Hi Louise, thanks again for everything at the house this week. Yours and Michael’s place is very special, and we all enjoyed the animals and garden as much as we had hoped. Good luck with all you are doing here!

Helen's place is an ideal countryside getaway. The cottage has everything a family of 4 can desire for. Downstairs fireplace with logs and coal provided were an added bonus. The fridge came stocked with all the necessities for making breakfast. Tea and coffee and fresh milk and juice were also provided. Would necessary consider staying again, and would bring family or friends along next time.

My favourite place on Earth 😊 While it’s close enough to Dublin, it’s so private and peaceful it feels like you are completely away from civilisation in the most positive way. The surrounding are absolutely stunning, and there is a lot of sightseeing nearby. This place is just perfect for disconnecting from the busy city life. And lastly, Richard and Ben are fantastic hosts, very friendly, responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back here myself 💚

Martina was an amazing host - Incredibly kind and helpful! The guesthouses were so beautiful and the large bay windows provided a lovely view of the pastures. Martina met us at check-in to show us around and showed us the local attractions and provided us recommendations of how to explore. The breakfast she made for us each morning was delicious and made from local farmers and vendors. She even made us some hot toddies after a day of adventuring in the pouring rain! She was so attentive and incredibly kind - we really enjoyed talking with her and learning more about the area through her. She even offered for us to have a tour of their farm which we wish we had time to do! I would highly recommend stopping here while touring county Clare!

The apartment on the second floor is suitable for a family to live in, clean and tidy, quiet and beautiful, the owner's guide is clear, and it is convenient to drive in. The disadvantage is that when we stayed, the bathroom drain didn't work well, the bath water would overflow onto the back of the feet... it shouldn't be difficult to solve, I hope you pay attention...

What delightful hosts are Irene and David! Their home is fascinating and full of their family history and charm. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed including a lovely view out of every window. Thanks for lovely unforgettable experience.

I think this might be the best air b&b we’ve ever stayed in! So peaceful & beautiful. All the amenities you would need. We were in search of a peaceful get away with lots of great scenery, and suitable to bring our 1 year old. It hit the brief perfectly and more. It’s even better than the pictures. Thanks for a great stay, looking forward to coming again.

What an absolutely beautiful stay! The house is beautiful and on so much stunning land. John personally came down and gave us a little map with all the paths we could walk on the land which was so helpful. It was a good HQ point as we went on a lot of day trips and I could not recommend this cottage more! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Max’s place – not only because of the lovely cottage and peaceful setting, but also because Max is a truly exceptional host. From the beginning, he was patient, fair, and incredibly thoughtful in helping us navigate a difficult situation before arrival. Thanks to his clear communication and flexibility, our holiday was saved – and we’re deeply grateful for that. The cottage itself is quiet, cosy, well-equipped and perfectly located to explore the region. We felt comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended – both the place and the host. Beautiful, peaceful location for walks and nature. The lovely Bwthyn so comfortable and cosy. We loved the interior with all the attention to detail, lovely luxury linen. Fran and Teilo were friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the provisions on arrival. Definitely recommend the local producers food hub. We really hope to return in the future.

lovely quiet area, beautiful view. it was nice that it was separate from the main house, as we had plenty of privacy. check in was easy as thr door was left open for us. the area was very rural but still not too far from the town (we only had bikes and had no problem getting in and out of town)

We had such a wonderful stay! Our toddler loved seeing the animals, especially the lambs and the two beautiful dogs. It was really a dream holiday! The beach is lovely and there are plenty of nice places to go - castles, pubs etc. Felicity gave us lots of recommendations and both Felicity and Stephen were so friendly and kind. The house is really well equipped, very clean, and feels like home. Even some swings outside! Can't recommend enough!

Lovely, spacious and well equipped cottage in a beautiful part of Ireland. With the Wicklow Mountains and the Wicklow Way nearby for sightseeing and hiking, this is a great place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality. We had a wonderful stay.

Mid-June we stayed 10 nights in Lee & Mike's cottage. A very good choice, as it turned out. The cottage has been completely renovated with style using solid materials and all the comforts. We have rarely had a rental cottage that was so completely equipped: kitchen equipment, and importantly, excellent beds. Lee is a friendly hostess who lives on a large sheep farm across the street. Always ready for a chat with good tips, without being pushy. The cottage is located near Durrow Bridge, halfway along the Waterford Greenway between Waterford and Glengarvan. Access to the cycle path is 350 metres from the house. We brought our own bikes and were able to explore the Greenway in both directions without having to complete it right away. This place is an absolute must!

spent a relaxing 2 days in the pod, didn't actually want to leave it. Even when it rains there its relaxing, listening to the rain and sitting inside looking out at nature. Thank you Michael and kerry for the opportunity to enjoy a stay at your pod.

We stayed at the guest house for two nights but I wish we stayed longer! It was such a peaceful little getaway especially after our long days of driving. My three year old absolutely loved checking out the vegetable garden, chickens, and sheep! We cooked dinner one night and enjoyed some wine on the deck and it was magical. HIGHLY recommend this spot.

Jim's place was everything we hoped for. Jim is such a kind, friendly man who makes you feel so welcome. We loved browsing Jim's many collections & meeting all his animals. The outside seating area was a huge bonus & as the weather was so good, we could have happily spent our day there. We only had 2 nights at Jim's but really hope to come back sometime and spend longer there

We had a great stay with Alison! A friend recommended staying with Alison, and this was definitely a highlight of our trip. Incredibly friendly, lots of local recommendations and taught us all about her sheep! The accommodation itself was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. My dad worked in architecture and couldn't get over how nice the accommodation was. Very thoughtfully prepared, very well organized - I hope to come back and visit Alison!

I can’t say enough about Tommy’s place!! Beautiful views, peaceful. The house was immaculate, spacious, and the beds comfortable. Tommy was an amazing host and shared so much knowledge of what to do and where to eat. Maggie May’s and Ken’s Oriental were delicious.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful views, cosy and clean house. The fireplace with plenty of logs was a plus. Also loads of space for our dogs to run about. Would definitely stay again.

The cottage felt like a hug-warm and loving. The bed is extremely comfortable and there is an electric mattress pad in case you get cold. The bathroom has a modern shower, very large and soft towels with a comfort height toilet. Catherine made a delicious apple pie and some brown bread. The fridge was stocked with staples and the cottage had everything you could ever need. The gardens and outdoor seating areas are amazing. Loved listening to the birds while watching the sun rise and set. Catherine gave us lots of ideas and recommendations on what to do in the area. She is a delight and truly makes the stay here even more special. Highly recommend this place. It’s a 12 on a scale 1-10! We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at this adorable cottage in the country! It was incredibly comfortable, spotless, and so well-equipped with everything we needed. Peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend!
