Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Lovely flat in the 'High Marais'. On the court and sunny side. Near Picasso Museum – Georges Pompidou Center – Montorgueil. Open kitchen and large bathroom. Very comfortable for a perfect moment in Paris! Nice apartment in the upper Marais. Overlooking the courtyard and bathed in light. Close to the Picasso Museum – Georges Pompidou Center – Montorgeuil pedestrian district. Fully equipped kitchen that opens to the living room, large bathroom. All the comforts to make your stay in Paris perfect!

Loft en plein coeur de Paris

This 67 m2 loft has been fully renovated by a French architect. The high ceilings with wooden beams and the waxed concrete floor make it unique. It is located in Montorgueil – Marais (hyper center of Paris) in a very safe pedestrian area. The location is ideal; everything is very close and easy to access on foot and the best served metro station in Paris (Chatelet-les-Halles) is 5 minutes away. It is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) on the courtyard side, very quiet and cool in summer.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Very quiet studio on Rue St Honoré.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place between the Louvre Museum and the Beaubourg Museum, the Pineau Foundation and the last department store in Paris La Samaritaine, and close to all shops and restaurants, transport is at the foot of the building (40 minutes from Orly, 55 minutes from Roissy).

Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

Location was fabulous. The apt was smartly decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. Make sure you read John’s binder as soon as you check-in; he left very detailed instructions on everything in the apt plus good recommendations for places to go for dining in the area.

We loved our week long stay at Gauthier’s place. The apartment was perfect for two, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Even in the summer on the 5th floor we stayed cool with the breeze and fan. The apartment faces a courtyard so there was no street noise and it was very quiet. It was lovely to stay in the 10th arrondissement where it was only a quick metro ride away from “touristy” areas. There were many bars, cafes, shops and bakeries very close including our favorite Mamiche. The line for their amazing baked goods was out the door always but so worth the wait. I would stay here again without any hesitation. Thank you Gauthier for sharing your home with us.

Apartamento centrico 3 minutes from the Pompideu and no more than 15 to 20 minutes walking to other places of interest. It's a very central and busy area ñor so there are many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Not to have a lot of activity in the day and night in the apartment was unaffected by noise or anything like that.
