Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Leon County

Great stay. The property is exactly as pictured. The rooms and beds were comfortable. There is nice natural light throughout the house. I would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend without hesitation.

Older home with many upgrades. We were very comfortable during our brief stay. It was in an ideal neighborhood for our trip to and from the hospital.

My family and i absolutely enjoyed this home. Nice quiet neighborhood with good eats nearby. When booking an Airbnb i expect for all homes to be as clean and spotless as this 1. Jeremane made our vacation very easy and enjoyable. He responds quickly and was always ready to assist. The kids had a blast in the pool and did not want to leave that was a plus. This home is so spacious and come with so many rooms and beds, i will definitely rent this home out again so peaceful and relaxing. Thanks again Jeremane!

I’m beyond grateful to Rachel for the amazing communication, rapid response and flexibility. She went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Her place is beautiful, clean, cozy, with all the amenities, exactly what we needed. Everything went as planned, she always responded within the hour. When I had a last minute change of plans, she was so gracious to accommodate our request. There’s a reason why she is a “guest’s favorite”. She truly is trust worthy. Highly recommended and will stay here again when visiting Tally. 👏🏼👏🏼💓

Nakia was a great host. Her home was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had all the essential items to make you feel comfortable and at home. We contacted her with an issue with the neighbor’s dog, she notified the neighbor and we had no further issues. She communicated with us during our stay and was very responsive. I highly recommend this location and will stay again on my next visit to Tallahassee.

Private, cozy, and the accommodations were perfect! My only warning is it is within a lot of trees so if critters scare you easily just prepare yourself! :D loved it regardless.

This is a beautiful place to stay and bigger than it looks in the photos. It’s close to the centre of Tallahassee but not on a commercial street. Gena was very helpful and quick to answer questions when I was booking.

It was the ideal setting for our group getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, roomy place to host a group or family gathering!

We travel to Tallahassee every few months to go visit family with our children, usually at every Airbnb we have to kid proof the area as soon as we check in but not Kays place. We were pleasantly surprised by how kid friendly it was with an ample living room for them to have their activities in, everything in the home was clean, Kay was quick to respond to any questions and had a very friendly demeanor willing to go above and beyond Since the home is located very close to I10 it makes it very convenient to get around town while still being in a private and quiet neighborhood I would definitely recommend Kays place to anyone that comes to visit town either with children or without children We were very happy with our stay there and would stay again on future trips

Visiting FSU you won't go wrong with staying here. Very clean, geat location and Joanna is very nice. She made everything i needed to know very clear and responded immediately when I had a question. Beds are very clean and comfortable.

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will again in the future.

Kerry’s condo was a great find, immaculately clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to campus. The space was just as described, with plenty of thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with everything we needed for a hassle-free stay. My wife and children were visiting Tallahassee at the last minute. Bradley was extremely responsive during our stay, always responding in just a few minutes. The instructions were clear and the place was as shown in the photos. The pool was clean and had plenty of pool toys to choose from. My girls loved it.

This cozy condo had everything I needed for a great stay. The coffee cart was well stocked. The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable.

Kelly was great! She was very proactive, and her place was perfectly located! Easy to get to and steps from the stadium! We were visiting for my daughter's orientation to FSU, so we did not spend much time at the place, but the beds were so comfy, the parking lot was well-lit and the snacks were much appreciated!
