A nice place for a couple or small families. We would like to take you to our dream world in the Tyrolean Alps, the little paradise at the foot of the Zugspitze From summer 2022 charging station for electric car. Since I am very active myself, I can provide information about many activities, e.g. skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, gliding, family program, or special activities such as motokross, go-karting, rafting, canyoning, climbing hall, climbing forest, etc.

Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Wir haben für Sie eine Schlüsselbox, damit Sie jederzeit selbständig einchecken können. Im Haus sind keine weiteren Gäste. Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. S'Malers 90m² Apartment

Eure Unterkunft liegt in der Zugspitzarena. Sie ist bekannt für ihre familienfreundlichen Skigebiete, ist eine der besten Mountainbikegebiete in Europa und bietet noch sehr viele Möglichkeiten für weitere Aktivitäten (Info website zugspitzarena). Eure Unterkunft hat eine große geräumige Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und befindet sich in einem charmanten Bauernhaus im 1. Stock. Meine Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Familien (mit bis zu 4 Kindern).

Elegant penthouse apartment in modern alpine style on the Seefelder plateau. The cozy, quiet apartment on the last floor is designed for up to 4 people very comfortably. It has a bright living-dining area with modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and a very large private terrace. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

The lovingly furnished, sunny apartment with its own house entrance is located in a residential house directly on the Halfch. It has 43 sqm, living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is best suited for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 provide ample space. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 induction hobs, refrigerator and sink. Parking is possible on the property.

The cozy apartment Grubigstein is ideal for two to three people to take a break from everyday life. The imposing view on the mountain scenery with the Zugspitz massif will fascinate you. The Tiroler Zugspitzarena has something for everyone, whether you want to do sports or just relax. The house is quiet but is still centrally located. 5 minutes walk to the train station or the supermarket you will also reach the cable cars in 5 minutes.
