Everything was perfect, the place was very clean and nicely decorated. It is completely isolated and we felt very good in this annex. Julien was very responsive, and communication was very simple and smooth! I would 100% recommend this listing.

Very nice studio, the bed is a sofa with very good quality bedding. On the other hand, a little difficult to unfold. Nothing is missing, kitchen and bathroom impeccable. Small outdoor area and car parked in the property. Christina welcomed us very well. Christina and Michel provide 2 bikes of very good quality, top!!, we did everything by bike: the port about 25 minutes, the island of Ré 30/40 minutes. We had a great stay.

We spent a week at Marine’s property. It is absolutely beautiful. The interior is immaculate and spacious, whilst the outside offers a quiet private space with a gorgeous pool. The property has some lovely fields surrounding it, so great for summer walks. We enjoyed taking day trips to surrounding areas - especially La Rochelle Vieux Port. Very beautiful. Marine has been the perfect host, always available to answer any questions etc. We will definitely be back. Thank you so very much for the perfect stay and your kindness.

Nathalie and Yannick greeted us with a warm welcome to a beautiful, well equipped, spacious apartment - five star quality finish, comfortable bed, and spotless. Thoughtful touches like fruit, bottled water and even some sweets were left for us. They provided a wonderful breakfast. They far exceeded our expectations and i would think their obligation as hosts for the cost. Thanks you so much, we would love to come back some time.

Very good stay at Pauline and Mathieu's. Well furnished and well equipped accommodation, with a very nice terrace. Nothing to say, I would recommend it.

We had not been to La Rochelle before but we really enjoyed it. It seemed that every day we discovered a new hidden gem. New squares, new restaurants and new charming streets. The apartment is excellent in that you are just a few minutes walk from the old port, with parking. We would generally walk in for breakfast, have an exploratory walk and then an early evening drink or perhaps food. We sent so many pictures to children and friends with comments about the great atmosphere or evening sun on the harbour. The flat is great. It has a perfect living room for us as a couple with a nice balcony off the living room. The balcony stayed cool until the sun came round late in the afternoon/early evening and we sat looking out over classic French roofs. The kitchen is small but it had all we needed and the mini oven was good enough to cook pizzas and quiches. The bathroom was fine and washing machine and dishwasher a plus as we were on a 5 week road trip. Parking was secure and easy.

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

Nice apartment in the suburbs of La Rochelle. Arnaud and Ingrid were very helpful host. Good connections to public transport and city bikes.

Excellent stay, the apartment is in a good location and very quiet. Well arranged, nothing is missing for a pleasant stay. Very good hosting by Nathalie, very warm and smiling, who gave us a lot of information about the area. We'll be happy to go back.

Well what a fantastic few days we had. I can’t stress what a fabulous house this is. It has everything we needed. Little garden and off road parking. It was spotless. Stéphane gave us a bottle of his home made apple juice. Absolutely delicious. Buses were very handy and very inexpensive. I can’t praise Stéphane or his house enough. A little gem of a find

This is a wonderful apartment . Spacious, clean and such a very well equipped kitchen. The balcony is huge and overlooks the lake, which is very tranquil, yet it's a short walk to the beach at Minimes, where you can catch a boat taxi into La Rochelle. The bus stop is 5 minutes round the corner. Sandrine sat down and explained everything for us, where to catch the bus, restaurants etc. I would highly recommend this apartment. Wonderful hosts.

We had a great stay at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I recommend it 100%. We'll be back!

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!
