Great stay! Guillaume is very quick to respond and the location was very convenient. There’s no option for self check-in, but Guillaume was prompt to meet us at our pre-determined arrival and check-out times.

A perfect apartment for two persons for a short visit. A good 30 mins walk into town (for us old people!), but regular bus service just round the corner. Pedro was particularly helpful in sorting out one or two initial problems for us. The location on the outer rim is good for access to the ring road. Highly recommended.

The apartment is functional, clean and very well located. At the Minimes with the beach just below. And a balcony to admire the sunset with an aperitif. Bedding is comfortable. We had a pleasant stay there. Communication with Christel and her dad went very well. Christel is considerate and responsive. I highly recommend.

Very beautiful tourist area. La Rochelle is a pretty and very lively city both during the day and in the evening. Lots of attractions and many restaurants along the harbor. Super nice and functional accommodation for a couple in a private residence with their parking space. Great location, you can do anything on foot. Yann and Noémie are very charming hosts and at your disposal. I would highly recommend it.

This is a great place to stay in La Rochelle! The place is lovely, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect for a couple. The location, in the historical part of La Rochelle, is close to everything : restaurants, grocery stores, shops and waterfront. Ideal accommodation for our needs whilst we attended an event at the nearby La Rochelle Nautique. Apartment was as described and conveniently located. Enough facilities to eat in if needed. Lots of restaurants nearby to eat out too.

The apartment is new, spacious and tastefully furnished. The terraces make it an exceptional property. Pergola with jacuzzi at the Top. The parking lot with 2 spaces and an electric terminal is a real plus. Astrid and her family are welcoming and accommodating. I recommend it!

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Despite some hiccups with the concierge agency, they were able to recover and correct everything in a short time while remaining very professional. The jacuzzi was great, the products made available make it possible to settle in very well. In short, it's a very good accommodation that smells new and clean. Very good stay!

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I recommend it.

Very nice place with its small terrace out of sight . The hot tub is a real joy no matter the weather . Very well placed on the island . You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming . A big thank you . To be done again with great pleasure .
