Holiday rentals with a patio in Leipzig

Warm welcome and communication. The place is very nice, sophisticated, and clean. Everything was perfect. If we go there, we'll definitely choose this place to stay again.

It was really super nice, the apartment has a great charm. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night there would have liked to have used more of the apartment. She was short to express almost too nice to be there for so short.

We were very impressed by the beautiful apartment in a very nice quiet environment in the middle of the beautiful city. The apartment has everything you need and is very well maintained. The landlady is very friendly and responds quickly. I am very much looking forward to a new visit, would like to stay there again. Klaus

We were in Leipzig for the Wave Gothic meeting and Sophie's apartment was perfect for it! You could get everywhere easily by train, Rewe and Netto are just around the corner, so you could cook well from home. Otherwise, there would have been good restaurants in the area. Communication with Sophie was super easy and straightforward and the apartment was nice and clean. Thanks a lot!

We were very happy with the apartment. For us, it was perfect,as we walked there in 10 to the celebration. The apartment is very well laid out and we all had space ;) Johanna responded super quickly and we felt very comfortable.

I was allowed to be a guest at Katharina's for the second time. She is a very friendly, lovely, warm and uncomplicated hostess. I didn't miss anything at the place. In addition, there is a beautiful garden that surrounds the stylish house. Parking is right in front of the house at all times? – no problem (one street down the road looks different). I would love to come back.

After my wife and I (as well as our dog) were very kindly and warmly greeted by Christina and her husband, a briefing in the apartment followed. We were greeted by a lovingly furnished apartment, with amenities that left nothing to be desired. Dishes, cutlery, pots and so on, everything you need was available and waiting to be used. Particularly noteworthy was the sewing kit for small emergencies and a small FIRST AID bag. Even for our dog, food and water bowls were available (dog says THANK YOU). The entire apartment made a very clean, well-kept and cozy impression, this impression was reinforced by the lovingly distributed accessories in the apartment. It was just beautiful…….. Since the apartment is in the backyard, the street noise did not disturb at any time. An extremely cozy veranda and a private parking space complete the positive overall impression. Beautiful accommodation with small private fenced garden, great also with dog. You can walk to the forest in 10 minutes and to Lake Zwenkau in 30 minutes 👍

Very nice and spacious apartment in the Waldstraßenviertel. Walking distance to zoo and downtown. Communication with Mathias was straightforward and friendly.

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic vacation home! The location is simply unbeatable - quiet, idyllic and with a fantastic view of the lake, which we enjoyed every day. The house itself is lovingly furnished, very well maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The villa and the property were even more beautiful than expected. We were absolutely thrilled! The huge garden is simply fantastic and invites you to relax. Everything is super well maintained and designed with a lot of love. You feel right at home. The host always responded quickly and was very helpful. We spent 4 days at the fair and had a very pleasant stay. The check-in went smoothly, everything was clean and well maintained. Shopping facilities are right nearby, which was very convenient and everything was there that was needed for communal cooking. The trade fair is only 10 minutes away by car, which is ideal for a stay with a trade fair visit. After a long, stressful day at the fair, we were also able to enjoy a delicious restaurant right on the street. All around a recommended place to stay!

We were in Leipzig for the gymnastics festival and couldn't have wished for better accommodation. Everything was tip-top clean, the location ideal – quiet, but still central – and the communication with Marcel was super warm and uncomplicated. You felt right at home! Thank you for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is clean, purposefully and tastefully furnished. It is pleasant to sit on the balcony. 2 tram stops or about 20 minutes on foot to the city center. Shops nearby. Some people may have a problem with the 4th floor without an elevator.

If you don't need to be in the heart of Leipzig, this apartment is a fine choice. Parking is great if you have a car and public transportation is great into the heart of Leipzig, taking only a few minutes by tram. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, with a washer/ dryer combination. Jens and Carsten are responsive hosts ad very helpful. The bed is comfortable and there are some fie Asian restaurants withincise waking distance as well as a nearby supermarket.

We felt very comfortable. A vacation apartment with comfortable beds, an excellent coffee machine and good amenities. A lot has been invested in the apartment so that guests can feel at home.
