Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Les Minimes, La Rochelle

Very nice studio, the bed is a sofa with very good quality bedding. On the other hand, a little difficult to unfold. Nothing is missing, kitchen and bathroom impeccable. Small outdoor area and car parked in the property. Christina welcomed us very well. Christina and Michel provide 2 bikes of very good quality, top!!, we did everything by bike: the port about 25 minutes, the island of Ré 30/40 minutes. We had a great stay.

We stayed for a very short stay but the small accommodation was exactly what we expected: clean, functional and quiet. Moreover, devoured with gusto.

A big thank you to Leo for allowing us to arrive early, in line with our transport schedules. The exchanges were pleasant and qualitative. We slept well and the accommodation was clean. One small downside is the presence of many pigeons, I'm not a fan of birds :). Happy hosting!

We had a very good week-long stay with our 4-month-old baby in Dominique and Christian's accommodation. They are responsive and available if needed. The accommodation is very well equipped, functional and we also had baby equipment (bed, bathtub, changing table) available, a real plus! The house is about 20 min walk from the center of La Rochelle with the stroller. The distance is ok, we were able to do everything on foot. Despite the heatwave, the heat was bearable in the accommodation at night and a fan was available. We recommend this destination!

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. Extremely well located accommodation in a rather quiet area close to the old port and shops, easy to access from the train station. The space was quiet and clean. Martine was very accommodating and friendly. We had a great time!

Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Small confusion about the cleaning we are asked to do, while being charged on AirBnB.

Excellent stay in Arnaud's apartment. Very well received by Fadia. The location is perfect for going to La Rochelle in 10 minutes on foot by the sea.

Central and practical, this apartment was perfect for our needs during our stay in La Rochelle. Quality double glazing means you won't be disturbed by people (only pedestrians) passing by in the street. Access to the center and the port is just a few steps away.

Very pleasant stay in Sylvie's apartment, ideal location close to the old port, aquarium and many restaurants, the apartment is large and very clean, the parking is a big asset we were able to enjoy La Rochelle on foot, the Hotel for the delivery of the keys is perfect, and Sylvie is very considerate, call before arrival, advice, etc. A safe bet in La Rochelle.
