Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Leutasch

Wir waren 2 Ehepaare und wollten Wandern. Da gibt es in der Gegend viele schöne Wanderwege. Calimoto hat da geholfen. Fußläufig ist eine gute Wirtschaft in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben auch gerne einmal die Sauna im Garten genutzt. Nachts ist es ruhig. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder und bringen unsere Fahrräder mit. Abends konnten wir an dem großen Esstisch auch Spiele machen. An dem großen Fernseher konnten wir den letzten Spieltag der Bundesliga verfolgen. Dunja hat auf Anfrage Tipps gegeben und ist sehr freundlich. Grüße Johannes

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus von Helmut & Paula. Die Unterkunft war top ausgestattet & sehr geräumig. Die Kommunikation rund um unseren Aufenthalt war immer super schnell & sehr freundlich. Absolute Empfehlung!

Great place, close to several ski resorts, very complete home with everything you need and more! Nadine is a very friendly and responsive host, and has made our stay a fantastic one!

Super tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war super sauber und die Ausstattung vom Feinsten. Eine kleine Bemerkung: wer es dunkel mag sollte ich eine Schlafmaske mitnehmen. Die Zimmer sind nachts sehr hell. :-)

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer grandiosen Wohnung! Alles war vorhanden (noch mehr als angegeben). Toller Blick! Sehr gerne wieder!

Mittenwald felt like we were in a fairytale. The town was beyond magical with its alpine beauty, cobbled streets and picture perfect buildings. Sasa's house was perfectly cosy and welcoming and had us feeling like we were locals as we sat around the wooden kitchen table drinking hot chocolates while it snowed outside. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and the beds comfortable, with plenty of room to move for our family with four small children. Thank you Sasa for being a lovely host and helping to make our first (but not last) trip to Mittenwald so memorable.

Perfect location to lake and hiking. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. The home was warm and inviting.

Con Aprile 2025 è stata la nostra quinta volta come ospiti nell’appartamento di Angela. Siamo tornati tante volte perché è un posto magico, lo abbiamo amato in tutte le stagioni. Adesso però la nostra famiglia è numerosa e non potrà più ospitarci. Tuttavia consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento, è gradevole, grazioso, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich eine 10+++ abgeben. So eine herzliche Begrüßung habe ich noch nie gehabt. Die Wohnung war mit soviel Liebe eingerichtet. Roswitha war jederzeit erreichbar und hab gute Tipps zur Umgebung. wir kommen gerne wieder!!

We stayed for a week and it was very comfortable, the house has everything you need also to make all kinds of meals. The entrance is shared with the host but you have a lot of privacy. The family house is well maintained and our small dog was super happy with the garden.

We have enjoyed a lot. Everything was a good as expected

Ich danke Manuel für den tollen Aufenthalt in Kolsass. Es war alles wie beschrieben und vor Ort wirkte alles einfach nochmal eine Stufe besser. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen wieder zu kommen. Logement avec vue magnifique sur la montagne. Très spacieux et tout équipé. Ursula est très accueillante et toujours disponible. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und lichtdurchflutet. Morgens konnten wir die Sonne direkt in der Unterkunft genießen, und der Garten bot die perfekte Möglichkeit, die warmen Sonnenstrahlen in völliger Ruhe aufzusaugen. Alles war perfekt: Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Betten waren bequem und mit herrlich dicken, kuscheligen Decken ausgestattet. Der Kamin sorgte für Gemütlichkeit, und im Keller gab es sogar einen kleinen Fitnessraum mit allem Nötigen. Hubert und Ines waren großartige Gastgeber – immer schnell in der Kommunikation und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sogar Schlitten zur Verfügung gestellt! Eine absolut tolle Unterkunft und fantastische Gastgeber.

Stefan’s home was perfect for our needs. The home was very clean, roomy and had everything you could ask for. The area was private, quiet and had a beautiful views. The town was very walkable with plenty of places to eat and finding groceries and supplies was very easy. Would highly recommend.

La casa di Annika è fantastica e la consiglio senza alcun dubbio. E' molto pulita, spaziosa, ben arredata e dotata di ogni confort. Si nota l'impegno con il quale Annika la cura. Il giardino e la terrazza offrono poi un apprezzabile valore aggiunto nel caso in cui vi sia bel tempo. La posizione è ideale perché è vicina al lago e consente di raggiungere con facilità molte altre belle località della zona. A poca distanza si trovano supermercati, negozi e ristoranti. La comunicazione con Annika è stata facile e veloce. La ringrazio molto per il bel soggiorno!

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der tollen Unterkunft. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Zu Beginn haben wir eine Führung durchs Haus bekommen und danach konnten wir auch schon den ruhigen Garten und den schönen Ausblick von dem Terrassen-Balkon genießen. Highlight war die Möglichkeit, die traumhafte Grillhütte paar Fahrminuten entfernt zu nutzen. Meine Schwester war auch sehr glücklich über den Wellnessbereich im Keller vom Haus 👌🏻

We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.

Michael is a great host and was always reachable and helpful. The place is spacious and wonderful. Supermarket, cafe and a restaurant are all easily reachable by foot. We had a very pleasant and pleasurable stay.

Ein wundervolles Haus ! Super gemütlich mit großem Kamin, gemütlichem Sofa, Kuschel-Lounge, super bequemen Betten; tollem großen TV; Küche maximal ausgestattet; Lage top (man kann direkt vom Haus loslaufen in den Wald; in den Ort; tolle Wandermöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe ... Bruno & Sabine sind super-responsive und hilfsbereit ! Alles was man sich für entspannte Ferien wünscht ! Wir kommen wieder !

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

Die Beschreibung Chalet am See war treffend. Ein wirklich schön restauriertes und eingerichtetes großes Bauernhaus, wobei Chalet eher zutrfft. Ein ausgesprochener schöner Außenbereich um das Haus und besonders am See!!! Einfach eine Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen ließ.
