Great place to stay - still unobstructed view. Beds creak with every movement but otherwise great.

A little paradise by the water! Our stay was simply fantastic. Sybille is a wonderful host – warm, helpful and always quickly accessible. From the beginning, we felt like we were on vacation for 3 weeks ;) When we arrived, we could hardly believe our eyes: the house is really right on the water! Looking out over the lake in the morning from bed and starting the day with this tranquility - that was pure luxury. The location is hard to beat: absolutely idyllic and yet close to everything you need. A bike path runs right outside the door, perfect for racing.
There are restaurants right on the lake within walking distance - and a fish sandwich stand that we already miss. Top equipped house directly on the lake with large bathtub, super kitchen & garden. Ideal for nature lovers & families. Between Markkleeberg & Cospudener See, Leipzig can be reached quickly by train. Clean, quiet & inexpensive – an absolute insider tip! We will definitely be back! Thank You!

Everything was amazing and exactly as described. Beautiful place, gorgeous views, private access to the water and absolutely tranquil. A bit hard to find. Amazing place, particular during summer time -warm weather. Loved every minute.

We had very nice days at the property. Felix welcomed us very nicely and was always available. The apartment is very spacious, light and perfect for 3 people as the sofa bed is very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. Especially the window to the river is beautiful.

The positive surprises started right with our arrival, so that we could move into a larger and more beautiful apartment in the house without extra charge or the like, simply because it was just free. Pierre is extremely courteous and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely furnished, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are drawn to the area again, we will be happy to come back to Pierre! Simply recommended!

Were in Leipzig for 5 nights. The accommodation was perfectly suitable for this, as you can easily get into the city by tram and if you need a moment of peace and quiet, the lake is only 2 minutes from the apartment.

We were very happy with the place. Everything was as described, quiet and comfortable. The area is great, there is a lot to experience, to see and you are quickly on the road in Leipzig and surroundings. If you are looking for peace from everyday life, you can find it on the lake and in the village. Around the lake (15 km) you can walk & jog and bike /inliner drivers can also find their joy. There are many cafes and restaurants and even a small "shop 24/7" in case you need something urgently and the opening hours of the well-known shops are closed. Hosts are very friendly 🤗 We will be happy to come back. 😊

We were looking for a visit to the Leipzig Zoo with our four-year-old Sohneine accommodation outside the city of Leipzig and you with good connections from public transport. We had achieved this with this place. We had overlooked the fact that this was a 1-room apartment, but it didn't matter for our purpose. The apartment is convenient and well furnished. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the kitchen had enough dishes, so that you could fill the dishwasher well. There was also a great play area within walking distance, which our son liked to visit. The two farm pigs were of course the highlight for our son.

The apartment was clean, nice, and quiet. Definitely a recommendation
