Loft holiday rentals in Les Halles, Paris

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. It’s a beautiful, house, cozy and had all that we needed. Great location, close to metro, nice shops, restaurants nearby, yet quiet and peaceful. Check-in ,check out was easy with clear instructions. We felt welcomed in Paris. Marc and Richard are great hosts.

We had a lovely stay! The location is in the middle of the busy Bellevile. A very international part of Paris which makes for amazing places to eat. The place itself is clean and nice.

An absolute GEM of a place. The view is incredible. The town square is SO adorable and has fabulous restaurants. It can get hot in Paris without AC but she provided lots of fans and dark drapes which was so helpful. The kitchen has everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and it was such a unique apartment with so many thoughtful details. She was a fabulous host and I am so glad she shares her home because it truly was the loveliest spot to stay. One thing to note is that if you have mobility issues it is on the top floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are original and beautiful though. I would 100,000% tell any of my friends and family to stay here.

Great accommodation. Lovingly decorated. A perfect location for metro and shops. And at the same time a quiet oasis in the center. Great communication. Only the guest sofa needs a new mattress urgently.

Extremely good located apartment in one of the most beautiful parts of Paris. There are cool bars in the street and right behind the corner there is a great, 19th century restaurant where you can taste French cuisine Place des Vosges is just there, you have around 10-15 minutes of a nice walk to Hotel de Ville, Centre Pompidou or Les Halles, if you like to walk it is also very cool to walk to Latin Quarter from here :) Metro connections from Place de la Bastille are great, especially line 8 because of it’s route- in the same direction you can get to Opera or Invalides which is really cool, the line is actually a connection between the south east and south west of Paris. The apartment is quiet and interior is very nice, the bed is great which was very important to me as I used to walk 17-25km every day Bruno is easy going person, you can ask him for help or advice, and also he was kind enough to let me to put the luggage inside 4 hours before check in :) and 5 after check out

This a wonderful space to have be home base for your Paris adventures. We walked a lot during our short stay, seeing all the major attractions and even more lesser known areas. Carole was amazingly helpful and friendly. We arrived in a foreign city where we knew no one and Carole made us like we had an old friend at our side.

Great location and great unit. the house was very clean, and has a good style. Check in/out were easy, with very clear instructions provided. It's at a convenient location accessing the metro, and deep in a great French neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. we enjoyed our stay here very much!

Jessica was exceptionally kind and responsive. The location was within a mile to everything to keep you busy for a week in Paris.

lovely place, cool with Spa and sauna

A lovely place, ideal for us with 2 grown up children who had a double sofa bed each. Walkable from station and plenty to do and see within walking distance. Easy to find and get into, with very clear instructions from host.

We had a great time at this place. The apartment, located on the 1st floor, is well arranged with self check-in. We slept very well, no noise at night, and the building is secure with an entrance code, which is reassuring. The small patio adds a lot of charm! But above all, the location is absolutely perfect: in the heart of the Marais, an incredible neighborhood, with everything nearby. Subway and bus right next door, you couldn't have asked for a better place to visit Paris. Thank you so much for a great experience!

I would stay again and have already recommended to friends. A fantastic penthouse with excellent light and a super cool layout. The location was really quiet at nights & mornings too. The location was incredible: on the border of Le Marais has access to amazing eats without the noise. A 20 minute walk gets you to 1/3 of prime Paris.

Richard's place was clean and spacious enough for three guests. We never felt like we got in each others' way. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house is very quiet even though it's right next to a busy area. The location is very convenient, you can get anywhere in the city easily, walking or by metro. The kitchen and bathroom are large and you don't feel cramped anywhere in the apartment. Richard was a helpful and accomodating host, welcoming us and making sure we were comfortable as soon as we landed in Paris. He also let us check in earlier than the set time. Some reviews have mentioned problems with hot water. There is a water heater, which if kept on for 20 minutes, gives you more than enough running hot water for a good long shower. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

For us it was the perfect place to spend a week in Paris. The appartment is well situated and perfectly equipped. Thanks to the conversation with Virginie we felt very welcomed.

We were very happy to stay at this room.The room were really nice,cozy and there was not a single thing we had to worry about. Staying at the room was very comfortable, the access to any attractions was good, there were plenty of supermarkets and great restaurants and bakeries, and our stay was enjoyable. Thank you so much!
