Good location, the house is very nice and spacious... very spacious areas to be comfortable (living room, porch, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry,...) and a quiet area a few minutes from the center of León (taxis 10-12€). Recommended

We've been spending the weekend with the whole family and we've been at home. The accommodation was wonderful, we were pleasantly surprised. Fernando left us welcome gifts, even though we only stayed for one night. We are super grateful.

The perfect accommodation!! A beautiful house, we were welcomed with open arms, a perfect stay, very good recommendations, both the restaurant Los Caños and the Manolo delicatessen, a complete success. The place is quiet, very close to León. It has been a pleasure to stay here.

Everything was perfect, the house did not lack any detail and had everything for everyday use, hair dryer, iron, soap, napkins, kitchen towels, several sets of sheets, blankets, clothes pins…. We just arrived and didn't have to worry about buying anything last minute. Very good access and the garden for our two large dogs was incredible. Lots of peace and quiet and good heating for the winter in León. It is quite close to León city and on the way to it you have the Espacio León shopping center and a little further on a Lupa supermarket. The Cuadros area is very nice and there are routes and a lot of hills for cycling and you have towns like La Robla and its surroundings to visit 10 km away. We definitely made a great choice. Javier also told us that if we needed anything, we shouldn't hesitate to tell him, so everything was perfect.

Very good to go in a group, it is far from the center but by taxi you arrive very quickly. Large house with patio and bar-bodega.

We had a great time. The area is very quiet but well connected. The house is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It wasn't missing a detail. There were board games and foosball that helped entertain the kids on rainy days. And when the sun came out we really enjoyed the garden. We felt right at home. Thank you so much MPilar!

We were very comfortable, the apartment is very comfortable, very nice, everything is very new. And in the center, with everything nearby. Although it is a pedestrian street, there are nearby parking areas. The terrace is a plus. And the hostess is very nice and attentive. We would definitely repeat

the accommodation in Maria's apartment was very good. We parked easily in a nearby street and it was well located to walk to all the places of interest. The apartment is spacious, bright and clean.

It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. New kitchen and bathroom with all necessary facilities and utensils. The view of the spectacular cathedral. Next to the historic center, in a quiet area. Noisy building. Supermarket and small shop very close by. Very smooth communication with the owner. Lots of flexibility for the departure.

Rosa is very helpful, she opens the doors of her house with affection and attention. Quiet location with plenty of parking in addition to having your own. You'll have everything you need for your stay. We'll be back

We had a very good weekend in a city as beautiful as León, but for beautiful and perfect, the house we stayed in, thank you very much to Ana who was always attentive to whether we needed anything, we will definitely repeat.

The room is very clean and the location is very nice. The host has found us a free parking lot. The host is very friendly.

A wonderful experience! The accommodation exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped with everything you need. The location was excellent, close to the Barrio Humedo, which made our stay even better. Sandra was very helpful, providing local recommendations and making sure we were comfortable at all times. Santi was extremely helpful and responsive. We arrived the day Spain lost all electricity so without his help checking in could have been complicated. Instead he met us to be sure all went well. His flat is in a wonderful location with a beautiful view. The outdoor patio was spectacular! He even found an open grocery store for us. Without electricity nearly every thing else was closed

Lovely little apartment ideally suited to two people. Walking distance from the centre of Leon while being quiet and peaceful. Easy street parking. Recommended.

Osk’s place was the perfect spot for us in Leon! It was nice and clean and safe, plus it was a 5-10 minute walk to most of the things we wanted to do in Leon. The apartment was far enough to still be quiet around us though even with construction. I would for sure stay here again if I went to Leon!

Our stay was great. The apartment was small, but perfect for the two of us. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a great location to be able to walk into the city center...maybe a 5 minute walk at the most. Our only disappointment was we had specifically chosen this place for the washer& dryer...we had been traveling for 11/2 weeks and were in need of doing laundry. we were only able to get 1 load completed, as the dryer took over 5 hours to dry one small load of socks & underwear. ..we left with a 2nd load of jeans wet. Again the home was great...just a bummer for us with the laundry(which was a shared unit for the building).
