made us feel right at home. That attention to detail really made a difference. Out of all the places we stayed during our Italy trip, this was hands down our favor

Don’t hesitate to book this apartment! It was one of our family’s favorite stays during our two week trip in Italy. Perfect location—close to train station for day trips to Cinque Terre and Levanto’s downtown, and also only a 5 minute walk to the free public beach. My kids loved the bunk beds. Ilaria was a great host and when we ran into some issues checking in on time, she was very understanding and flexible. Beach towels were also provided which was so helpful since the kids swam at the beach everyday for 3 days.

Valentina is a great host and a wonderful person. Her place is perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre, but we ended up spending most of our time in beautiful Levanto. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station. It is on one of the main roads but is very quiet and private. The washing machine, air conditioning and appliances worked great. The place is on the ground floor so you don’t have to worry about climbing lots of stairs. Valentina provided us with beach towels which meant we didn’t need to buy any. The outdoor patio area is very nice. The storage space is excellent. There is a nice place for coffee across the street. We had a great dinner at Gattabriga restaurant. We hope to return to Levanto and will definitely stay at Valentina’s place if we do.

One of the best stays we have ever had on airbnb. The apartment is located right next to the train station at the top of a cliff looking over the bay, sooooo beautiful! You could just sit there and take in the vines all day if you wanted to. The apartment was super clean with cute furniture and pottery from local shops. Margherita was very responsive and allowed us to leave our luggages at the apartment prior to check in so we could explore the town. The only negative staying at Margherita’s apartment would be having to go up and down a decent amount of steps in order to go to and from the apartment which personally wasn’t a deal breaker for me since my fiance and I live an active lifestyle. Overall, I am 100% sure I will be returning to Margherita’s home in the future. A must book if it is available!

A perfect location in a magical town. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and the location is wonderful for exploring the area or catching a ferry. Would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay in Lavagna in Alessandro's apartment, tastefully furnished, with quality equipment, spacious and very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood where we lived were very kind and we immediately felt comfortable. There is a baker and a fresh pasta caterer a few meters from the apartment which are a real plus. Alessandro was good advice, very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions, whether about the accommodation or activities in the area. We'll go back for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lucy’s Flat. The views are absolutely amazing. Five minute walk from the train station. We sat on the balcony for several hours a day reading, enjoying the views, and people watching. We would highly recommend staying here! Lucia is so responsive and had great recommendations for restaurants.

Good central location, quiet area, clean building, appreciated having two a/c units, the bed was comfortable, cute place, great host.

Antonio's place is amazing. The location is perfect: a few minutes' walk from a cute little beach, and a few minutes from the old port where you'll find a great fresh oyster kiosk, a nice little bar with good cocktails, a really Italian atmosphere and not too touristy. We felt at home and wanted to leave more! An elevator connects this accommodation on the heights to the city, which was perfect because my boyfriend had just had surgery on his cruciate ligaments. We recommend the place and will be back with pleasure!
