Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Les Halles, Paris

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had a great stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the courtyard to enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinners. It’s located close to the Metro and we enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. We would absolutely stay again.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at! So calming, cool and stylish. And big! Everything is there, yet the space is so zen and quiet. Great pizza just a few steps away, a comfy bed and lovely couch to chill out on. In a very cute area of Paris with a street with lots of nice restaurants and a good deli. We will be back!

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Ivan was a wonderful host, very attentive and efficient. Check in was very smooth. The apartment is beautiful, and quiet, even though it's in the centre of town. Everything was very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, and it was nice and warm in wintry January. There is a small supermarket round the corner for everything you need, and many great places to eat within a short walk. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay again. Thank you Ivan!

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

What a wonderful experience! This studio apartment exceeded my expectations. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this space both stylish and highly functional. Also in a fantastic trendy area.

Beautiful space!!! I will come here again the next time I'm in Paris. The location is worth every penny... I can't explain how beautiful and right at home the space was. Smaller bathroom than in the pictures but the shower was enough space and the kitchen is just as big as in the pictures :) Massive living and bedroom space for Paris.

Posto comodissimo, purtroppo le temperature a Parigi sono state altissime ma l'appartamento è molto fresco. Luogo silenzioso nonostante i dintorni molto vivaci. Francois gentilissimo e anche la signora che si dedica alla pulizia dell'appartamento.

Etienne's flat is beautiful and made me feel very welcomed. His moderne decor and great use of space felt very comfortable and warm. The view from the balconies were quintessentially Parisian and the tre chic Le Marais neighborhood is charming and full of boutiques and cafes. The location is perfect I will definitely be returning again. Albeit, it is a 5 floor walk-up to the flat, the beautiful interior of the stairs made the walk up and down quite remarkable. Love the timeless French architecture. You will love his apartment.

Все хорошо, но есть три нюанса. Диван в длину невелик, то есть мой муж ростом 175 уже мучился и упирался ногами в перекладину, так же сам матрас провисает у ног, поэтому я не спала от боли пока не подложила что то для упора матраса. Возможно если ты будешь один будет лучше но для нас двоих было некомфортно, поэтому я бы предупредила кто высокий ростом что это проблема. Второй нюанс это уборка, она увы поверхностная, хотелось бы тщательнее. Так же если вы привыкли мыть голову двумя руками этого не будет, почему-то крепление душа находится на высоте пояса. В остальном все как было описано. Вы можете пользоваться всеми бытовыми вещами и это хорошо, есть кофемашина, туалетные принадлежности. Другими словами данное жилье устроило по цене и по расположению, это идеальное место для пеших прогулок по Парижу и это самый прекрасный момент. Но если бы я могла знать нюансы я бы подумала. Это не укор хозяйке, она очень хорошая и дружелюбная, но для будущих жильцов я думаю будет полезно знать.

Jonathan is a fantastic host! Super lovely, great communicator and gave a bunch of great recommendations. The apartment is really well located and has beautiful light. It's right next to a supermarket and is around a bunch of great cafes and restaurants. Jonathan has truly thought of every detail when creating space, making it a true home away from home.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is our second time staying in Christine’s apartment, it felt like coming home again! The apartment itself is light & airy, quite & centrally located to many touristy locations or just a short Metro ride away. The small kitchen has all the basics needed for short stays but you’re close to many fantastic cafes & coffee shops that you’ll likely not even use it like us. It was handy to whip up some nibble boxes for our picnics on the Seine though. Christine is lovely, very responsive & helpful. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

The location of this apartment is so central! Being right on top of one of the biggest metro/RER stations in Paris meant we could go where we wanted by just walking right outside our door. Many of the best neighborhoods in Paris are within walking distance. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-appointed. There were three little closets with bins to stash our stuff. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a pair of scissors. The hosts were always friendly and responded quickly. The check in was smooth and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Excellent séjour chez Rodolphe. Certains avis m'avaient inquiété, mais j'ai été très rapidement rassuré : l'environnement n'est pas spécialement bruyant,même si on est dans le centre de Paris. Malgré la canicule, je n'ai pas souffert de la chaleur pendant la nuit. Quant à Rodolphe, il est réactif prévenant et rassurant en cas de questions ou de difficultés. Le prix est très acceptable compte tenu du marché de l'hébergement à Paris. J'y reviendrai sans problème.

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie’s house. The house is big, very clean, and had everything we needed. It’s in a perfect area, full of restaurants, so there’s always something to do. Even though the neighborhood is lively, the house is quiet and peaceful inside. You can also walk to all the main places in the city, which was very convenient. The host was great — friendly and always ready to help if we had any questions. She even let us check-in early and check-out later than the scheduled time. That made the whole experience even better. We really loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

David e Tatiana foram bastante atenciosos e deram orientações claras sobre o check in. O espaço é exatamente como o descrito, muito limpo, com diversas amenidades, inclusive o chuveiro é ótimo. a localização é perfeita, próximo do Louvre e de fácil deslocamento para todos os principais pontos turísticos de Paris. Recomendo totalmente!
