Holiday rentals with a patio in Les Trois-Îlets

The apartment was well decorated and clean with lots of amenities. Our phones did not work so we had a small issue locating the place but once we were able to call the host our taxi was able to find it. The host communicated very well during our stay and accommodated us for extra hours after check out for a small fee which we were grateful for. The apartment does not have the full view of the city but we did enjoyed the outside patio and the views we could see. It was very quiet and cool and good for relaxation.

Beautiful home, great location on the island. The pool overlooking the sea offers a real relaxing moment. The bedding is of good quality and the accommodation is very well equipped. We had a great time!

We had a great time at Medhy's place. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is ideal, at the foot of the peninsula, halfway between the north and south of the island. Mehdy was very considerate and very quickly available when we needed. I would 100% recommend this place!

Loved staying at this spacious apartment! We first thought it was going to be difficult to get into town by foot, but once we discovered all the "passages" with stairways to town, we found it easy to visit restaurants and sites. Great location to both enjoy the view in a safe neighborhood and also visit the lovely Fort de France. Gerome was very helpful and good to work with. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the accommodation. Everything is designed to make the vacation as pleasant as possible. The environment is idyllic, nature invites itself to the edge of the terrace and the song of the birds accompanies moments of relaxation and aperitifs. Philippe is an attentive host who cares about the well-being of vacationers.

The listing was as described in every way (or better). A little inland while being a 10 min drive to several beaches and towns on the coast, at the foot of the Peeled Mountain and close to many hikes and places to visit the North of the island. The house offers all the comforts you need for 2-5 people. The air conditioning in the master bedroom is appreciated and the equipment is ++: washing machine, stove with oven, fridge-freezer... Sylvie and Serge thought of everything: provision of a cooler to keep your food and drink cool during your walks, etc. The welcome is impeccable: flexible, friendly without being intrusive. Having been deprived of a car for a day, Serge did not hesitate to devote his time to us to take us where we wanted: a perfect guide, very friendly! If you are looking for calm, authenticity and excellent hospitality, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent stay at Rodrigue and Ingrid's, very warm hosts with lots of recommendations to share. We enjoyed the quietness of the place, its amenities and small touches. Not to mention their dog Bucky, always ready to play. Highly recommended

We spent a week at the lower part of the house. The views are exceptional and truly more impressive than the photos even do justice to. We were lucky that there was no one renting the top of the house during our week, which gave us a very private and quiet setting. We adored the pool overlooking the ocean and mountainside. It’s very idyllic. Overall the space is exactly as described, with the majority of the living quarters being outside and the bedrooms and bathrooms being indoors. The kitchen is basic but has all of the necessities for a vacation. The bedrooms benefit from very strong A/C. Fred was always responsive and accommodating. A great host. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Simply exceptional!! Very clean accommodation, beautifully decorated and well-equipped with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea. Everything has been thought out for the comfort of guests. And what about the hosts, Cyndi and Marvin who hosted us very well. Very nice meeting with this caring and very nice family. We highly recommend this listing!

Thank you again for a lovely stay at the Villa. It matches the photos, extremely comfortable, and the pool is superb: it's a real plus... The villa is close to the beach, just to the right when exiting the street, we really enjoyed being able to enjoy the boat trips offered by Karine, the nearby kitesurfing school, and the walks on the Ilets du Francois, a real little paradise! Thank you very much to Karine for her service, her advice, her responsiveness, and our exchanges. We highly recommend this beautiful place and we hope to be able to come back!

We were very very well hosted by Pascal upon arrival. He is very friendly and had very good tips. the listing is 100% as described. Very quiet with a great view. Everything we needed is available. The accommodation is clean and tidy. Close to the beaches of the carbet and points of interest in the north-east of the island. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Our stay at Catherine's was great! The check-in instructions were very clear, and what a joy to enter this welcoming, ultra clean and fragrant accommodation. The house is true to the photos and everything is designed for the comfort of the guests: nothing is missing in our opinion. If you are indecisive, you can go there without further hesitation: the accommodation is well placed to visit the north and the center of Martinique and Catherine is very responsive to messages and always very friendly. To conclude, Catherine and her home breathe sympathy and hospitality.

Great studio on a totally independent mezzanine in a private holiday residence and very close to the city center of Saint Anne (10 mnt on foot and 4 by car) with the beach at 300 meters. Really ideal location 15mnt from the beaches of the South. 🌴🌞 Regarding the apartment we found it even better in real life than in photo, spacious with a large terrace and the mezzanine room. Board games are available and Charles is very responsive and friendly with small presents when we arrived who made us happy! I recommend Charles's place 200% for your vacation, you will not be disappointed! Camille 😁

Very nice accommodation, located in a quiet area. The views are beautiful. The accommodation itself is great, spacious and well-equipped. As a bonus, we had the pleasure of discovering a small bottle of planter as a welcome gift. We would highly recommend it.

A very nice impeccable accommodation, in a secure residence, with swimming pool, very well located, about 100m from the beach of Anse à l'âne and a large parking lot. It differs from others rented for years, so much so that it has been found functional and equipped. Everything is done to make you feel "at home" and that's exactly what we experienced! To top it all off, we received a very warm welcome from Ludivine and some very appreciated little touches awaited us: a bottle of fresh water, a bottle of punch, fruit and even brioches called Pomme-Canelle, for breakfast the next day. The exchanges shared upstream and throughout our stay were always cordial and fluid. Ludivine is sincerely a "caring" owner! All this clearly contributed to making our vacation truly enjoyable and unforgettable! If we have the opportunity to return, it is obvious that we will rent it again with great pleasure!
