Pleasant stay in this house, the neighborhood is quiet and the environment pleasant. Sandra met all of our expectations. The house is very well decorated, consistent with the photos and the garden is very pleasant and well planted. Bikes are a plus!

Great for a weekend with girlfriends! Very nice accommodation with its shaded garden and a beautiful wooden terrace to relax around the pool without overlooking. The interior decor is very neat. The large living room is ideal for gathering and cooking. The bedding is comfortable and the place is well equipped. A warm welcome upon arrival. Listing matches photos. We had a pleasant stay at Sylvia and Alain's. We were 6 adults and 3 children and the accommodation offers everything you need. The big plus, in our opinion, is the terrace and the outside, secure, pleasant and in the shade, to enjoy the beautiful spring and summer days. The city is quickly accessible by bike. Alain and Sylvia are discreet and yet caring hosts. We recommend the address 😁

We spent 1 week in low season for the Christmas holidays. The accommodation is very pleasant, functional and very cozy. Flexible check-in and checkout with lockbox and Benjamin always available by message even on holidays. Close to Phare des Baleines (nice view).

Very nice welcome from Karine. Great responsiveness and a very nice house. Quiet but very accessible, lighthouse and sea in the immediate vicinity Karine is very responsive and always attentive. I would recommend this place for 2 couples and 4 children ( mezzanine not very suitable for adults)

Stunning studio in a perfect location. Just what we needed for 48hrs in St Martin. Stephanie’s recommendations for a restaurant and advice re getting to and from the airport were spot on. Highly recommended !

Fantastic place to stay for our weekend in Ile de Re. The place was right around the corner of the stunning port of Saint Martin, and the apartment looked even better than the photos - super cosy and had all you could ask for. Corinne and Eric were the best hosts, very friendly and welcoming, flexible with us and always on hand to help with recommendations. We thoroughly recommend!!

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Maryse is a very nice and available host and moreover she is very accommodating for check-in and checkout when possible! The apartment is in a great location we rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus we highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very looking forward to returning to La Rochelle in this beautiful and tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

An amazing place to stay in the best location to be honest!

We had a very good stay in this studio, quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is very well located, beach, restaurants, market and shops nearby. A highly responsive host.
