Good location, the house is very nice and spacious... very spacious areas to be comfortable (living room, porch, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry,...) and a quiet area a few minutes from the center of León (taxis 10-12€). Recommended

The apartment is very well located, clean and comfortable beds and sofas. As the only one sticks in the apartment of the 10 bunk beds + double room the fridge stays very small and the living room the same, it is not to make a meal at home because there is not much space. Everything else great, very clean, linens and towels left over, all very well cared for.

We've been spending the weekend with the whole family and we've been at home. The accommodation was wonderful, we were pleasantly surprised. Fernando left us welcome gifts, even though we only stayed for one night. We are super grateful.

It is the perfect place to disconnect for a few days and relax, in winter with the heating you are in luxury. Jesús and Mila were very good hosts. Thank you.

Everything was perfect, the house did not lack any detail and had everything for everyday use, hair dryer, iron, soap, napkins, kitchen towels, several sets of sheets, blankets, clothes pins…. We just arrived and didn't have to worry about buying anything last minute. Very good access and the garden for our two large dogs was incredible. Lots of peace and quiet and good heating for the winter in León. It is quite close to León city and on the way to it you have the Espacio León shopping center and a little further on a Lupa supermarket. The Cuadros area is very nice and there are routes and a lot of hills for cycling and you have towns like La Robla and its surroundings to visit 10 km away. We definitely made a great choice. Javier also told us that if we needed anything, we shouldn't hesitate to tell him, so everything was perfect.

Very good to go in a group, it is far from the center but by taxi you arrive very quickly. Large house with patio and bar-bodega.

The apartment is located a few meters from the cathedral, so the central location is ideal. Very clean and with good welcome details, milk, water, coffee, breakfast, etc. On the other hand, Marcelino was very flexible at check-out, facilitating our stay and adapting to our needs. Everything is perfectly equipped and signposted in the apartment. Definitely a great host; if we were to return to León (we are a group of 5 friends) we would repeat.

Good location, in the humid neighborhood. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable. I really appreciate the fact that it has a parking space in a garage. The hosts answered questions immediately. I will definitely repeat when I return to León.

We repeated with Patricia because the previous time we were super comfortable. The apartment is impeccable, just as you can see in the photos, equipped with everything we could need. Both times we have gone for sports competition, so having two bathrooms comes from luxury, and is very close to the location of the event. The treatment and communication is 10, very friendly and willing to help us with anything. I recommend it and hope to repeat next year. Thank you for everything!

Comfy beds, Cristina and Javier are very responsive and helpful. The location is great with a lovely little park across the street and a supermarket right next door. Quick walk to the gorgeous "old city", Plaza Mayor, the awesome cathedral, the Roman walls. We got the garage parking for a small extra fee. Tight fit to park, but took the worry of getting towed, or some other mishap off our minds. Highly recommend this lovely little apartment.

Great little apartment within walking distance to all of Leon attractions. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay in an unbeatable location. Check in was a breeze and communication with Osk was seamless. A great place to stay minutes from the old town.

Everything was fantastic, the apartment was spectacular, the bed was divine, they had left us fruit, water, oil, etc. Everything was very clean, the terrace was great, and the location was ideal, very central and very quiet at the same time. I am delighted

The apartment is very big and quiet. We really appreciate the free parking to forget about the car. It's a 7-minute walk from the Cathedral. The lovely hosts gave very helpful information to get to know Leon. The perfect mattresses and pillows, very comfortable and with the tranquility of the house you sleep great. The two bathrooms were more comfortable, and everything was super clean. Next time I'll definitely be back, totally recommended.
