We had a great time. The apartment is as described. It is a 10-minute walk from the center of Loix and the shops. Areas for improvement: sofa (quality and presence of hair and/or cat hair).

Pleasant stay in this house, the neighborhood is quiet and the environment pleasant. Sandra met all of our expectations. The house is very well decorated, consistent with the photos and the garden is very pleasant and well planted. Bikes are a plus!

We spent a week at Marine’s property. It is absolutely beautiful. The interior is immaculate and spacious, whilst the outside offers a quiet private space with a gorgeous pool. The property has some lovely fields surrounding it, so great for summer walks. We enjoyed taking day trips to surrounding areas - especially La Rochelle Vieux Port. Very beautiful. Marine has been the perfect host, always available to answer any questions etc. We will definitely be back. Thank you so very much for the perfect stay and your kindness.

Great for a weekend with girlfriends! Very nice accommodation with its shaded garden and a beautiful wooden terrace to relax around the pool without overlooking. The interior decor is very neat. The large living room is ideal for gathering and cooking. The bedding is comfortable and the place is well equipped. A warm welcome upon arrival. Listing matches photos. Quiet and peaceful environment.

We spent 1 week in low season for the Christmas holidays. The accommodation is very pleasant, functional and very cozy. Flexible check-in and checkout with lockbox and Benjamin always available by message even on holidays. Close to Phare des Baleines (nice view).

Beautifully secluded on the farthest part of île de Ré and yet beautifully on the edge of the habitation and facilities. Very good cycle paths that are usually far from the roads.

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

Very nice accommodation for 2, compliant, very nice exterior, ideally located in Saint Martin. The concierge who manages the accommodation is great. Only small downside, access to the parking is not easy, you have to come with a small car.

A real favorite! Everything was perfect and the apartment met all our expectations during our stay. Very functional, clean, tastefully decorated and real attention to detail. Hi, my parents loved the stay, quiet, really close to the sea, no noise at night or during the day. they loved everything they did and especially went to the beach on foot. Jean Michel and Christine responded to their request very quickly and efficiently. They were happy and relaxed from their stay. That I think they'll be happy to do it again. i highly recommend it.

2nd stay in this residence, but changing apartments this time, even arriving late no worries to find, and being able to park right in front is clearly a plus with luggage!! The apartment is nice, well decorated, the bed super comfortable We had a problem with the pool and the problem was solved in the hours that followed, we will come back without problem for a future stay!!!

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

Perfect accommodation for our 2 night stay. we liked: Complete equipment, the tastefully furnished accommodation, comfort of the bedding, cleanliness of the place, very pleasant terrace, quiet and proximity to the center of the fleet accessible on foot. Even though we didn't meet him, we enjoyed the exchanges with Nicolas and the care he took to facilitate our arrival. i highly recommend this place.

Very well placed and equipped. Less than 10 minutes to the city center. Well-equipped. Perfect for a family. A little traffic and noise from the hospital next door. But good insulation of the windows. Good welcome. The market next door is a good point!
