I had an excellent time and the house was a great respite after the day’s work. It was cozy, welcoming, and pleasant. The lock system on the door was great and the space itself was very comfortable.

This place is a gem!! BOOK IT!!! Ignore any previous “negative” reviews about— *the a/c — it’s COLD & is incredible in hot, humid Florida summer —we kept it in the 60°s! *the hot water — the kitchen and bathroom have the instant hot water heaters AKA that DON’T RUN OUT. Hot water was never a problem, especially using our favorite unhighlighted amenity— ***the shower! 💖💖💖*** —- The listing currently doesn’t have a picture of what’s behind the shower curtain, but it’s an amazing, huge, open tiled shower with a built in seat & built in storage and good water pressure & new shower head and ENDLESS HOT WATER. If you want to hang out alone or with your partner in the shower, this is the place :) The bathroom is also stocked with copious nice, fresh towels & has massive counter space. Also not highlighted is the walk in closet that is the size of a small room in itself, so all suitcases etc can be stored away so easily. I could go on & on but I’m out of space. BOOK IT!!!

Absolutely beautiful high end guest house on an amazing property with beautiful healthy horses visible in their stables. This is a beautiful serene place with lots of trees, land and fresh air. If you like horses, farms, country, this guest house is for you! Very clean and modern amenities with an old Southern charm. Lovely property, will definitely be back! 5 stars 🌟

We had a lovely stay at this charming guesthouse. The French-inspired decor and peaceful, lush surroundings made it feel like a relaxing retreat. The kitchen was small but functional, and having two bedrooms was a convenient plus. We were warmly welcomed by the host’s friendly cats, which we enjoyed. A great spot for a quiet and comfortable stay.

My stay was great! The accommodations were exactly what I needed. It was clean, great size, and conveniently located. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our weekend with our children while visiting FSU. It was nice having a clean, safe, and peacefully place to retreat to each night. Plus it was conveniently located near everything in Tallahassee. Sarah was an excellent host! Super responsive and friendly.

Nice and quiet place. Had a refrigerator with bottled water, microwave and coffee pot (k cups, cream and sweetener supplied), The bed was comfortable, nice television, wifi, and a small table w/ 2 chairs. Cute bathroom, full size shower but small sink. Good management of space and furnishings. There was a driveway so parking is right outside door. The driveway is a bit narrow but I got my SUV in and out ok. Keyless entry to private room with one small step so very easy to get your luggage inside. Easy check-in and departure.

We were impressed when we entered, because the cottage was clean and well furnished. Traveling from Wilmington, NC to help my brother who was scheduled for surgery, we were very tired upon arrival. What a relief to be able to walk-in and feel right at home. Because we arrived close to 7 pm, Karen and Mark had left the cottage unlocked, but with a "Welcome" note on the table. The place is roomy with space to relax, a large kitchen that made meals easy to prepare, a washer & dryer that worked great, and bed linens that kept us cozy. The cottage is at the end of a long driveway and separated just enough to ensure privacy for us -- and for our hosts' family. We felt safe in the neighborhood. It has a couple of grocery stores that are easy to get to. Karen and Mark were very welcoming and responsive when we needed their help. We would highly recommend this Airbnb.

If you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil property, this is the one! It is very secluded yet only 10 minutes from Publix and Walmart. I stayed during graduation weekend at FSU, and it was so nice to get away from the crowds in Tallahassee and return to this Oasis. I did have a brief encounter with a snake outside the suite—yikes! I'm sure it was harmless, but it still scared me; that's nature for you. The only negative thing, in my opinion, is that there is nowhere to put your clothes in Suite #2. No dresser, racks or hooks. The only place to hang clothes is next to the water heater in a small closet. Other than that, it was immaculately clean.

This place was great! It is a super short drive/Uber to the downtown areas. The neighborhood was also very beautiful and nice to walk. The bed you can use in the living room area was super comfortable with the topper. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We rented the carriage house and main house and were very pleased with both! The carriage house was clean, free of clutter, and peaceful. It was the perfect, peaceful cottage for my parents to stay while other family and friends shared the main house. We look forward to coming back soon!

I would definitely recommend this quiet place! It has been my favorite by far we have stayed at! Clean, easy to find, convenient location and Halsey was so kind when I needed a special accommodation!!!
