Holiday rentals with a patio in L'Escarène

Viveka’s place was truly magical. We had an amazing stay overlooking the beautiful water. The location is perfect, very easy to explore nearby towns and cities by the train. Host is very helpful and communicative and we highly recommend this place to anyone!

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful sea view apartment with a great balcony with fabulous views for sitting out in the morning or evening. The apartment is right opposite the beach which was perfect or us. It is an easy walk of about 20 mins into both Antibes old town and Juan Les Pins both of which have plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. We also got the coastal train from Juan Les Pins into Monaco which was really easy to do. There is a bakery/cafe, Spar and Pharmacy 5 ins walk away from the apartment which was great for picking up everything we needed. We walked all over the Cap d'Antibes which was very easy from the apartment. It was worth the trip up to Phare de la Garoupe for the views and we enjoyed the Sentier du Littoral costal path although be warned there are some steps and rough areas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and exactly as described/pictures. Nadya was a great host always responsive. We will definitely love to return!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath provides a nice stay & it’s right on the water. Whats better than waking up to the sound of the ocean? It’s very convenient as you’re right in town but Villefranche can get busy in summer so the only downside is kids partying on the beach late at night. Sonia the manager is fast & responsive if you have special requests or need help. The train is 4 minute walk from apt. & a little red bus picks up outside near Espuma restaurant so no need to have a car. All in all, a great stay.

Nataliya was super helpful and warm during the trip. She is great host, hosting in a fantastic front row sea facing apartment. Apartment is better than what is shown in lising, and has all that is highlighted in the listing. I highly recommend Nataliya as a host and her this listing. See you there again soon Nataliya :)

Our stay in Nice was wonderful! This location was excellent for walking to the beach and even from the train station which is so close. We could even walk with our suitcases. Very nice. A beach feel for sure. Great place.

We loved staying at Adrien’s place! He provided all the baby items we needed and was able to offer us recommendations for photographers and things to do! It was a short walk from the beach and felt very safe.

Overall, a clear recommendation for this accommodation! Great location to explore the Côte d'Azur and very nice host. The view from the terrace is really very nice, only the adjacent street is a bit noisy - but otherwise not disturbing. Unfortunately, a later check out did not work, otherwise everything was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay in Cannes! Jessica was incredibly kind and welcoming + always quick to respond and full of great local suggestions that made our trip extra special. The place was just as described, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Amazing, well-equipped & clean Airbnb with super responsive and nice hosts! The village is really cute and walking distance. Proximity to Nice airport is a huge plus!

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

Casa Brigasco is now our favorite place in Italy! In a quiet mountain village tucked up against France, the town’s Main Street is a labyrinth of alleyways and tunnels that are fun to explore. During the pandemic, Mateo and his father Bruno converted a storage cellar into a spectacular modern apartment with a patio overlooking the mountain stream with pools where you can swim on a hot day.

We had a great time in the house and the accommodation really matched the pictures and description. The house was well-equipped, far beyond our expectations. Celine met us and explained everything about the accommodation and the neighborhood. Celine was also available and assisted if anything came up. Really recommend a stay here. Relaxing in a house full of charm and a good pool to cool off on hot days.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. It was so lovely waking up to the beautiful views and we loved the pool. We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

excellent apartment for those who love tranquility surrounded by nature. We were on bicycles and the climb that leads to the house is quite challenging, but it was worth the effort. The terrace where we dined is beautiful. Clean and welcoming environment. recommended

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Very nice apartment in a beautiful garden. The area around Tourette-sur-Loup is extremely beautiful, and the access to the town is very easy and very close by. In car it's only a few minutes and you can also walk there. My dad has a slight walking impairment, so we used the car, but the town is very charming and a great plus for the apartment. Edgar is a very friendly and helpful host, and we enjoyed staying with him.

This air b&b was amazing. So spacious, comfortable, huge balcony with gorgeous views. Two bathrooms & a bidet. Wow! Great location & the host was lovely!
