We had a wonderful time in Greta and Moritz's apartment. The communication was uncomplicated, warm and very accommodating – especially at check-out. The apartment itself is bright, stylish, very clean and at the same time incredibly cozy. The harmonious color concept, the loving furnishings and the selection of plants make the stay something special. Our little one has fallen in love with a shelf under the stairs as a play cave – a real highlight. And the soft carpet on the upper level was also very popular. Overall: a beautiful apartment with thoughtful design, aesthetic sensitivity and a lot of heart. Absolute recommendation! Thank you for the wonderful time! ✨🪻🌿

The communication with Janko was great. Despite our dust-related delay, he waited for us and welcomed us kindly. The accommodation is awesome and was super clean. We thank Janko and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

Nicky's small, sweet apartment is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. It was very clean and all items are in very good and well-maintained condition. We also liked the location, the connection is good. Nicky communicates quickly, friendly and helpful. So, a recommendation in every respect!

For our travel group of 5 adults and 2 children, the loft was absolutely perfect: enough retreats for everyone, two bathrooms and more than enough space to eat together at the large table. Amazing location between the city and the event center. Easy parking near by. Super clean and tasteful decor all around. My kids also enjoyed the location.

We were two at the Shostakovich Festival and booked Katrin's accommodation for it: within walking distance of the Gewandhaus and also with the tram (4 and 7) perfect connections. The apartment is bright although at ground level and very quiet as it is located in a backyard. In the apartment itself, everything you need is available: well-equipped kitchen, heating also in the bathroom, cozy double bed and additional sleeping accommodation on the futon sofa. Very stylishly furnished with a mix of vintage, creativity and new purchases. Katrin as a host was very friendly and helpful and open to all questions and requests. These were also fulfilled immediately. We are often in Leipzig and will definitely book this accommodation again!

We liked the apartment very much and everything around it was also great. Thanks to the great location, you could not only have a nice vacation, but actually live the city, which would be almost impossible with a hotel room. Would very gladly come back.

Beautiful apartment close to the center with museums, restaurants and attractions. All of them are quick to reach. A large apartment, neat and tidy. With an enclosed courtyard where you can park your car. A nice host who responds quickly and adequately to questions and who provides clear information. In short, we enjoyed our stay in Leipzig in Iakov's Apartment and can recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is large, bright and very well equipped - you immediately feel comfortable. It is quiet, but still very central and easy to reach. Perfect for those looking for a relaxed accommodation in a good location. Günter is a great host: he responds quickly, is helpful and even helped us with parking. We fully recommend the place and would be happy to come back!

We had a great stay here. It had everything we needed, including an unexpected Goth and steampunk festival. Everything was very close. We walked everywhere we needed to go, and had a great run along the canal. The main train station was an easy 15 minute walk.

We had a very nice stay at the apartment. Great connection with the S-Bahn and tram. The service was outstanding. It was taken care of in advance to make the check-in easy and pleasant. Very friendly care of the apartment and a lot of flexibility! Spacious, bright apartment with top amenities. Many foods and care products are available. I would definitely recommend this apartment. The positive surprises started right with our arrival, so that we could move into a larger and more beautiful apartment in the house without extra charge or the like, simply because it was just free. Pierre is extremely courteous and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely furnished, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are drawn to the area again, we will be happy to come back to Pierre! Simply recommended!

It was really beautiful all around! The only thing that was not so clear to us in advance was the fact that there are two tiny houses and you also have to expect another couple and therefore have to coordinate when you use the sauna and hot tub. Otherwise it was really beautifully relaxing for the 2 days ☺️❤️

A "love nest" in the truest sense of the word. There is nothing missing, the view from the roof terrace is simply beautiful. The area is ideal for cycling and walking. The lake with the harbor is only minutes from the accommodation. It's also really great that your four-legged friend can be there.

A very spacious and cozy accommodation, wonderful views over the city, very good transport links, short distances to the surrounding area.
