We left it in its natural state at the front of the house and I am still happy with what is sprouting there.

The listed accommodation is a designer apartment of about 70 square meters with parking in the first row on CAPE Zwenkau. The integrated floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking view of the Zwenkauer harbor while providing a pleasant daily light radiation. Within walking distance you can reach the lake, which offers many leisure activities and beautiful beaches. In 10 minutes you can reach the city center of Leipzig, where there is plenty to discover. The apartment has a large terrace and the garden can also be used. Here you can end the evenings comfortably with a glass of wine or a barbecue.

With modern amenities, barrier-free access, real wood parquet and underfloor heating, this room is ideal for relaxing and feeling good. The apartment is quietly located in the rear part of an apartment building and can be reached via a closed courtyard. In the immediate vicinity are shops serving everyday needs, public transport and the AB-ZubringerA9/A14/A38.

A lovingly modernized caravan could be your nearest exciting station to explore the beautiful area on Zwenkauer See, discover Leipzig, unwind for a few days or just as a short stopover. The 2x2m bed can accommodate 2 adults + 1-2 children. A fall-out protection for infants can be installed (see photo). A crib can be provided if needed. Thanks to its integrated heating, the caravan is also well equipped for the winter.
