We were in town for a soccer tournament and decided to book a home instead of the normal hotel rooms. The home was just what we needed after a long day at the fields; beautiful views, inviting home with everything we needed, and a comfortable peaceful atmosphere that made winding down easy. We will be back next season!

Exquisite Huge Lakehouse 3 miles to FSU & downtown

Bill’s place was the absolute perfect choice for our varsity baseball team’s spring break trip! The boys got to play 3 games in Tallahassee while kicking back and relaxing at the house on their off time. They enjoyed the huge dock and water activities, a campfire night, had pizza delivered and a BBQ the first night. Lots of room for a large travel group to spread out. Bill was attentive and so friendly in all our communications. The house was very clean and we so appreciated the VERY minimal checkout instructions. Bill has thought of it all, making guest stay’s as stress free as possible!! We hope to come back in the future, as our boys thought it was the best house ever! Breeze baseball Thanks you again Bill!

Kimberly’s home was clean and well maintained. Navigating the neighborhood to locate the home is a bit tricky (even with clear instructions and GPS) and limited parking which was also clearly explained prior to arrival. Gratefully they also own the home next door so we were able to overcome and once arrived we had minimal reason to leave. The water views from the screen deck and sunsets are worth the minimal hassle.

My family and I felt so privileged to stay in such a beautiful place! Every room of the house looked as though they had an interior designer come in. There a little gift for us, which was such a sweet surprise. The house and property was immaculate. There were extra personal items for us to use like like full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, zip lock baggies in the kitchen, board games interior kids closet, extra pillows and blankets in each bedroom. We loved fishing and enjoying quiet mornings in the porch swings. The neighbor was kind and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay!

A very cozy and unique stay with a lot of pick your own fruits and veggies and herbs from Philips garden. Mr Philip is very engaging and helpful host and we got a lot of gardening tips from him. His pantry is fully stocked with natural and organic food and snacks and supplies. It was a great place to stay and relax

Philip’s place reminds me of the golden days of AirBnb. Such a cool house in a great location. And Philip was really welcoming. In the days of property management companies and cookie cutter rentals, Philip was a breath of fresh air. There were interesting books and instruments (next time I’m trying the washboard.) There were tons of snacks and food, and amenities, etc. There was also so much fresh fruit and I think that’s the first time I had fresh pecans. I’d definitely stay at Philip’s place again!

Peace, quiet & nature at the Dream House

Please don't ask to book, ask a question first. Min. 2 nt. stay at large property. 3 mi. from the Wacissa, a freshwater spring of first magnitude, kayak & swim. Dream House is quirky. Want perfect & sterile? That's not us! :) 1 mile on a slightly bumpy, rutted, private dirt road. One dog OK, cleaning charge extra. You must tell me prior. Lake down the hill but water mostly naturally drained. Owls, quail, deer at dusk and dawn; turkey. Walking & hiking. See the stars. Peace, no humans but you!

Enjoy a memorable visit at this unique place. It has a a fun fishing theme that will get you in the mood to get out on the lake! The cabin sleeps 4 comfortably, with a 6ft. couch ready for the extra guest. (Not a fold-out) Our kitchen is fully equipped and has new appliances. The backyard is completely fenced, with seating and a barbeque. The front deck has a lovely view of the lake and glorious sunsets. Room in the yard for a boat and trailer, and there are several public boat ramps nearby.

The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well care for. Phillip has provided a snack assortment within the room and fruit in the kitchen for snacking. Whole Foods is 1 block away and with a refrigerator within your room, makes it extremely convenient.

Philip is a great host! He is very attentive, answered any questions I had, and gave me a tour of the home and property. There was an issue with our room, but Philip took care of it immediately. Overall, this is a lovely and eclectic place to stay!
