Impeccable accommodation, tastefully renovated and with several accesses, terraces allowing everyone to have their own quiet little corner. The outdoor space is beautiful and friendly, ideal for great moments for families or friends, between swimming pool, foosball, darts... We had a great time. The hosts, who have renovated the place themselves, are very welcoming and respond quickly if needed. A great discovery that I recommend!

It is an excellent little haven of peace in the heart of La Guérinière. A perfect location to explore the entire island by bike and beach access on foot. The house is perfectly equipped, ideal for a family of 4-6 people, with a spacious exterior. The welcome is very friendly and good advice for beautiful places on the island.

However, the cleaning should be improved, as it remains a little succinct... but we recommend this accommodation without problems. 👍

We had a lovely weekend at Eric's place. The house is true to the description namely Zen and Cosy. The decor is very nice and the house is very well-equipped. Close to shops and especially the beautiful beach of Les Demoiselles, everything is there for a great time. In addition, Eric was very responsive and accommodating. We were a group of 7 friends, and had a great stay on Île d'Yeu. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet, which is very convenient and pleasant. The living room is very spacious, and the environment of the house is peaceful. Thank you to them for their responsiveness and welcome. We recommend renting Alain and Isabelle's place to stay on the island of Yeu.

The stay went very well overall. We were well received and the accommodation met our expectations. The house is located in a residential area close to the center and the beach. A small downside on linens that must be added to the original price and the fact that the rooms in which the games are located (billiards, darts, foosball) are a little cramped to be able to play easily. That being said, I recommend it!:)

Nice and well thought out house! The pool is really the highlight. Comfortable bedding. A second fridge may be missing given the number of people this house can accommodate Solène listened to us, arrival and departure times very flexible!

Very pleasant stay in Phanie's accommodation! She was flexible and available, so thank you! The accommodation is clean, well arranged so that we are not on top of each other even with 10! The heated pool with deckchairs is the icing on the cake. We enjoyed the baby items available if needed, as well as the foosball and board games. The accommodation is close to amenities so you don't miss anything, close to the beach for a walk. A place to keep!

We had a pleasant stay at Brem sur Mer. The accommodation was perfect ( well equipped and nicely decorated). Bike trails accessible for family walks, along the sea or in the forest. We were also close to "Les Crins de l 'Auzance" for a horse and pony ride for the kids.

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.
