Great accommodation!! We had a pleasant stay (3 couples + 3 children) EXCELLENT: - location: first beaches accessible on foot via bike path, center of St Anne 5min by car, very quiet residence 😌 - outdoor space: swimming pool, terrace, bbq area, the company of birds 😜 - W/Virginia communication: very fluid, available and good advice on the corners of the island to visit Thank you again for hosting us 🫶

Yannick's house is great and we had a short memorable stay. The house itself is very spacious, all rooms have their own bathroom and it's like in the pictures. The biggest perk is for sure, the pool and the views. We would definitely come back.

A stone's throw from Gros Raisin beach, Villa Côté Sud occupies a prime location ensuring easy access to the village of Sainte-Luce and other attractions in southern Martinique. Equipped with a beautiful, modern and well-maintained swimming pool, the property allowed us to find rest and relaxation. We thank Karine for her hospitality and dedication.

We stayed a week at Sybille's house. There is direct access to the beach just below but we were not able to enjoy it as the beach was invaded by the sargassas during our stay. Sybille spontaneously offered to compensate us for this when she had nothing to do with it. We had an issue with an unopened bedroom door. Here again Sybille did everything to help us out, she found us a locksmith on a Saturday night. Communication is very easy with the host. The house is particularly well equipped, in the kitchen, bathroom. Dishwasher, washing machine... Full of useful tips: board games, beach games for children, a cooler. I recommend Villa Butterfly with its beautiful covered terrace and sea view.

Independent villa on land with superb sea view, very, very friendly sunrise. The villa matches the photos, all the necessary equipment is present. The location is a bit off-center from downtown Le Diamant, but we had a car and the view was well worth it. We traveled the south of Martinique, and the pool was appreciated after a day of sightseeing! We were perfectly welcomed by Fabien whom we thank again.

For a 5th stay in Martinique, we were not disappointed by this rental with stunning views. The location of the villa makes it easy to radiate throughout Martinique. The house is quiet, well-equipped, as described and photos (3 bedrooms with independent bathrooms + sleeping on the mezzanine) with magnificent views from the terrace and pool. We enjoyed Jessica's welcome and responsiveness. Thank you for the basket of Caribbean sweets on arrival. We will be happy to return to the villa.

This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

I had a great stay in Sylvie and José's villa basement. José welcomed me, and was very flexible with me! The accommodation itself was superb: very well decorated, well located, with exclusive access to a terrace, an outdoor hammock and of course the pool with sea view! I enjoyed my stay!

Accommodation perfectly matching the description, or even better! Fast and efficient pickup. The view from the terrace is superb! Ideal accommodation for a short trip to Sainte Luce as a couple! A little extra for Gilbert's bar a few steps away from the apartment with superb planters and an incomparable atmosphere when the musicians are there!

Unforgettable stay! The bungalow is already perfect, in a beautiful setting surrounded by vegetation, tastefully decorated and absolutely impeccable! And above all, Jean-Yves and Lucile are of rare kindness and I don't think I've ever been so well received in an Airbnb. Even though we didn't need it, they offered to pick us up at the airport to show us the way, which is already great. And when we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with good little things waiting for us in the fridge and Lucile kindly brought us several homemade and delicious Creole specialties. If you're still hesitating, we 100% recommend this accommodation! Especially since it is ideally placed to explore the whole south of the island, and even the north with a little more road. We were sad to leave… Thanks again to our great hosts!

The house is as described, spacious, pleasant, suitable for several people, with children, with nice common areas, with large well-equipped open kitchen, very nice rooms also with mosquito nets and AC. The location on the Caravelle Peninsula is peaceful, good atmosphere, family, surfing and quiet. The two closest beaches to the house are one within walking distance are beautiful! Our stay was great, Pricyle and Sylvie were adorable and very responsive. Thank you for hosting us

I had the most amazing stay with Thomas and Julien. This place is an oasis of silence and nature, Thomas and Julien were really helpful in showing the island, as I have no drivers license. I loved my stay and the peace of mind I have now is incredible!

Clean accommodation and close to everything. We enjoyed the laundry washer and dryer outside,the terrace is a favorite, with comfortable furniture. We loved Bernadette , very sociable,helpful, warm! The kitchen is missing a few small work tools, like a whip, measuring cups,spatulas. But for the rest everything was ok . The air-conditioned area in the rooms was much appreciated. And the beach is very close, but it has no chairs...So very nice stay at Vero's, we will go back.

We loved our stay at this apartment, which is undoubtedly the best we have rented in Martinique – and one of the best we have experienced in six years of using Airbnb. The apartment is perfectly renovated, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Everything is designed for the comfort of the guests, nothing is lacking. Communication with Franck, the owner, and Adeline was smooth, simple and proactive, which made our stay much easier. Adeline's welcome was particularly warm, and the little attention to our arrival (excellent local rum!) was much appreciated. The location is ideal: the neighborhood is pleasant, quiet, with several activities accessible nearby, not to mention very good restaurants in the area. No false notes, we recommend this address without a second thought!

We highly recommend this listing! Beautiful view, super well equipped! There was even a BBQ for the beach. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by Jean Marc. Small surprise: rum and punch available. Small grocery/bakery open 7/7, Fredo restaurant with evenings.
